Currently we have a few processes that run in parallel:  Lead enrichment webhook that is triggered on Person is Created, which returns demographic and firmographic info, as well as a Predictive Score on the account's propensity to convert Behavior Scoring that is triggered based on activity, built using the Marketo-provided template so each different activity type has its own trigger campaign Various response management workflows (for different forms/offers) that change data values for attribution/reporting and then use "Add Person to SFDC Campaign" to sync them to CRM MQL logic sits on the CRM side and kicks off after a person has been added to a SFDC campaign and is considered a Response.    We recently amended MQL logic so that a lead will only go through the qualification process if both a predictive score and behavior score exist for the lead. This means we need to ensure that both scoring processes have run before they get added to the SFDC campaign. Our temporar

Hi Team,We are attempting to publish the tags to the preview instance. Do we possess the capability to publish the tags to the preview instance in AEM as a cloud service directly from the dashboard itself? While we can perform the publishing through content distribution, we are interested in having a button similar to the "Manage Publication" button for pages or assets. Thanks!

Hi everyone,  During the process of updating our custom forms, I decided to remove the custom field rather than hide it on the same form to preserve historical information. (I didn't delete the file, just removed it from the custom form) As a result, I noticed that the fields I removed no longer had data in them. Fortunately, I was able to catch this prior to the new refresh on Monday, August 28, so I went to the preview and ran a report to get the data, but I don't want to have to copy and paste them back into the project. I'm looking to use Fusion to move the data back into production from the report I ran in "Preview", now that it's in an excel format. Could anyone show me how I could do this using Fusion. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you in advance,Margrette

Hi, We got a message from Adobe on our Facebook Token expiring.  How did we solution around that? Thanks

Hi, Guys, I am new to AEM and I am facing a problem about converting Resource to Custom Model. //--------------------------------------------------ResourceResolver resourceResolver = request.getResourceResolver();Resource resource = resourceResolver.getResource(path);//-------------------------------------------------- I use the function above to get the Resource, then I use adaptTo to tranform Resource to CustomText Class. //--------------------------------------------------customText = resource.adaptTo(CustomText.class);//-------------------------------------------------- But the result is null although I can get very property from getValueMap Method. But I cannot convert it to custom class. For my current task is that:1. I have Page A contains Component A and Page B contains Component B2. I want to get the Component B json or Java instance in Page A or Component A to render the Component B    with Page A together. It is ver

Hi Everyone,During the Adobe summit, I heard that ACC v8 email designer will have drag-drop capability such as AJO (WYSIWYG editor). And the same will be made available to v8 landing page designer as well. Anyone has any estimated release time on these features?

Hi, Please suggest how can I fire a rule with listening to an event cmp:click? When I am using ACDL extension with data pushed to cmp:click, the rule doesn't fire. On click of any links on the site, the cmp:click is attached for a micro second and then is overrided with the next page load data layer. So, the data elements and rules are returning undefined value.

Hello!I am attempting my first scenario and can't quite seem to get it working, so I am seeking input on how to go about this. Here is the goal:A User submits a request. There is a custom form on the request that the user will make updates to as the Project progresses. The custom form is also on the resolving Project. The goal is to have the automation detect when updates are made on the Request custom form and make those updates on the Resolving Project's matching custom form so the Project Coordinator does not have to manually make the updates on these projects. The scenario will need to monitor all the active requests in a specific request queue and move the updates from each request to the corresponding resolving project.I had a very simple scenario built to start but it only works 1:1. one request to one project, once I began adding in other requests to the test queue thing went off the rails. thank you for any pointers or examples or anything!  ****UPDATE****I currently

How is everyone doing utm tracking efficiently in email?  There has to be an easy way to set utm tracking at the program level right? I'm seeing posts from 2017-2019 that this wasn't an option but I'm hoping that's changed?

Hi everyone, How can I export Adobe Analytics all processing rule to particular report suit? Thanks in advance.

Hello!I know there's been a million threads about doing an automated yearly birthday email - and I've read through a bunch of them, but I haven't seen a lot of detail on how to integrate the birth date being on a Custom Objects record.I understand the general principal, but am stuck on two points:1) Assuming I'm looking to send the email once a year per relevant record and our current Birth Date field is a Date set to YYYY-MM-DD, I almost need to change that to just display the MM-DD since the year does not matter if we're not specifying age?2) I get that I could use a Velocity script and so forth but the big hiccup I see with the Smart List. If my Date field lives in Custom Objects and I can't (really) use the Lead Table due to the multiple records on a lead thing - how would I go about the Smart List side of things? My initial goal was to run it as a batch campaign that runs daily - If I switched the Birth Date field to "MM-DD" could I use the "Has xx" Custom Object filter and set "Bi

Hello,I've read through the Schedule information and I don't seem to see a direct mention regarding blocking tasks from being assigned on a holiday date.Details:We have two Schedules set up, one for each our company locations (they're in different timezones). These schedules have the national holidays and company holidays set as exceptions. The schedule for our main location is set as the Default Schedule in Workfront.Every employee is assigned to one of the schedules in the user Profile. Most PM's set up their projects with their respective location Schedule as the Project schedule. We have set Project Preferences to Consider user time off in task durations for all projects. Our PM's are still able to assign tasks to users on dates that are set as Holiday dates in the user's schedule and/or the project schedule. Is there a way to block this? If not, is Workfront automatically calculating the timeline in a way that assumes no actual work will be done on that day, i.e.,

Hello, I see on this article  that axis1.4.1 provided a fix of two vulnerabilities (2012-5784 and 2014-3596) found with AXIS 1.4, but i didn't found any information about axis 1.4.1.1,Is this version (Axis1.4.1.1) provided a fix of two other vulnerabilities (CVE-2019-0227 and CVE-2018-8032) found with axis1.4 ? Thanks.Imad

Is there a way to achieve the below in GraphQL persisted queries:1. Add a timestamp in the response of GraphQL persisted query based on the last published date and time of a CF. Rather than manually entering the field value, I want that to be picked automatically2. Filter Content Fragments which gets published between a past time frame and the current timeframe.Eg: Receiving a time frame as a parameter in query and filter all the CFs which gets published between the time frame received and the current time. Please help.Thanks.

I have a use-case where we are using custom datatypes ,  multifield within another multifield in a Content fragment model. Following link was helpful and js works as expected but when there is another multifield within a multifield the values are not saved for the second multifield - https://jimfrenette.com/aem/content-fragments/composite-multifield/#google_vignette java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Value for key products can't be put into node: [Ljava.lang.Object;@5fde8369at org.apache.sling.jcr.resource.internal.JcrModifiableValueMap.put(JcrModifiableValueMap.java:458) [org.apache.sling.jcr.resource:3.0.18]Caused by: javax.jcr.nodetype.ConstraintViolationException: No matching property definition: products = [testing12345, name2updated, name3updated] Is there a way to achieve this on AEM 6.5, SP 17. Is there a good documentation with Adobe for this usecase?

Hi team, We have created a few streaming Segments for an ecommerce project and testing those with some users. Source of the data is Adobe Analytics streaming data, A4T, and no webSDK, so we get data every hour.We are passing the same attribute (hashed email) as part of destination export and could see the hashed email as part of datalake as well as profile. But still could see some profiles, which are part of Segment membership (when checked the profile), not being activated to destination when i check the export batches. PFA the snippet. This is happening for few test users only, through the atributes which we are passing to destination is present in all the user profiles. Please help me understand why this is happening. These profiles are not excluded and neither they are activated.  Thanks.

Hi, I'm trying to invite a user from outside my organization and they are not receiving the invite, plus when I try to reset their password, Marketo shows an "SSO Only users are not allowed to reset password" message.   Is there a way to have this user bypass the SSO or what is the way to set them a user?   Thanks!

When submitting a new request, are you able to copy an old request and submit it? Essentially this would be used if it is a rerun of a campaign.

In our Task Templates, there are certain Tasks assigned to specific individuals and there will be times when those individuals are away (on leave, no longer with the company, etc.). Those individuals are also not part of a larger team (i.e. 5 or more) where assigning it to the whole team might be a viable solution. There might only be one or two people who could pick up their tasks. For example, their manager. How would you solve this single person dependency issue?
