We are receiving data into  (AEP) from multiple sources via Azure Data Factory , using SFTP for file transfers. The files appear successfully in the target location at first, and we have a Dataflow set up in AEP to process them.However, when the Dataflow is triggered, it fails with an error, and we’ve observed that the source file disappears after the Dataflow running. Within our ADF pipeline, there is a step where the files are encrypted and then deleted after processing. While we’re not entirely certain this deletion is directly causing the Dataflow to fail, it seems likely that the file is being removed before the Dataflow has finished reading it.Error summary CONNECTOR-1001-500: Error in copying the data from Source.Error code: 2200Description : /mapBVToAEP_DailyEvents_20250707.jsonl.pgp is not a valid file path

Can we track Success/failure of load on a page within adobe analytics. What metrics dimension do we use to track it for reporting ?

Is it possible to schedule any Fusion scenario on a specific date of every month? ex: 10th of every month All I see is the Minutes, Time, Day and month selections in the trigger settings.

Hi everyone,  In my current adobe setup, I have AEP, Event forwarding and Adobe data collection. The use case I have requires me to send data from Websdk to Event forwarding property to Google Analytics. For this particular use case, I need to generate new google client if it doesnt exist and use the existing google client ID if it does exist. How can I do so? Is there a way for me to refer to IDs/parameters stored in AEP using rules or data element in Data collection/launch? If this can be achieved, is this near real time? What is the delay here?  TLDR; Refer to data stored in AEP using adobe launch/data collection.  Thanks for helping :))

On my env would work people from 3 different entities. I would like label datasets in that way:1. Entity 1 users - they would see only datasets with entity 1 data2. Entity 2 users - they would see only datasets with entity 2 data3. Entity 3 users - they would see only datasets with entity 3 data I did this excercise by using Labels. https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/experience-platform/access-control/abac/permissions-ui/labels I add custom label to the Entity 1 Dataset and did not add that label to the user group to which Entity 1 user does not belong to. But this did not work. Any ideas?

Is it mandatory to enable a Primary Identity when streaming data from a website into Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)? If the Primary Identity is not enabled in an event-based schema, will the data fail to appear in Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) Workspace?

Hi there, I have question about the incremental data logic when export dataset data: If I schedule a dataset export job to export incremental data on a daily basis, and one day's task fails when sending data to SFTP, will the next day's task resend the previous day's data, or will it only send that day's incremental data? Thanks

Hi there, We have a requirement to trigger scenario whenever Task PlannedCompletiondate or Priority fields are changed or if a task is deleted from a project. I'm checking Watch Field module but don't see any options to add filters to pick up tasks from a specific project ID or watch for multiple fields. Is this the right module to use to pick Tasks based on field updates? Also how to trigger a workflow if a task is deleted ? ( requirement is we sent out a outlook event whenever a task is created. So if Task is deleted, we want to delete that outlook event). Thanks.

I rely heavily on the folders in Adobe Analytics but have been running into several issues lately. About a week ago, I noticed that I could no longer sort my folders by ascending or descending order. We reported this to Adobe and they were able to reproduce the issue, but now it has gone to their engineering team to address the issue. When I create a project, I save that project into the appropriate folder, but today I am getting error messages "Failed to save (with the project name)". However, the project does actually get saved, but it is saved to my Projects. When I try to move it to the correct folder, I am getting another error message stating "folderId is required". I have tried different browsers, clearing my cache etc., but I still am not able to move my projects to the correct folders. We will be opening another case with Adobe, but I was curious if anyone else was having issues? 

 I see same email address (but difference due to case sensitive) is marked as identities twice in the identity graph. is identities in the email namespace is case sensitive?

What happens if we ingest dataset into CJA which is not enabled for profile. Create segment in CJA and publish to AEP.Once audience is available in AEP, would that really reflect under profiel snapshot ?how would that go into profile store if it was not even set a profile enabled dataset ?

Hi, I need to build a 30-day IP warming campaign divided into 6 phases. I can't use the OOTB AJO feature because some profiles may be contacted more than once. For example, someone who received a communication on day 3 might also receive one on day 17, which isn’t possible with the new IP warming feature. What would you recommend for handling this? Should I create one campaign per day or one journey per day (meaning one campaign/journey for each day)? I'd really appreciate your best practice recommendations on this. Thanks a lot!

Hello! I am trying to create a Report Builder request and I am experiencing some issues when trying to sign in into my Adobe Analytics account. I get this error that I don't have access to this service. A month ago I was able to sign in and to create request in Report Builder, but now, for some reason I can't. I have tried with another account (my colleague account) and it is the same situation, even though he can sign in into his account from his laptop.So why from one laptop I can't sign in anymore, but on another laptop everything works just fine. Does anybody encounter this issue and how to solve this?  

Hi there,i m new to Target and i know that for tracking revenue  revenue and order information on the target-global-mbox, “mbox parameters” must be sent to Target. For the orderConfirmPage, you should pass in orderTotal, orderId, and productPurchasedId.These parameters must be sent to the target-global-mbox via targetPageParams().2 questions:is there an example of javascript of how this is done? i guess this is done via a TMS (Launch)do i have to use the target-global-mbox or can i create another mbox?

Hi Team, We are working on creating an audience that qualifies profiles based on the Edge Merge Policy where the ECID and attributes of the profile will be added to "Hub" option, that converts into "Edge" which takes around 10 to 15mins for the attribute to get added into Edge segment. We have observed that not all profiles are getting converted into Edge even after 4 to 5 hours. In our AEM React SPA project, we're facing an issue where the dialog fields are not appearing in the model.json when fetching data for a container component. Hi, This might seem like a straightforward issue, but I haven’t been able to resolve it. A user is unable to see the proof comment in the Documents area. The comment is visible once they click into the proof itself, but it doesn’t appear in the main Workfront UI. Do you know what might be causing this?

Hello All,  We have a few streaming audiences setup with Default merge policies and the data is streamed into AEP. We came across this note this adobe doc and  this post. My understanding is that, if we are streaming the data then the default merge policy would work. But I'm confused because of these two statements here -  Note from Adobe documentation - In order to use streaming segmentation, you must use a merge policy that is “Active on Edge”.  Note from the community response - When it comes to defining segments, you can choose which merge policy is used by the segment definition. The segment builder defaults to whichever merge policy is selected as your default merge policy. We are looking to set up our AJO/AEP sandbox such that members who unsubscribe using our link in the email itself. However, we also want to make sure we can configure the email such that members who unsubscribe using the integrated Unsub feature in their ESP (gmail, outlook, etc) also unsubscribe from further communications from us.  Any documentations on this, or info on how we could get this done?
