Hello, I am using the AEM as a Cloud Service instance of Guides and trying to use the broken links report generation for the DITA maps - https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/experience-manager-guides-learn/tutorials/user-guide/reports-aem-guide/reports-web-editor.html?lang=en#report-broken-links However, I do not see the broken links report option available (both in local SDK and Cloud Manager environments). Is this feature specific to some version or needs additional configurations so enable it ? ThanksNarendra

I want to check if Target is restricted to publishing flows. For example, if I want to test something in the QA environment to see if my activity setup is working okay or not then the A/B that is configured using my QA link will show results in the report section of the activity or not? Also, we load the target via Launch extension for network calls so is the below setup okay? I hope I won't miss reporting the activities in Target and Analytics. Or if I have to set up something else also?   I encountered this documentation https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/platform-learn/implement-in-websites/implement-solutions/target.html?lang=en and found this custom code thing in the action section of the Adobe Launch Rule set up for loading target. What's that for?

Hi, I have a requirement where I need to embed the HubSpot video into my AEM content. Same like Youtube videos, I want to embed HubSpot videos. Any leads? #aem

Hi Team, Please help with me with these question:   Is it true that triggers will NOT work if a Marketo landing page is in draft mode, even though it's published/live? For example, if someone needs to make an edit/change to the landing page while it is live and being used in a campaign, the tracking programs which is suppose to track engagements on a Marketo LP will not work at that time - not until they select "Approve Draft?"   Thanks, Deepthi.

Hi Everyone, I have created new replication agent named TestAgent. I have a requirement where after successful replication action I want to print my own error/info log in TestAgent's log file. I am triggering this replication agent via custom workflow process step. Which service do I need to use to print additional logs in TestAgent's log file.I see we can use Interface ReplicationTransaction, how can we make use of this interface and call getLog() method of this interface. If there are any other ways , please suggest.  Thanks!!@kautuk_sahni @lukasz-m

Hi, I wish to change the asset name while sending it to Scene7. For example, if I upload an asset in AEM author instance (/content/dam/project1/collection/summer.jpg)By default, this asset will be synchronized with Scene7/DM with the same name. However, I want an asset to be pushed to Scene7 by a different name (in this case GUID). Can you please suggest any options? Thanks!

Hello everyone, I explored this subject a while ago but cant find the reference to my initial results. Can someone point me out to a thread or document that describes character limitations in dropdown fields ? I am mainly interested in special characters ",/\() and alike in use for dropdown value names and labels etc that a) might affect creation and performance of fields b) affect calculated fields build upon values. Thanks,Lukasz

Hi, has anyone passed data from Process to Container step in the workflow? I'm a bit struggling to achieve the same. Tried using the workItem object and adding to its MetaDataMap() but doesn't seem to work for me. Process step:  public void execute (WorkItem workItem, WorkflowSession workflowSession, MetaDataMap metaDataMap) throws WorkflowException { try (ResourceResolver resolver = SystemResolverFactory.getSystemResolver(factory)) { WorkflowData workflowData = workItem.getWorkflowData(); try { workItem.getWorkflow().getMetaDataMap().put("custom_payload", "abc21324"); workItem.getMetaDataMap().put("custom_payload", "abc21324"); metaDataMap.put("test", "abc21324"); ... } }  Container step:  public void execute(WorkItem workItem, WorkflowSession workflowSession, MetaDataMap metaDataMap) throws WorkflowException { try (ResourceResolver resolver = SystemResolverFactory.getSystemResolver(factory)) { WorkflowData workflowData = workItem.getWorkflowData(

Hi,We have a client for which we have made a web portal on which the "content people" etc can go in and edit deliveries. The web portal use a custom domain for the client on loadbalanced frontal servers. One of the most important features for this is to be able to upload an image and save it as a file resource to be referenced by the delivery. This is however the only feature that does not work. The issue with uploading images is that it can end up on the wrong frontal server and hence cannot be moved to public directory from upload and cannot be published to all servers. The upload dialog is a web app in an iframe and I've tried to hard code frontal server 1 to upload. This works for upload but I then cannot reference the image back to the parent window due to cross domain scripting policies.I've also tried to save the file resource as in upload directory and not move it to public. This works but I cannot publish then and hence the image will only work when the frontal server

I am trying to create a custom datatype for colorpicker within the Content fragment model for which I followed the steps mentioned in the blog below -  https://blogs.perficient.com/2020/10/20/adding-a-color-picker-to-the-aem-content-fragment-model-editor/ Colorpicker datatype shows up in the list now , but the properties show up blank hence unable to save the model Some of the errors see in the logs are as follows - 20.06.2023 14:21:40.263 *ERROR* [[0:0:0:0:0:0:0:1] [1687285300196] GET /mnt/overlay/dam/cfm/models/editor/content/editor.html/conf/demo/settings/dam/cfm/models/test HTTP/1.1] org.apache.sling.servlets.get.impl.DefaultGetServlet No renderer for extension html, cannot render resource TypeOverwritingResourceWrapper, type=dam/cfm/models/editor/components/datatypeproperties/translatablefield, path=/mnt/overlay/dam/cfm/models/editor/content/editor/jcr:content/body/items/wizard/items/editorStep/items/content/items/{{field_id}}, resource=[TypeOverwritingRes

Hello, I'm currently facing some difficulties with the form-based composer and would greatly appreciate the community's guidance and expertise in resolving this matter. Goal -- to update the hero section of my website's homepage using the form-based composer.  I'm specifically interested in hearing success stories from others who have achieved similar updates and would greatly appreciate any guidelines you can provide regarding the tagging and activity setup process. To provide some context, I attempted to implement an activity targeting "Location 1" with the value 'hphero'. I ran a script in the console, and it successfully fetched and rendered the new hero experience as expected. However, when I added the same script to the tag manager (both sync and async versions) and tested it, the hero section flickered, which was not the desired outcome. At this point, I'm struggling to fully comprehend the solution. Could you please explain how I can change the content insid

Hi all,Has anyone linked Outlook and Workfront profiles so that when the Outlook one is deleted the Workfront one is automatically deactivated? I'm looking to see if it's possible to help save some time combing through and deactivating profiles in Workfront for past employees.

For the most part, values are as expected and I can find a matching Browser. However, some rows in my data feed are tagged as 0. Does that mean this value was missing from that hit and Excel is simply inserting a 0? (I know Excel does some strange things such as with the Event_List that do not appear when pulled into a SQL database).

In our current Workfront workflow,  we set up Campaigns by creating one Project for each segment of the campaign. So if a campaign includesan email componenta social componentand a print component, then I have 4 WF projects. Project 1 is a Master Project and then one project each for each of the components. This drives the Design team nuts because the designer must open 3, if not 4 projects to find requirements and timelines, then upload creative to 3 different places, work through feedback in 3 different places, etc.  Is there a better way?

Hi everyone,Quick question, I have a new email campaign that I want to send to members, we will call it Summer Email. Now, we have another current ongoing campaign that launches an email to our new members, we will call this the Spring email. Now, I want to add a suppression to the Spring email to not send if the members in the Spring email campaign received the Summer email at any point. The current setup (smart list and flow) for the ongoing Spring email is as follows: My first thought is to add the following smart list filter and flow step to the Spring email campaign: First and foremost, is adding this to the existing Spring campaign the right approach?Second, would I need to adjust the filter options in the smart list to make this work properly?

Greetings Community,I feel like I am circling around the airport on this one, and I would love to bring this baby in for a landing. Part 1: We want to let our members know when their next payment is due. I have checked off the Product and NextDueDate checkboxes in the CCUAccount Custom object. I put this code below into Velocity script which is supposed to show the Next Due Date based on their product code: #set( $interestingProductCodes = ["NEW AUTO CE12","SECURED OTHER GOODS CE12","REC VEHICLE OE","SECURED OTHER GOODS OE","PCU USED VEHICLE","PCU USED VEHICLE JR MEETING","PCU NEW VEHICLE","NEW AUTO ALTERN IL","USED AUTO ALTERN IL","USED AUTO ALTERN WI","USED AUTO OE","NEW AUTO OE","MOTORCYCLE CE12","REC VEHICLE CE12"] ) #foreach( $account in $cCUAccount_cList ) #if( $interestingProductCodes.contains($account.productCode) ) ${account.getNextDueDate} #end #end However, when I test the token in an email using contacts, nothing shows up. Is there any code I am missing here?Part Two: The

When an email created on Marketo is forwarded by the receiver to another email ID, the CTA button is duplicated. What could be the cause and how can I overcome this issue?    Note: This template is created on Design studio within Marketo.
