Solved

For the life of me, I can't seem to find a screen that allows me to "sign up" for various topic areas within the Workfront community like in the pre-Adobe days. I need to: Tweak my daily digest contents. Which is to say: be able to remove topic areas from my existing daily digest. Show an associate how to sign-up and add topic areas to watch.

Good afternoon,   I have implemented the Custom RTE Plugin from this article into my local AEM instance.   I was wondering if it was possible to add the anchor sprite image in the screenshot below when a new attribute is added using the plugin

Hi, We have configured Azure SSO implementation in our production site. But we noticed that if we keep the window idle for almost 3 to 4 hours and refresh the page, it is showing as "Authentication failed" error. It is getting resolved, if we click on the address bar and press enter, or open the page in a different tab or window. Any idea, how we can solve it?

It's possible to have a list of all resourceTypes ? I was creating a new component and in the _cq_dialog folder I can change the resourceType "textfield" to "select" cause I need to use a select input in my dialog.    But to change others, I see that AEM have a lot of types, where I can see all of them?

Team, Looking forward to the solution to block "visitor_info_live" and "YSC" cookies through OneTrust. I'm able to block and unblock analytics/performance cookies via onetrust. But not these two cookies. These cookies are coming from "youtube extension for adobe launch."

Hi folks, I recently upgraded my AEM project's embedded ACS COMMONs libraries from 4.11.0 to 5.2.0. and sending emails fails afterwards.   "...ang.IllegalArgumentException: Mail template path [ /conf/myproject/notification/email/dentist.html ] could not resolve to a valid templateat com.adobe.acs.commons.email.impl.EmailServiceImpl.getMailTemplate(EmailServiceImpl.java:276)"   I checked via useradmin for "acs-commons-system-notifications-service"  and it has read permission for "/conf/myproject/notification/email" directory on both publishers servers. If I checked via security/permissions.html, I didn't see that the user had permissions so I added an ACE for /conf/myproject/notification/email. Not sure what was happening there.   In any case, it still didn't work.   Is there some other service user I should check permissions for ? thanks Fiona

Can some one please share how to transfor JSON data to XDM format in JAVA.   Scenario: My Java application consumes JSON data that needs to transform into XDM format as defined in schema and inject that data into AEP.   Documentation link is also fine If that helps to do transformation using JAVA from JSON to XDM as defined in AEP schema.   Thanks in advance !

Hi AllWe are using aem cloud environments, when publishing the assets referencing pages are getting published, does anyone seen this kind of issues? is this any configuration issue or product issue?   Thanks Manyavika

Hey! We're currently using velocity script tokens for dynamic content on our emails and currently having some challenges with getting the script to show a dollar amount with the $ format. I was expecting the field lead.yearlyAmount to spit out the amount with the $ sign (field type is currency) but I guess that's not how it works so we've tried using the script below to no avail. The script doesn't seem to be parsing - any ideas?#set($yearlyCurrency = $number.toNumber($lead.yearlyAmount))$esc.dollar$number.format('#,###', $yearlyCurrency)‍‍Any help would be appreciated!Jervis

Re this: https://experienceleaguecommunities.adobe.com/t5/adobe-experience-manager/where-is-the-i18n-translator-ui-for-aem-cloud/td-p/400530 assuming Translator (<sever>/libs/cq/i18n/translator.html) is deprecated/not-to-be-used.   We have a component where we need to use i18n strings for name on button   1. We added language folder and json under "ui.apps/src/main/content/jcr_root/apps/my-project/i18n" 2. After deploy, can see the values at "<server>/libs/cq/i18n/dict.nl.json" How can we use/refer these on the components' html?    <div class="btn-row"> <button type="button" class="continue-btn" aria-label="${'Continue Without Accepting' @ i18n}">${'Continue Without Accepting' @ i18n} </button> </div>

Hi All,   I have the below scenario occurring for the STAGE environment - The response time & its caching action from dispatcher for home page requests varies greatly.   From the AEM dispatcher logs we have the below info - [29/Nov/2022:01:31:49] [I] "GET /content/brandA/us/en/home.html" -7728ms [publishfarm/0] [actionmiss] stage.brandA.com[29/Nov/2022:02:16:19] [I] "GET /content/brandA/us/en/home.html" -5857ms [publishfarm/0] [actionmiss] stage.brandA.com[29/Nov/2022:02:16:23] [I] "GET /content/brandA/us/en/home.html" [publishfarm/0] [actionnone] stage.brandA.com[29/Nov/2022:02:16:56] [I] "GET /content/brandA/us/en/home.html" -3ms [publishfarm/-] [actionhit] stage.brandA.com[29/Nov/2022:02:28:02] [I] "GET /content/brandA/us/en/home.html" -3ms [publishfarm/-] [actionhit] stage.brandA.com[29/Nov/2022:02:31:26] [I] "GET /content/brandA/us/en/home.html" -1886ms [publishfarm/0] [actionmiss] stage.brandA.com[29/Nov/2022:05:05:41] [I] "GET /content/brandA/us/en/home.html" -5ms

Hi AEM Community,   My AEMaaCS dispatcher is frequently hit with requests "GET /favicon.ico HTTP/1.1" The requests origin from Publish's /systemready API call triggered by /systemready -  https://publish-pyyzzz-ezzzabc.adobeaemcloud.com/systemready   As seen in screenshot below - any call to above URL leads to /favicon.ico being also triggered. The /favicon.ico call is currently triggered at a rate of 5 requests per minute as per the dispatcher logs.   Query 1 - Is there any way to decouple the connection between the /systemready and /favicon.ico call ? The /favicon.ico call seems rather too frequent.   Moving on, previously since this request was not handled it gave a 404 status and took more than 30s processing time as per dispatcher logs. To handle that we introduced a redirect to let this request redirect to a DAM asset in our repo. This changed the HTTP Status code to 302 followed by 200 and brought down the processing time to 3s for most requests.

I have a report that is pulling a column for a calculated field that we use on a custom form and am trying to figure out how to summarize it (by SUM) so that it shows the total at the grouping level.    Is there text mode that can accomplish this?

I am trying to save form data in an AEM repository node (CRXDE Lite) and I am trying to figure out how to do so. I know that the standard form component allows you to save the data in a folder called "user-generated", but when data saves, the data is stored in a folder inside of user-generated that is about 12 random numbers. I need to be able to name that folder appropriately so that I can get that data for later use. What can I do?

Once I find a file through Search, I want to browse the folder that the file is in. I can't figure out how to find the location of the file though. I've looked through Properties. How do I find the folder path of the file?

Hello everyone,   I have used a freeform table in Analytics Workspace.   I wish to re-order the metrics row. Is there any way/method that it can be done?

Is it possible to upload a file that will pull the column data into a dropdown choices? I want to reference those drop down choices into a calculated field later in the form. Also if need to update those fields at a later date. Thanks!

Hi Team,   We have a CSV having list of assets to be deleted from instance and the list is in bulk [100+ assets path] Removal of bulk assets will be one time activity, so what could be the best optimized approach? eg : Path /content/dam/test/test-a/image.png /content/dam/test/test-a/test-image.jpeg /content/dam/test/test-b/sample.png /content/dam/test/test-c/image-delete.png ...100+ records   I was thinking for Groovy script, or servlet to read asset path from CSV and perform activity like unpublish and delete the asset. Any sample solution will be very helpful Any input: what could be the optimized way to read the path from CSV and then unpublish and remove the asset.   I am quite new to groovy script learning how to manage unpublish and delete assets, till now I did some basic operation like reading and removing the assets. def csvFile = new File('/path/to/csv/file.csv') def assetPaths = [] // Read the CSV File line by line csvFile.eachLine {

Hi,   How can we get the list of users who are inactive past 60 days either by using query debugger or java code. I referred this  https://experienceleaguecommunities.adobe.com/t5/adobe-experience-manager/list-of-inactive-users-in-aem/m-p/555260 but not sure whether this is correct way bcz it only lists the users having tokens.   Thank you

Hi, cc @joerghoh @kautuk_sahni ,We are using AEM 6.5.13 and extensively use Content Fragment but are not using graphql at the moment. ` With AEM 6.5.13 Release Notes, known issues, we installed below index package AEM Content Fragment with GraphQL Index Package 1.0.3 this installed below three indexes, 1./oak:index/assetPrefixNodename2. /oak:index/fragments3. /oak:index/graphqlConfigWith AEM 6.5.14 and AEM 6.5.15 Release Notes adobe recommends installing AEM Content Fragment with GraphQL Index Package 1.0.5 Note : The only difference is cfm-graphql-index-def-1.0.5 removes graphqlConfig.Could you please confirm, if it is recommended to install cfm-graphql-index-def-1.0.5 instead of cfm-graphql-index-def-1.0.3.Or we can go ahead with cfm-graphql-index-def-1.0.3 in AEM 6.5.13 production?I assume /oak:index/graphqlConfig was causing any interferences between assets and fragment index hence it was removed in cfm-grap

Hi, cc @joerghoh @kautuk_sahni,    https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/experience-manager-65/release-notes/release-notes.html#known-issues   When trying to move/delete/publish either Content Fragments or Sites/Pages, there is an issue when Content Fragment references are fetched, as the background query fails; i.e. the functionality does not work.To ensure correct operation, you must add the following properties to the index definition node /oak:index/damAssetLucene (no reindexing is required):   "tags": ["visualSimilaritySearch"]"refresh": trueClarification - 1)  Could you please confirm, the type of property is String (refresh="true")  and not boolean (refresh="{Boolean}true"). 2) with oak reindex we notice,  file doesnt exists warning. Should we complete delete the indexes and restart or we can ignore such warnings. *WARN* [oak-lucene-4869] org.apache.jackrabbit.oak.plugins.index.lucene.IndexCopier

Hi All,We have implemented Google Analytics component as given in the below URL:https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/experience-manager-65/developing/extending-aem/extending-cloud-services/extending-cloud-config-custom-cloud.html?lang=enActually we have implemented this in AEM 6.2 few years back and it was working fine. Now since Google is migrating to G4 we need to enhance this component and facing 2 issues.1. We would like to add a new node under "googleanalyticspage/dialog/items/items/tab1/" and pass additional G4 property along with Account ID. I tried to duplicate the existing node and updated the properties (like name, description for new G4 ID ) and when tried to configure this I don't see this new textfield coming in the dialog. I even tried to modify the hierarchy by adding nodes like layout(resourceType: fixed columns) and column(resourceType: container) and added 2 nodes (resourceType: textfield) but dialog is blank . Is there any additional steps we are missing?2. Google
