I was going through two articles to understand 'unspecified' line item in conversion variable reports when breakdown one dimension by other for a particular success event. Question: When we breakdown an evar1 (defined during success event hit) with other evar2 which is not defined in the hit where success event takes place (but defined before, and not yet expired), do we get the persisted value of evar2 as line item or unspecified for evar1->evar2 breakdown. In the following article , https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/analytics/technotes/unspecified.html?lang=en point 3, statesBreakdown reports where only one variable fired: When you apply a breakdown to a variable, every instance of that variable must be accounted for. If the second variable was not seen or if it persisted from a previous hit, the dimension item is “Unspecified”. And this article,https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/analytics/analyze/reports-analytics/customize-reports/subrela

Hi all,Adobe documentaion is stating that use Adobe IO runtime+ Graph QL to configure third party API endpoints and filterout response data and expose GRAPH QL API's to AEM components to call vai React/Angular( Ajax), But there is no option to download Adobe IO runtime for local AEM 6.5 instance to test sample third party REST API's by configuring API's endpoints in GraphQL.Can someone help if any one have done this external API testing in local AEM instance 6.5 using Adobe IO runtime + Graph QL? Thank you.

Hi everyone. We have a lead scoring model set up which, in general, is working really well. However, we saw an issue arise the other day. For context, we -50 points for leads whose company doesn't meet a certain revenue threshold or if that threshold is null.   Our new lead got created and then our lead scoring model kicked in before our lead enrichment tool could populate the revenue figures. Our lead obviously then got negative scored and then abandoned and a hot lead wasn't routed correctly.   My question is, wouldn't it make more sense to have a lead scoring program fire on a campaign request trigger as opposed to a person created trigger? This would let our data enrichment tool go about it's business and once it's finished, THEN send the lead over for lead scoring?   Any input would be greatly appreciated

Hello,I am wondering if it is possible to track individual marketing channels on a page path flow view.Example: EMAIL Marketing Channel - Visits by pageThank you

We are have missing salesforce account information for several accounts. I have been tasked with creating an email with a form to send to contacts who we need information from. 1.) The information on the form needs to be synced to the account in salesforce. Is this possible? Other research says that accounts are the one type that only flow into Marketo (though this can be bypassed through support) 2.) Would you recommend that bypass, or is there a better way this can be accomplished? 3.) Assuming the connection is there to accounts, will the information automatically be added to the account, or will it be brought in as a lead?   Thanks!

Hi guys!   I created a calendar event file as indicated in the Marketo documentation. And I'm trying to use it inside an Image object but is not working. I tried the preview and a real sample test and is not working at any of those.   Is there a way to use it as a link in an image?

Hello!   The admin whose Zoom account was authenticating the connection between Zoom and Marketo left our company. We have re-authenticated the zoom api connection via launchpoint but receiving this error any time we try to connect a webinar to our webinar program in Marketo. I have followed the steps laid out here to no avail. does anyone have troubleshooting tips?

If we are merging a whole bunch of report suites into one global instance (using virtual report suites to parse out different BUs/websites), what are my options in ensuring that historical data stays as intact as possible? During this re-implementation, we'll be cleaning up and combining report suites, focusing on creating 1 consistent implementation framework across many global properties.  We're aware that as we are re-imagining our report suite structure to a single suite, this data migration process would dovetail nicely with a transition to CJA. But until that happens, we plan on using the new Analytics suite as a data source sending to CJA (as opposed to a Web SDK/data streams direct-to-CJA data collection). That way, the analytics rework is useful and we won’t need to re-do anything on potential tool integration. Are these my options for combing and retaining historical data?1. Housing it with Adobe somehow (what costs are associated with this option)2.

Is the quick calculated metrics no longer available? cannot seem to find it when click right on a metric.  What is the best function to create a monthly average visits. I would like to create to compare against 2022's monthly averages. But hopefully have a metric that can shift depending on the timeframe dimension I drop down so it is not only stuck to 2022.

The documentation says it shows the the amount of time that passed between hits for a given dimension item and If the hit doesn’t have a subsequent hit, do not include it in this metric. I'm not quite sure I understand this! Does it make sense to have "Average Time on Site " metric for Month or Day or OS? Or it only makes sense to have it with Page?

I'd like to build a freeform table that returns the percentage change from the prior period in the table.Expected results would be something like my screenshot below that shows the Week period in rows and then the Visits metric as a field. The custom metric would then show the percentage lift or fall from the prior period used (week in this case).Bonus if I could change the period from Day, Week, or Month and have the metric know this, but having separate metrics for standard date periods is no biggie. Thanks in advance!  BTW - If you utilize ChatGPT to help, don't bother - it hallucinates almost any answer for Adobe Analytics still.

I am wondering How I can best track the user clicks happening on Cookie "Accept" button on my website. Is there a special way I should use it or a general clicked element tracking? This "Accept" button stays unless the user hit it and I want to check how many users have clicked it to enable cookies in their browsers.  Thanks

Hi, I'm just trying to create a live copy of my English language masters site and put it in a /us/en directory, but it's giving me this error: "Can not establish Relation from /content/mysite/language-masters/en -> /content/mysite/us/en/jcr:content: would be circular"   I'm trying to make a live copy of mysite/language-masters/en and put it in mysite/us/en. Any ideas about why this isn't working?

@dwright-adobe  I am referring to your tutorial on custom AT.JS events, where one could use evens like at-content-rendering-succeeded for fetching user attributes in response tokens. We are currently just listening to the 'at-content-rendering-succeeded' in the web to refresh a token. Since we have migrated to WebSDK, we are wondering what is the WebSDK equivalent of this/these events so we can use the same and modify our listener to listen to the new WebSDK.

I requested a data warehouse report to extract IP addresses to identify bot IP addresses. However, the IP addresses are in this format - ::1000493164.There are about 100 bot IP addresses to exclude. And when I try to upload a CSV with these bot IPs, it does not seem to be recognizing them perhaps because of the format. So I would like to know how exactly I can upload these IP addresses so that they are excluded.  If anyone could please explain in what way I have to add the IP's, that would be extremely helpful.Or may I know if user agent is the better way to go?Alternatively, I would have liked to upload user agent list. But I can't see user agent dimension in Data warehouse. Can anyone please help me how this can be done? Or if there is any other better way, Please help.

Hi,I am trying to split the traffic to 100% to variation B, still when i open the page i am getting Variation A.Is there any documentation to follow for this Adobe target? I am trying to test it in incognito mode, even from another laptop. But i can only see variation A

How can I leverage Adobe Analytics' Attribution IQ to compare different attribution models side by side, analyze credit assignment to various marketing channels based on the chosen model, and better understand the relative impact of different channels on my success metrics?

Part of the quoting process with Adobe they strongly suggest we work with an implementation partner. How necessary is that? What do we gain by working with an implementation partner? I don't have pricing yet, but if it is anything like the pricing I've seen from Google partners to implement GA4 360 I imagine it's going to be at least the price of a single year's license cost if not more. I'm trying to understand if the that cost can be justified especially since we have in-house resources.

I have a custom Lead field. In my UI, I'm looking at the table, and I click the column name to sort it.  For some reason, my field's sort buttons are grayed out.All the rest of the columns can be sorted, but not my custom one. What's that about?  Can I really not sort by custom fields?  Argh.

Hi All,   We have some form elements and we have a Custom Submit action.   We dont want to send some values to afdata(afbound and afunbound) parameters.   By default all the values are coming in afdata .   Thanks

Is it possible that each request type had their own form and based on the Request Type Workfront would only select the form associated to that request type.

I am new to AEM and I have created a Community website using the Communities functionality in AEM. Now I need to customise some of the styles, but I am not able to find the CSS files associated with it. Main things I need to change is the header navigation colour and some font sizes. Is there any option to overwrite the styles ? I am running AEM on my local machine and using the default bootstrap theme. My site path is /content/sites/my-community/en/ . The default quickstart install already has a community called We-Retail, but I am not sure how it is styled.
