I am trying to add custom forms to a project template, I am creating. For some reason not all the forms that are available, are showing up under the drop down to select them; even though they are designated as a project form and they are shared with me as well. Am I missing something? Thanks,-marcus

Hello, Our marketing department has identified our 2024 goals and I'm looking for a way we can utilize Workfront to track and report on the progress of those goals. That would include a way for leadership to get a view into progress and ways to identify bandwidth/workloads. Also, we'd need a way to highlight progress including if we are behind or not. Ultimately, I'm just looking to see if anyone has any recommendations for this? Is there a tool in Workfront we could utilize or would it all be a reporting basis? I'm stuck on how we can track these goals and also keep track of workloads at the same time. Thanks!Shannon

Hi all,I open this thread to report a malfunction (or so it seems), of a velocity token. Before I explain the malfunction though, it is necessary to put the problem in context.   Due to the integration with CRM (D365), I have a token that is written via API.Within this token are multiple links. All the links have this composition: (www.[...]_Registration.html).   I would like to parameterize these links with the GUID of each user's Company.   However, obviously, it is not possible to have "nested tokens," so to act on a link that comes from CRM and is already contained in tokens, another way is needed.   So we thought of writing a VLC Token that, thanks to the "Program Member Data," does a replace of all the final parts of the links, like this:     ## GET EVENT DATA FROM MEMBER FIELD #set($event_invitation_token = "" ) #if($member.eventInvitationToken && !$member.eventInvitationToken.isEmpty()) #set( $event_invitation_token = ${member.eventInvitati

Hello, I know, that this is a bit past the path that Workfront had in mind, but would it be possible to keep an issue after conversion, but do not update it's status depending on the task status? Also, the reference to the corresponding object should be still visible and available without using an extra custom field. For a specific workflow this would be really helpful as it is as follows:A requestor fills out a custom form, which belongs to a queue. The request has the status NEW. Someone responsible checks the issue and sets the status to the custom status Approved which corresponds to the system status Closed. This status triggers a Fusion scenario which converts the request to a task which gets the status NEW as well. As during conversion the option preserveIssue is set, both objects are connected ("This resolves" / "Resolving Task"). This leads to the fact, that the issue gets the status NEW again, what possibly can confuse the original requestor. Thanks in adva

Would anyone have an example of the questions that should be asked for a Marketing Promotion?  Would rather not have to start from scratch.

Besides Fusion, does anyone know of a way to bulk edit the planned start date on Tasks?I have tried in the timeline and in a report. In both places only the actual dates are on option to edit. Thanks!

Hello! Marketo Engage has a prebuilt global form validation rule called “Consumer Email Domain Blocklist” that I'd like to activate. In addition to the domains listed in this prebuilt rule, I'd like to add more custom email domains to also blocklist. The challenge with this is - it seems I'm not able to add more domains to the prebuilt rule. I also tried creating a new global form validation rule to add all the email domains I want blocklisted but there's a 2000 limit. I also tried distributing all the email domains across multiple global form validation rules and activating them but Marketo flagged that I can only have one rule active at once. Any suggestions on how I can blocklist more email domains in the global form validation rule?

Hello. I noticed that Adobe has added 'lifecycle status' to audiences, but I cannot figured out how to set it. Right now, all of my audiences are in the 'Published' status, but I want to know how to change them to 'Inactive' or 'Archived' when the times comes. Has anyone had success with 'lifecycle status'?

We are in need of removing Oracle Java. We can use the exported Javasoft reg key after the Oracle Java uninstall, modify to the Java paths' reg keys for open source we've installed to make this work. But will this jeopardize support?

Hi! We are struggling to get our marketing channels right. First, we fixed the behaviour after accepting cookies, which reloaded the page and, as a result, set the referrer to our site, no matter what. That made Refresh Session extremely high. Now, our IT team has made a modification, and Adobe Debugger captures under Referrer ('r') the right referral (Google.com, for instance). However, after the first hit (let's say, a click), that Referrer changes to our site again. So, what we have now is an external Referral (Google) on first page load, first click, but then it switches to our site for the rest of the Visit. Is this the right behaviour? We know that Referral captures "where the visitor comes from", but we are concerned this will set all Visits' marketing channel to Typed/Bookmarked (which, indeed, is like 40% of our traffic now).  We thought the referral should remain for the Visit (unless the Visitor, within the same Visit time, comes from a different external site

Hi, I want to pass an expression fragment (SMS) as follows:"Hi first name" (first name to be taken from the profile attributes) into the custom action message body. Is this possible? If not, can I copy paste this fragment into the custom action body? Thanks

I have a situation where a scenario is getting triggered twice whenever the "assignments" field is updated. The first module is "Watch Events" with record type "Assignment". Every time I add 1 or more assignment, the scenario triggers twice for each assignment.I've noticed that the "Exclude events made by this connection" checkbox is not present for the "Assignment" record type. Could someone verify if this is the cause of the issue? or a share potential solution please?

I have been trying to delete the demdex cookie using a JS function and I am not able to delete it. The same JS function deletes other cookies but it won't delete the demdex cookie. Please see the function below: function deleteCookies(cookieNames) { for (var i = 0; i < cookieNames.length; i++) { document.cookie = cookieNames[i] + '=; expires=Thu, 01 Jan 1970 00:00:00 UTC; path=/;domain=.demdex.net'; } } var cookiesToDelete = ['demdex']; deleteCookies(cookiesToDelete); Is there anything wrong with this function? And is there another way to do it?Also, is the demdex cookie always fire along with the AMCV and AMCVS cookie?

Hello Everyone, Please correct my statements, if I am wrong. Adobe Granite CSRF Filter configuration hasFilter Methods: POST, PUT,DELETE (These methods are checked by the filter). These filters methods should CSRF token. Otherwise, application will throw error. Adobe Granite CSRF Servletcom.adobe.granite.csrf.impl.CSRFFilter : This is a sling Filter, which checks the incoming request. If its either POST, PUT,DELETE (which is mentioned in CSRF filter Configuration), and if there is no CSRF token, then, this servlet will throw exception.  Suppose if a GET request throws some error related to csrf token, then this might be because, someone by mistakenly added GET in Filter methods of Adobe Granite CSRF Filter configuration Thanks

Hi everyone,I created a simple report that shows an area diagram and a Pareto distribution on the number of overtures clic;it works very well when I request data in a limited range (up to 3 months) but it fails if I extend the range beyond this limit (even if the amount of data is small): Following the link in the error message, it tells me to configure the plotOptions.series.turboThreshold option of the JS Api of this library, which however I don't know how to access programmatically, given that it is embedded in the Campaign visual composer:Can you tell me how I can change this behavior to allow data ranges of up to one year? And, outside this context, what are the data objects to use to create report on:1) distinct clicks (which ignore the opening by the same email client/recipient);2) clicks count on tracked URLs?Thanks in advance, regards
