Hi Team,I am performing in-place upgrade from AEm 6.3 to AEM 6.5. Everything worked fine and my server got updated to 6.5.0. Now, I wanted to install the service pack 9. After installation of service pack, when i did a server restart - login credentials doesn't work (same login was working with 6.3 and 6.5.0).Is there any way to login to CRX/DE?NOTE - I have tried login via localhost:4503/libs/granite/core/content/login.html but no success!

Since last few months, more and more mobile device data is going into 'Unknown Generic Android Mobile'. We have tried enabling the high entropy flag, but we are not really seeing any progress in dev data. Any suggestions on how to tackle it?

If user doesn't complete the goal after starting it(which is captured in eVar1) with in the same visit or in the next 3/4 visits, then also eVar value will persist or it will expire? if expire then when it will?

Good Morning! Does anyone know if the functionality to delegate tasks, issues, and approvals exists in the New Home Experience? We found the ability to delegate approvals only. Thanks for any help/direction you can share!

I have set up a basic formula to check if a document has been added to a task before the task is completed.   There are basically 2 pieces that would trigger the business rule error, if no document is added and if the after state value of the task status is complete (CPL or CPL:A).      What works:    When I attempt to complete a task using the Percent Complete slider to 100% or change the status drop down to "Complete", I receive the error as expected - fantastic! What is not working:   If I close a task through the "Mark as Done" option in a task, the formula does not appear to recognize the change and does not flag the error.   When i ran a Journal Report, it appears that a task that is closed via the Mark as Done button goes through a "DN" status and then moves into a "CPL" status.   I have attempted to account for this in the formula but still does not seem to catch a task from being marked as done without

Hi, I won't bore you with the reason why I need this - so here's the question ..  I'm wondering if it's possibe to allow the user to enter copy into a custom form field -= then else where on the same form set the 'Description' for the request to be this field in a calculated field I'm trying {description}={DE:CS - MAKE - Query - Description} or {description}={project}.{DE:CS - MAKE - Query - Description} But it doesn't like it. Can I assume there is no way of setting any of the global fields (like description) in this way. You can only use the 'native field option - where the user has to type the text in. Rather than being able to set it with text from somewhere else. Thanks

So I have a project report that I have used nested lists to put certain task names that are the same across all projects as the columns of the report. My problem is figuring out how I can create a filter or prompt based on those tasks and when they are marked complete. Here is an example of the code being used in one of the columns of the report:  displayname=RFX listdelimiter=<div> listmethod=nested(tasks).lists type=iterate valueexpression=IF({name}="RFX", IF(CONTAINS("INP", {status}), "In Progress", IF(CONTAINS("CPL", {status}), "Complete", IF(CONTAINS("TIR", {status}), "Not Applicable", IF(CONTAINS("NEW", {status}), "", "")))), "") valueformat=HTML  In this case, I'd be looking to somehow create a filter or prompt where it filters by RFX tasks marked Complete within the past two weeks.

Hi all! I'm hoping to be able to set up a launch branch (A) say, from July 1s that gets promoted live (C) on July 30th. I'd like to start another branch (B) on July 15th from the same origin page, but then promote the changes from branch B to branch C, for a final live version of the origin page from branches A and B (assuming the changes don't conflict.)  Does anyone know if this is possible via launches or some other functionality? Thanks in advance for your help!

My question: It looks like Priorities is great for task owners that don't need to access project-level information or folders. But it also looks like Priorities doesn't allow users to go to the full project: there's a colorful box with the project name but there's no link. If someone wanted to access the project, they would need to either go to Home, a report, or search. Is there something I'm missing? If not, not sure this has applicability to our firm at present time. Thanks!

I'm curious to hear if other customers are experiencing increased latency and instability issues with Workfront. Besides pages taking forever to load, last week's update was a mild nightmare for us. On Wednesday, we had scores of users submit tickets that they were unable to view proofs. Zapping cache and cookies did the trick, but it meant that the few of us admins wasted hours of our lives explaining to users how to zap cache and cookies for all time. On Thursday after the update, the document form area was not working correctly for many users (myself included). On a positive side, the document forms now resemble every other form in Workfront. On the negative side, load times have been inconsistent. I've had instances where document forms won't load for 5-10 minutes. Zapping cache and cookies or trying different browsers didn't matter. This extended throughout the day on Friday, with additional tickets being submitted by users that "Workfront is broken." There was the

We are using Marketo Engage. How do I change the label of a Salesforce custom object?

Hello,I am hoping someone knows the answer to this.I need to add an Assignee to an issue without overwriting the existing Assignee but every Fusion module I have tried so far hasn't worked.Appreciate the help!!Thanks,

as an example: I have a workflow step that will find and replace instances of the word "quick" and replace it with the word "expediate". This will do the find/replace on author and if the page has been published, it will replicate it to the publisher. I'm using com.day.cq.replication.Replicatorto do the replication. Since I'm moving to AEMaaCS, do I also need to use another class to get it work? thanks

Our marketing operations team is currently in the process of executing our annual archiving process. So far it seems to be a VERY slow grind - we have hundreds of smart campaigns that need to be turned off and archived. I'm currently going through each program and individually shutting off each triggered smart campaign. These campaigns are being used to track standard email engagement - opens, clicks, unsubs..   Is there a more efficient way to bulk turn these off?  Thanks in advance 🙂

Hello, I have an account manager who wants to create an issue queue for her clients needs. Some of these issues would eventually be turned into projects, some issues would never turn into projects as they are her to-dos, and some would be denied or delayed. Has anyone set up something like this before? We've recently started experimenting with the Boards view (mainly Kanban). The account manager has requested fields for project name, client name, input date and status. Any input is greatly appreciated!

Hi Team,  In Data feed raw data, Order_value column has multiple values inside the Array.  Can you please help me with Query to sum up array.  for instance:

Hello, I am testing my previously working Journey and while the test profile enters and exists the journey successfully, the email fails due to a "No Email Address Found in Profile" Error.  The confusion is AJO did in fact find the profile because the messageFeedback event exists in the Events tab (with the EmailNoAddressFoundInProfile error code) for that profile and the email address is included as an identity in the Linked Identities section. We are aware there is a problem with this test profile in that it has some garbage associated with it in the identity map (see below), but that shouldn't cause this no Email error because the profile was found anyway and the email using the test address exists as an identity. Why is AJO not finding the email address?

Hello, I'm facing a challenge that I need to tackle to be able to lower admin work on my side.I want to use a option as below: And use it in a query like this: Why does this not work? Any solution?

Hi I have 3 exams scheduled at the end of this month. Adobe has upgraded the whole certifications user interface. Launched a new adobe certification portal. As a result, I do not see any exam scheduled in my account. I am on a business travel and need to reschedule. But nothing is showing up inside my account. Need help. Tried contacting support but they mentioned to look for it inside My Account > Certifications. But nothing showing up there. Neither I can sit for the exam nor can reschedule. Anybody suggesting anything to help. Thanks in advance.   RegardsRoy

I have created segments to identify my products in the rows of a freeform table like below. Hit level Segment Name: Shoes (evar 1 = Shoes)Hit level Segment Name: Garments (evar 1 = Garments)Hit level Segment Name: Furniture (evar 1 = Furniture) I measure the number of clicks for these above segments using event 3. Can I put a segment on top of event 3 in the column and increase the number of hits along with the segments in the rows? For example, I want to include another criteria of evar 2 = socks. I understand that I can put a "OR" condition in all of the existing segments. Looking for a solution to add a segment through column. Is there a way to do this in Adobe?

Hello, I recently added two new users and assigned them to the same layout template as a multiple of other users. The new users don't have the column filter in the project and task widgets like the others do. I can't figure out why.  Does anyone have any insight as to how to have the column added back in? I attached a screenshot of what the new user has, and a screen shot of what the column should be.  Thank you.
