Hello, Hi all,I’m looking for clarification on the difference between the “Met SLA” field and the “On Time or Late” field Workfront. What’s the key distinction between these two fields? What are the intended use cases for each? What does this formula mean on the 'On Time or Late' field?IF(!ISBLANK(CLEARTIME(Actual Completion Date)), IF(CLEARTIME(Actual Completion Date)<CLEARTIME(Planned Completion Date), "Early", IF(CLEARTIME(Actual Completion Date)>CLEARTIME(ADDWEEKDAYS(Planned Completion Date, 1)), "Late", "On Time")),"")Formula:IF(!ISBLANK(CLEARTIME({actualCompletionDate})), IF(CLEARTIME({actualCompletionDate})<CLEARTIME({plannedCompletionDate}), "Early", IF(CLEARTIME({actualCompletionDate})>CLEARTIME(ADDWEEKDAYS({plannedCompletionDate}, 1)), "Late", "On Time")),"") What does this formula mean on the ' SLA Met' field?Compares Actual Duration To Template Duration (SLA) IF((SUB({template}.{durationMinutes},{actualDurationMinutes}))>-1440,"True","False") 1440 minu

Does Workfront allow to merge projects together? Not even sure how that would look. I have a situation where this would be very helpful. Although I can see why, for many reasons, this couldn't work. Maybe there is a work around?

Hi all,I want to block .infinity.json access for a particular page for example: /content/site/en/sensitive-page.infinity.json at the Dispatcher level while still allowing it for other pages. How can I set a specific Dispatcher filter rule to achieve this? Thanks in advance!

From an enterprise perspective, we will have various groups and administrative teams managing Workfront.   Looking at the new business rules, it appears that once an object and trigger are selected it appears you cannot add another, is this accurate?    For example, we are looking at adding validation logic to a task level upon editing of the task (e.g. block completion of task if a document is not attached to the task).   If we have multiple groups that are working off the same environment, can you add multiple business rules to support each team or do they have to be layered all into the same business rule?

I have been able to set up custom approval processes with the help from the cookbook, but I noticed that my approvals are showing up in the system approval processes.  When I created the approval process I set it to "isPrivate: true" but when I look at the system processes, that setting is listed as false.   I also created a 1 off single approval and confirmed in fusion that it shows as "isPrivate: true", and it did not show in the system approval processes so I'm assuming that's the setting I need. I even added an 'update approvalprocess' module after I create my custom process to update it with the setting changed to isPrivate true, but it still doesn't change. There is no error, it just doesn't seem to do anything. Do I need to have another setting enabled for the privacy setting to work?

Hi Community, I'm working on an AEM project where I’ve implemented a path-based servlet that handles four different extensions (e.g., .json, .xml, .txt, .custom). The servlet is registered using @SlingServletResourceTypes with specific extensions. The issue I'm facing is that one of the extensions is not resolving correctly only in one specific environment (e.g., staging). For the problematic extension (say .custom), the URL resolution fails — the extension gets appended to the path instead of being resolved properly, and it ends up getting routed to some default Apache servlet instead of my custom path-based servlet. Here are some additional details: The same code and configuration work perfectly fine in all other environments, including local and dev. The other three extensions are working as expected in all environments. The servlet path and resourceType are properly configured and unchanged across environments. No custom Apache rewrite or dispatch

Hi All, I’m looking for best suitable Archetype to create a Multi module Maven project from scratch for AEM 6.5.17. After spent time on Internet I found ‘Archetype 53’  is the best one, because it has addressed issues like “merging velocity templates..” (while running the build), from previous versions. However the folder structure it created is different than my existed Projects. Please let me know your thoughts.I wanted to create frontend module separately as a new project, for that I followed https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/experience-manager-core-components/using/developing/archetype/front-end ,https://github.com/adobe/aem-react-spa but the results are not same/close to my existed FE project structure. Please provide your inputs on both cases. Thanks,Raju.

Hi Team, I want to get the tracking data of sms journey . As per my understanding, below three system datasets are present with delivery and tracking data in AEP. Could some one please help me understand in which dataset and field I'll get tracking information of SMS? (like sms open, click etc.) Email tracking: tracks data of emails (Interaction type is its field and opens/ clicks/ unsubscribe etc tracking of email data is captured here)Push tracking : tracking data of push journeys (eventtype field captures data of open, clicks. descision.propositioninteract value is capturing the clicks as per below screenshot)Message feedback: takes care of delivery data of all three push/email/sms (feedback status is its field which provides update like sent/exluded/bounced etc.)

Hello community, Due to legal compliance, there is requirement to display versions of asset(pdf) with the current version. As version is getting generated under /jcr:system and not getting replicated even manually. Is there any work around for the same? Thanks

Here's an image for reference:

We are using new feature Supplemental ID When we try to deploy the Journey we are getting error alert an't resolve multiple reentrance journey version '36429d7d-ab35-450f-8f25-09ae6ce51742': Only multiple reentrance event allowed. (ERR_AUTHORING_JOURNEYVERSION_360 )Why we are getting this

I am working on sending emails to users through AJO activity and stuck at a step where i need to find the users who clicked on a particular link that has been sent as part of email. I previously worked on "User opens email" through Reaction step and it worked like a charm. Can anyone suggest a way forward on how to identify user's action after opening the email? Thanks in advance, Kind regards,Kiran Buthpur

We have a live journey where members were not receiving the email as expected (unitary event/triggered). A day later, they received the email and the message feedback status was equal to "delay". Is there any in depth explanation to why a delay would happen?

Hi everyone,I’m working on a storefront project using Adobe Edge Delivery Services (EDS) and wanted to clarify the expected behavior around Server-Side Rendering (SSR) and SEO.In particular, I'm reviewing how dynamic content (e.g., product names, links, headers fetched via GraphQL or similar APIs) is treated in the SSR output. Scenario:Some pages (like PLP and PDP) display content that is rendered client-side, and when inspecting the HTML source (view-source), this content does not appear to be present in the initial SSR response from the edge. Questions: What is the recommended way to ensure that critical content (titles, product names, links) is included in the SSR output for SEO purposes? Can this be addressed using enhancements in helix-markup.yaml, scripts.js, or other EDS configurations? Are there known strategies for SSR fallback or crawler-specific behavior in EDS to ensure search engines receive a fully rendered version of the page? My main goal i

We recently implemented Web SDK. We have Analytics, Target and AAM. We will be implementing RTCDP soon. We also recently got OneTrust. We did a OneTrust scan of our website and came up with a list of cookies. In OT, cookies are categorized as Essential, Functional, Targeting, etc. Visitor preferences for each category are stored in a data layer variable. Therefore, we can inspect the variable to see that was opted in and out for each visitor; e.g. Essential opted in, Functional opted in, Targeting opted out, etc. We can have a script that either allows cookies to be created or not based on the category preferences (opted in or out). In Launch, we have a Page View rule. Based on my research, Web SDK creates multiple cookies such as-kndctr_<ORG_ID>_identity - Functional cookiekndctr_<ORG_ID>_consent - Targeting cookiekndctr_<ORG_ID>_cluster - Functional cookiembox - Targeting cookiemboxEdgeCluster - Targeting cookieAMCV_###@AdobeOrg - Targeting cookie OT

I have a project with tasks that have the status of New, have a start date in the future, but they have a progress status of At risk. If I change the status to In Progress, the progress status changes to ON Time.  I know that the estimate due date is out in July 2026 but I do not know how to change it.Here is a snippet of the tasks from the project.  Any help would be greatly appreciated

We have two separate pipelines in AEM as a Cloud Service — one for deploying PathFactory packages and another for deploying our main project code. However, when the project pipeline runs, it replaces or overwrites the existing PathFactory packages located in the app folder.@santoshsai  @arunpatidar  @giuseppebaglio  @konstantyn_diachenko  @muskaanchandwani

I am unable to find any documentation on this question:Does Proof keep active the PDF page or reference links on a pdf file that has been converted to a Proof? We have a report that includes a Table of Content which includes the link to the respective pdf page; however, when viewed in Proof on Workfront, the links are not working? Is this expected behavior?

Hello - Part of the way we are utilizing Workfront is our users will put in a request which will then be converted to a task or project by a group of Admins. However, when the issue is converted it is saying that the issue was entered by the Admin doing the conversion, not the original requester. Is there a way to fix this? I don't remember that being the case earlier on in our Workfront use. Example in pictures: Original requester was Rosemary, but once converted to a project requester is now Gabriela.

Hi there. Forgive me if this is answered elsewhere.  I'm looking to create a Report that shows the End Date of tasks designated for a specific milestone path for all Active and On Hold projects for a given Portfolio.  So in my specific example, I have 10 projects active and on hold, and each of them have about 25 tasks. Of those tasks, 7 tasks are attributed to milestones on (what we've called) the "Standard Milestones" path, and I would wanna only show those 7 (end) dates.  Thinking of my output, the projects would populate as separate rows on the report, and the columns along the top would each be one of the milestones, with each column as one milestone (so 7 columns total). And then, the data would be the date per project. How would I build this?

We are implementing the AEP Mobile SDK in our mobile app and have configured the app to use the Production environment App ID from Adobe Launch (i.e., configureWithAppId() is correctly set with the Production ID).However, the Launch tag property is still in "Development" status — it has not yet been published to Production. Our main question is:Does having the tag property in an unpublished “Development” state prevent the SDK from successfully sending data to the Production Adobe Analytics report suite — even if the Production environment App ID is used in the app?We are currently seeing "unspecified" or missing data in the Production report suite, and suspect that the unpublished Production environment may be the cause. Please confirm how the Launch publishing status affects mobile SDK behavior and data flow to report suites.

I'm pretty sure I know the answer to this, but it doesn't hurt to ask. So before I flag this as a feature request:  Is there a way to set up the list-unsubscribe header to opt people out by domain, or even better, by email address?  We run several lines of business out of the same Marketo account. For example, we have our main domain for the American Society of Plastic Surgeons - plasticsurgery.org - and another domain for a regional society we manage, the Virginia Society of Plastic Surgeons - vasps.org. One person can be a member of both, so we don't have separate workspaces set up.  If someone gets an email from vasps.org and decides to click the "This message is from a mailing list, unsubscribe?" button at the top if a Gmail or Apple Mail window, it will unsubscribe them from everything coming out of our Marketo account, even if they really only wanted to opt out of VASPS emails.  I do have a followup email that goes out to tell people that t

Hi, We are using Marketo script (for example landing.mycompany.com/js/forms2/js/forms2.min.js) to use Newsletter subscription form on our website, this script takes 2-3 seconds load time which has impact on overall page load time. I am looking for ways to optimize Marketo script, please suggest if there are any alternate approaches. We are using loading this asynchronously. Also, even though we are loading the above script only once, we see a second call in the browser network tab, the 2nd call takes about 1 second time. When checked with Marketo support on 2nd network, support team mentioned that this could not be avoided.
