Hello,  I have noticed when using a custom database token, in the preview in Marketo, quotation marks are inserted. When I go to create a draft there is no option to remove quotation marks. However, when I send a test to my inbox, the quotation marks disappear.  Has anyone noticed this before? Are the quotation marks just to let the marketo user know that the sender is a token and therefore dynamic? I just want to ensure this won't hit a user's inbox with quotation marks.  Thanks.

Hello all. Our project is running in the Adobe Cloud Manager, since the first implementation of the project all pipelines have run well but in the log, I can see the following error: Skip: Deploy to dispatcher:dispatcher1uswest1 in xxx-prod [id:xxx]. Reason: no dispatcher configuration packages  I reviewed the project and could see the dispatcher module was missing in the main pom, then I added it, now when I run a new pipeline in the Adobe Cloud Manager I got the following error: Deploy to instanceId=dispatcher2uswest1 failed with errorCode=10011001 message=Failed to start Apache due to syntax error in deployed configurations, AH00526: Syntax error on line 1 of /etc/httpd/conf.d/enabled_vhosts/aem_author.vhost: Invalid command '../available_vhosts/aem_author.vhost', perhaps misspelled or defined by a module not included in the server configuration In the mentioned file all look good, so can someone help me to fix this error? Thanks in advance.

Hi there, Our organization is still using Adobe Analytics and have not moved over to CJA yet. We have set up the AEP mobile SDK and can send push notifications from AJO. We would like to send push notification metrics such as Delivered, Sent, failed etc over to Adobe Analytics to be used. We tried creating a datastream within AEP, defined the event schema with our web/app event schema, and tested with a mapping field with the following rule: "iif (_experience.customerJourneyManagement.messageDeliveryfeedback.feedbackStatus == "sent", 1, 0)" mapping to an event metric in Adobe Analytics. But no luck, can someone advise how can we accomplish this? Thanks.

Hello,I was wondering if it's possible when creating an offer on AJO to assign values from the customer profile to the offer attributes.

Hey all, I am having rough time with permissions and move within AEM right now.I have the requirement that a editor without delete and publish rights should still be able to sort/reorder the pages (in list view via the dnd-handles).I was looking and apparently this is considered a move operation. Move operation has been removed though as it requires delete and unpublish permissions. Are you aware of any other way to reorder pages / providing editors with the capabilities without the need of allowing them to delete / publish/unpublish pages? I am wondering why this is considered a move as I am just changing the order of the nodes of the parent's page. There is no need to adjust any references thus I don't see why deletion and subsequentionally also unpublish rights are required

Hi Team,I am creating a workflow model to publish pages based on approval of certian groups. So, used participant step to provide the user group. But I want two user group in the particiant step what will be the best practise? Add both user group into another user group [usergroup1 + usergroup2 = newusergroup] and use the newusergroup to paricipant step?Or, Create a custom participant step?Any suggestion with some sample links or workaround will be highly appreciable. Thanks @kautuk_sahni  @arunpatidar @lukasz-m

As is pretty standard, I'm including Firstname in our emails:<%= recipient.firstName %>, you're almost there!Could someone let me know how I would add some logic to the above so that in the unlikely event of firstName being blank, the intro line reads only "You're almost there".So something like:IF <%= recipient.firstName = null%> THEN "You're almost there", ELSE, <%= recipient.firstName %>, you're almost there!Just need help with the precise syntax.ThanksTom

Hi team, We could not see the tab title for cq dialogs if we have only one tab in AEM as a Cloud Service. This is not the issue in on prem instances. Anyone faced this issue ? PFA attached vanilla embed component.

Hi, when creating an experience targeting activity (using VEC), how do I set it to such a way that I want to suppress a qualified visitor who has already seen the experience from not seeing it again? I want them to see the experience ONLY once, in let's say for example, once in a calendar month.I believe profile script could be one option, but that would be a challenge, given that VEC uses "global-target-mbox"? Any other solution?

In The assets management of AEM 6.5 on premise, when I am in List view of assets, I am not able to reorder the columns(i.e., title, locale, tags etc. ) of data for each asset. Is it possible to reorder them? Edit: Sorry, my question wasn't framed correctly earlier.

I need AEM 6.5 service pack 6.5.9 since I am getting errors while installing service pack 6.5.8. I installed the service pack 6.5.8 but the bundles status shows it as Installed instead of Active. So if anyone provides me the service pack 6.5.9 it would help me.

Hi, I followed the below article and able to create a custom namespace for asset metadata and able to add the properties and save it https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/experience-manager-learn/cloud-service/developing/advanced/custom-namespaces.html?lang=en The custom namespace created is "gmkt" and the property created is ./jcr:content/metadata/gmkt:customerid The issue which I am facing is when we open the asset properties after save, the authored values are not showing and the fields are blank. In CRX, the new property is stored as gmkt%3Acustomerid instead of gmkt:customerid. Is this causing the issue or how to resolve this? Thanks,Selva

We have successfully integrated Facebook with Marketo; however, data is not flowing between the platforms as expected. Marketo support claims this is a Facebook issue, while Facebook support has been unhelpful. Interestingly, when using Zapier to establish the connection, data flows accurately. I am uncertain why the sync between Marketo and Facebook is not functioning properly.   TIA

Where is the Report Builder download for Mac OS?

Hello, I'm trying to segment an audience based on if they clicked a specific link within an email campaign to view a custom landing page.  It doesn't matter to me if the update happens when the link is clicked or when the landing page loads.  I've got a custom field on the profile called "subConfirm" that I would simply like to populate with "YES" if that link is clicked. I do not want to require yet another click / interaction on the landing page in order to save the value. Basically I'm sending to a segment of a large audience giving them the option of "Do you want to continue receiving messages?" => "Yes = takes them to my landing page" or "No = takes them to the unsubscribe page" Thank You

Hi,I have an expression in a task report which is pulling a list of all tasks on a Project.listdelimiter=<hr>listmethod=nested(project).nested(tasks).listsname=All project tasksstretch=100textmode=truetype=iteratevalueexpression=CONCAT({name}, " - ", "http://xxx.my.workfront.com/", "task/", {ID},"/", "overview")valueformat=HTMLWorks great but the stakeholder has asked if the name of the Task can simply be the link:              Column on the left is the current format, but the column on the right shows what I want to be the link. As below: listdelimiter=<hr>listmethod=nested(project).nested(tasks).listsname=All project tasksstretch=0textmode=truetype=iteratevalueexpression=REPLACE({name}, {ID}, {ID})valueformat=HTML How do I pull the {name} through as the link? Thanks
