Hello, does anyone know how I can have all the email subject lines I've used for a particular folder be added to a report to then have it converted to a excel sheet with opens CTR etc.? So if I've created a report and converted it to an excel, is there a setting I can use to have all the subject lines on that excel sheet? 

Hello everyone,    I am wondering if anyone knows if it's possible to code javascript into marketo form so that it can either    1) Automatically detect the visitor's country based on their IP address?2) Allow visitor to select country code from the field (dropdown)   I am not a programmer and have almost no knowledge in coding. I have a Smart Campaign and I need to add an additional wait step. I actually need to extend the waiting period from two days to 6 days. How can I accomplish this without messing up the flow?   Here is the current flow:   Send email 1 Wait 2 days Request campaign: send email 2   I need the wait step to change to 6 days, but I'm not sure how to make that happen without interrupting the flow.

As the topic, how can I hide or delete a specific field in the Custom Objects?Followed this tutorial, and didn't work as expected. The field is shown deleted. Hello! I just got access to our team's instance of Marketo analytics and when I try to load Marketing Activities, it hangs on the loading screen and doesn't actually load anything. This is common amongst all Marketing Activities pages. What is the issue here? Is it an access issue?  

Hi guys!   Does Marketo stripe out the +1 from the Phone Number field? There was an insert from an API call, then I see this in the log.

Hi everyone,Trying to figure out if this is possible - interested if we can use the same form on a landing page that populates via a lightbox, but add something that allows us to then differentiate between the different lightbox-populating CTAs on the page. The reasoning behind this is it would allow us to promote registrations for different events OR promote different gated pieces of content all on one central page but we could use the same universal form each time (right now we are creating custom forms and then using that form submission to trigger the appropriate smart campaign for these "central hub" type pages). I thought I could add something to the lightbox link and then trigger off of "fills out form" with a "clicked link, link contains" logic to differentiate between the different CTA boxes on the page but haven't gotten this to work. We've recently connected our Marketo CRM to Facebook in order to push lead information from our Facebook ads/form over to Marketo. The Launchpoint integration and field mapping on the Marketo side is correct and active, and the CRM connection on the Facebook side is correct and active too. When we test the form on the Facebook side using the form developer tools, we receive a 'success' status within the payload script. However, our test information is not being pushed over to our Marketo database. We've been in contact with Marketo support, have disconnected and reconnected the integration as their support suggested, but still not receiving the form test information on the Marketo side. Does anyone within this community have suggestions to troubleshoot this issue? Or any suggestions from those that may have experienced the same issue?

 Hi all, I am looking for a solution to pre populate the unique account no. associated to each of our client's email address, when they fill out the form. We only want people with a valid account number to fill a particular form so the account number field is mandatory, however we don't want our clients to go through the trouble to fill in the unique number every time they fill that form. What would be the best strategy to go about it?  

Hi there,    I'd like to AB test the send test of an email and I'll be using smart campaign. I thought about the below setup:  - Campaign 1: Send email to random sample 50 of my smart list  - Campaign 2: Send email to all contacts on my smart list that did not receive the email in campaign 1. Do you think that would work? I'm afraid of the 'Do nothing' in campaign 1... I'm not sure if that means that it would just send the email to 50% of the list and not do anything on the rest? I am trying to identity a way to represent the current count of list members that could be ultimately represented as a singular data output to update stakeholders at key points in time during a process.  Something that could be delivered in the output of an email as a status check so that any outliers or unexpected activity can be quickly identified and investigated.     Lists and people reports using custom columns of Smart lists that call on the static list to show these counts unfortunately do not work, as the emails need to send at specific time of day and subscribed deliveries cannot be adjusted for key delivery times.     Thoughts? Hello,   I am wondering if we can route a lead to Marketo instance A when the lead fills out a form that is hosted in Marketo instance B?   Background: We have a contact us landing page with a Marketo form. The form has 3 options that represent the 2 products we have, plus a choice to get information for both products. Example: - Business A - Business B - Both, Business A and Business B   We are moving Business A to its own Marketo instance soon and I am wondering how we could accomplish this routing when the Marketo form is hosted through Marketo instance A?   Thank you!  

Trying to use Zapier to integrate Converter Calculator with Marketo to create a new lead upon form submission of the calculator. The only thing captured on the calculator is "email address."    Is nothing actually being submitted because I have no sample data for email address? Where would I input sample data?

Hi everyone, Is there any way to update touchpoints in a campaign based off a custom date field?   I have old form submission lists with a column stating the date the person submitted the form. I'd like to upload these lists to create touchpoints based off that submission date column, rather than the default Bizible behavior of using campaign membership date.   Has anyone figured out an easy way to do this besides using the severely underpowered "bulk update touchpoints" feature?   Thanks!
