I tried creating an HTML Offer in Adobe Target, which contained HTML <div>...</div>, a style block <style>...</style>, as well as a script blocks <script>...</script>, but when I tried to insert the offer into an activity, it gave the following hard stop error message: "Offer content must contain exactly one HTML element".  I wasn't sure what that means, but I could only assume for now that it's because I'm trying to include a style block and/or a script block in the offer, though the language of the error message focuses on there being more than "one" HTML element.... Any clarification here would be great. Thanks.    

I would like to create a report that will show the sum of record counts for multiple fields in a custom form. Specifically, something like this: If Field A or Field B = Choice 1, then show the total count of Field 1 plus Field 2. If Field A or Field B = Choice 2, show the total count of Field 3 plus Field 4, and so on. I'm terrible anything except the very simplest calculated fields. Is this something can can be done, and if so, can you give me the actual text to do it? Thanks for any help!!!

I'm trying to create a dynamic report that will show the user all other users' timesheets from the previous week, as long as the users' Home Teams match any of the teams in the $$USER's Other Teams. I ALMOST have it working but there are holes that I'm not quite understanding or know how to fix. I have a report where I am calculating average users' average hours per week.  In my grouping header, I want to show the sum average of the hours over a 6 week period (so total hours over the 6 week period divided by 6) & then in the subgroup headers (each row) I want show the average hours per week (total hours for the one week divided by count of the hours for that week). In my attached screenshot:Main group header: Hours 232, Avg Hours / Wk 38.67 > This is calculated by 232 / 6 = 38.67Subgroup header: Hours 40, Avg Hours / Wk 6.67 > This is where I am running into the problem.  I need to divide by the count.  In the screenshot, the count is 11, so to get the weekly average is should be 40/11= 3.64.There is a copy of the code in the screenshot.  I'm not sure what I need to divide by to get the weekly average because my row count will change depending on the number of entries per week.  Is this possible or is there a better way to do it?&nb

I am the admin for our company. Our PM's have been asked by a client to use WorkFront in conjunction with their company who holds the licensing. One of my users can not access the web based access to Workfront on her computer (MacBook Pro) but I, using her credentials on a different computer, login without issue. The IT Team on the client side of this has a ticket but thus far nobody has an answer. It was suggested that there could be an issue with the Federated license and a reset could solve this issue. Another suggestion is fully removing all adobe applications / caches from the computer and start fresh?  Any help would be appreciated

Hi,  We're currently only using the Workload Balancer portion of  Resource Management and would like to hide some of the other tools showing on the left panel. I didn't find anything in layouts to do this. Is there any way to hide Resource Pools and Utilization in the left panel? We have multiple departments using our instance and all users are showing up in the utilization view and filters don't seem to stay. The departments update each other so companies isn't an option to hide the other department users from view. Thanks

I can't figure out how to copy a formula we use for a reference number into a different custom field. When I copy and update the custom names it tells me that "Packaging Request Type is not a valid field in your system".  I'm not sure what that means? Hi everyone,We're currently experiencing an issue where some users (not all) are intermittently seeing a blank page when accessing Workfront. This behavior is inconsistent and seems to occur randomly.While investigating, we noticed that affected users are receiving a 403 Forbidden error when the browser attempts to load the following script:https://snippet.maze.co/maze-universal-loader.jsWe have a few questions:What is this script, and what is its purpose?Is it required for Workfront to function properly?Could this be related to the blank page issue?Any insights or guidance would be greatly appreciated. Hello, We have people post their travel time on projects to a task on their task list. We don't bill our clients for travel time. I have a custom form that lists total budget hours, then a field that subtracts the actual hours posted to the project to show their remaining budget on their dashboard, but I cannot figure out how to pull out or separate/remove the hours posted to a task where the "source" is Travel Time. Task List Hour Type = Task TimeSource = Travel Time Just need a way to have a field that takes Actual Hours Posted to the project minus any Travel Time Hours posted so that I can show actual budget hours remaining. Hoping someone can help? ...and unfortunately no, I don't have fusion. Thank you!

I've got a report that shows how long it's taking our account managers to convert a request to a project. The "Time to Convert" column was created in text mode:displayname=Time to Convert linkedname=direct querysort=entryDate valueexpression=ROUND(DATEDIFF({entryDate},{actualStartDate}),2) valueformat=HTMLI don't get an "average" option for the column, like I do if I use a standard column selected from the drop down. Is there any way to display the average for the column other than exporting to Excel? I'm using groupings based on the different account managers, if that makes any difference. Thanks.

Hi ,We have a huge where we will have around 100 activities . But i am concerned about performance of the journey. Can any one please let me know that what and all performance issues we have if we have such a big journey apart from troubleshooting and readability issue.Also please let me know is there any possibility to split the journey .Thought of jump activity but as per the documentation we can't use jump if we have read audience.Please let us know your thoughts. Thanks Usha

This may be a silly question, but we are in the process of renewing our Workfront agreement. With that comes the switch to the new license/ access levels, and I am trying to get clarification on what the Contributor access level will be able to do. It's mostly spelled out in the documentation, but I need to know specifically if users with the free Contributor access level will be able to see, be tagged in, and make comments on projects?

Hi! I have a project report that I want to group by fiscal year (July 1 - June 30).Is it possible to create a grouping to organize projects by their Actual Start Date, which each sub-group being an FY? There does not seem to be a default, so is this a text-mode thing? Other things to note:We do not use financials.Our projects do have an FY23/FY24/F25 at the beginning of each project name.

Hello - One of our users is trying to drag and drop documents into their request and each time they try to do it the document tries to download instead of being uploaded into Workfront.  I tired to drag and drop the same document into the same request and it worked for me, but when she tries it will not drag and drop but tries to download the document.  Any thoughts on why this might be happening for this user when we have not changed any settings? Also, this feature was working earlier in the week and not sure why it's not working now.  Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you!

I've been looking and found a few older posts that had text code that was supposedly going to work in achieving this, but I have had no luck. At the moment they only wish to see these projects, so that they are aware of what is going on in their team. I don't know that they will want to manage these at any time, and I know that a project can be updated for that purpose. right now, I just want to build a report, or even a filter, that allows this user to see only what is shared with them. Thank you for your help.

I am looking for text mode filtering that will allow me to pull a project report for all projects containing a specific task. Specifically, - Pull all projects that have a task id which contains "wireframe"- I can't pull a project report and filter by task name because I want to account for all the tasks and assignments in those projects that contain a wireframe task- I'd like to pull a report for completed projects and a report for current projectsThank you,Brenda

Hello This is my second time creating a Help request queue. The first is working correctly and I referenced the first when creating the second. Currently the second is not appearing in the drop down on the requests page and when I use the direct link I get the following error "Error The request queue is no longer available". Hello everyone, I'm currently developing some self-service flow steps. While the overall installation and usage process works smoothly, I’ve been wondering: has anyone successfully gotten label translations to work? According to Adobe’s SSFS Interface, each attribute should support one or more i18n objects, defining the corresponding field label in the desired language. While en_US is mandatory, other languages should also be supported. From what I understand, it should be possible to add translations for the languages available in the Marketo UI.Marketo only offers UI support for a fixed set of languages, While English works perfectly, I haven’t been able to get any other language to display correctly.What’s your experience with this? How do you customize the logo and logon appearance for WF? 

Hi folks - I am looking for advice/suggestions more than anything in about the best practice for splitting up my Workfront instance.We are expanding and onboarding other brands and business units from within our organisation. Our Groups and Companies set up is currently quite duplicative and I am wondering how best to utilise them so we can separate areas of the system. We will have certain areas that need to be restricted to the brands/business units that will utilise them and other areas that all users will need access to. Just wondering if anyone has any best practice or suggestions on how they have done this successfully?Thanks in advance! 

I have created a request queue project and I am trying to be able to have people add to the request queue in the left tab within a project and have the request go to that request queue project AND stay in the project. I have been using routing rules, queue topics etc to achieve both of these separately, but cannot find a way to make workfront follow two routing rules.  Things I have tried:- two routing rules (Stay in Project rule and Go to Issues Project rule). One set as default routing in queue details. - two routing rules (Stay in Project rule and Go to Issues Project rule). No default routing in queue details. - Queue Topics set up as part of request queue with the Go to Issues Project Rule as the Routing Rule. (Stay in Project Rule as queue details default)
