Hi there,  What are the best practices for setting up an email campaign consisting of 6 emails sent on varying times/days (ie Tuesday one week, Wednesday the following, Thursday after that, etc). These 6 emails are a one-time send, no contacts will be added throughout the campaign.   There are a few things I have tried:  1. Multiple Email Programs in a folder: I set up a folder with 6 different email programs nesting each email under the 6 email programs and added the contacts to each email program. I noticed this makes it challenging to show all emails in one report in an organized manner. 2. Default Program with multiple Email Programs nested: I have also tried utilizing a default program nesting all 6 email programs, this seems to allow me to create a folder under the default program for reporting that the one report shows all 6 emails together. 3. Engagement Program: Set up an Engagement Program with the 6 emails in stream one. I set a date each email is available in

On our requests forms, is there a way to calculate a field to show requestors an estimated date of when a deliverable could be completed? For example, if a requestor selects that they want to send an email, we want to show an email would take x number of days. And the soonest date the email could be sent would be July 5. We want it to exclude weekends and ideally holidays.  The problem is that we have a bunch of people requesting assets, but they don't understand the typical timelines on how long those items take to create. If there is a way to give visibility to the requestor, it would help them have a better idea when those deliverables could be completed.  We've had some ideas, but can't figure out if it's possible:calculating fields based upon a templateUsing the default schedule in the system for calculations

Hi,   I have the XLS prepared with the contact's email address and account numbers. Account numbers that are primarily numeric (but not in all cases) and presented all within the same cell in the XLS, in a readable format e.g. 22222, 33333, 44444. - These codes serve as the username for logging into a site.   How do I know which lead.TOKEN to select to ensure this data will pull through into the email and capture correctly in Marketo? It would read something like this:   Your account numbers are: {{lead.???}}  in order to get this result:  Your account numbers are: 22222, 33333, 44444, 55555.   Is there a token that exists already that I should choose from? Or, do I need to create a custom field for such lead data? Lastly, what settings to accompany? Should it be encoded as HTML since it's meant to be human readable data in the form of a 'string'?   Thank you.

For a specific worker role, I'm trying to give edit (contribute?) access to a single custom form within the project details. Is there a way to do this? So far it seems like I can either give that role edit access to all of the custom forms in the project details or none of the custom forms.

Hello, Currently when I insert a new task, the task appears at the bottom of the task list / project plan.  And I have to manually move it to the desired location. Is it possible to insert a task anywhere in the plan or is it forced to be inserted at the bottom? Thank you,- Andrew.

I am trying to append new line of text for different json files. Hi, We recently got a few images from business which when authored in AEM 6.4 are not showing up on the pages. The old image is still persisting.Upon checking the properties of these assets, the only difference between the old images that are working and the new images which are not working is that the new images have been created from Adobe photoshop 24.4.They tried deleting , reuploading images but no luck. Are these assets not supported in AEM 6.4 ?

Can you change the size of the sections in a dashboard when they are not an external link? When we are using columns for our dashboards it looks odd when the height of the reports in the side-by-side columns varies. I am unable to find a way to adjust that height (other then when they are external links).

I am trying to disable/grey out public holidays and weekends in AEM forms datepicker. I am trying to add the code on the initialize method. Any snippets

Hi everyone,Quick question. I have a set of 7 different criteria that I am investigating to setup a smart list for a recurring campaign. The data fields do exist, however they are spread out across different custom objects. For example, one custom object (we will call it "Balance") has the "Tier" field, while the other custom object (we will call it "Rating") has the "Rate" field, and the last custom object (we will call it "Acquisition") has the "Acquisition Date" field.  What would be the best way to setup a campaign smart list to include these fields? Thanks in advance for your help.Best,Lucas

I'm trying to create an editable template that contains just the core tab component with 2 tabs that are pre-defined by the template authors. I don't want the page authors to be able to change the title or add/remove tabs but they should be able to add content to them. This is what I tried which I thought would work -1. Add a tab component to the layout container2. Ensure the default 2 tabs appear3. Unlock and set the policy for the parsys under each tab *First problem, you don't seem to be able to switch tabs when editing the template4. Change the name of the tabs to what I want them to be when displayed on the page5. Create a new page with this template - Author is unable to change tabs because the component is locked. Parsys under the tabs is listing all components in policy instead of normal drag and drop "Drag components here" box Am I missing a step or is there any way to get this to work as described? Here is an example of what the authors see on the page, just a

Hi Team,I have configured my local AEM set up with SAML 2.0 OOTB authentication handler and I am able to authenticate user. While It is coming to Group Assignment, I have created Local AEM group with same name as Azure AD Security Group. But user is not getting assigned to this group though it is getting added to default groups specified in SAMl Authentication handler. Few Configurations:Autocreate CRX Users : TrueAdd to Groups : TrueGroup Membership: http://schemas.microsoft.com/ws/2008/06/identity/claims/groupsNameIdPolicy Format: urn:oasis:names:tc:SAML:1.1:nameid-format:emailAddressSynchronized Attributes: http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/ws/2005/05/identity/claims/emailaddress=profile/email                                       http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/ws/2005/05/identity/claims/givenname=profile/givenName                 &

EDIT: I am trying to create the zip/package using mvn clean install. might be best explained with an example so I have the following filter.xml <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?> <workspaceFilter version="1.0"> <filter root="/content/experience-fragments/myhost"> <exclude pattern="/content/experience-fragments/myhost/components/showcase/dual"/> <exclude pattern="/content/experience-fragments/myhost/components/balance-history/master"/> </filter> </workspaceFilter> after running mvn clean install I get a package in ui.content/target. I opened this package using my favorite archiver app (in my case, I was using winrar). And I noticed 2 errors.I can see the 2 paths I've excluded have been included.I can see that root path I did not include in filter.xml have been included. The root path of the content that has been included is /content/myhost/portals.Any ideas what I'm doing wrong?

Hi,We have tracking id implemented on URLs, however, we are noticing the visits being lower than unique clicks.  What would be the reason for this?  Would browsing tracking limitation be an issue?  I know it's not apples to apples comparison here, but insight would help.  Thanks

How do you go about configuring launch so that it populates the site section report in adobe analytics?  I've tried to configure the global variables (eVars) in the Adobe Analytics Extension, but was unsuccessful in getting the report to populate in Adobe Analytics' Site Section report.  I've also tried configuring the eVars on page load, but that also isn't working.  Can someone point me to a step-by-step instruction on how to configure an eVar that will populate a report in Adobe Analytics?  Thank you, Patrick
