Hi Team,As we know Form API is deprecated from ACS common 6.0.0, In our project we used form API and we replaced with the ACS common Form custom classes instead directly refer acs common. It is working fine in author and publisher with authentication, but it is not working for the anonymous user.We debugged it and found the issue that service user "acs-commons-form-helper-service" removed from bundle/src/main/java/com/adobe/acs/commons/users/impl/ProtectedAuthorizables.javacontent/src/main/content/jcr_root/apps/acs-commons/config/org.apache.sling.serviceusermapping.impl.ServiceUserMapperImpl.amended-acs-commons.config I have tried to add the same service user using below approach still got the same error org.apache.sling.api.resource.PersistenceException: Resource at '/content/test/jcr:content/par/canvas_2096355623/canvas_par/gridcolumn/1/start' is not modifiable. https://adobe-consulting-services.github.io/acs-aem-commons/features/ensure-service-users/index.html&nbs
Hi, Found that in Adobe Launch/Tag, it’s possible to assign different AEP Sandbox/Datastream to the corresponding Launch environment like below screen capture, However, for assigning Schema in the XDM Object, there’s no such mechanism. And thus if we select the development Sandbox in the Launch development environment, there’s no way to automatically change it to use Production Sandbox when it’s published to the Launch Production environment (see below screen). We would like to know is it by design and what’s the best practice for this? Thanks,John
When enterprises face compliance requirements that restrict third-party domain management, we didn't just listen—we rebuilt how domain configuration works. The Core Challenge Traditional marketing automation platforms require customers to delegate DNS management to the platform provider. For regulated enterprises, this creates an impossible choice: Why This Feature: Addressing Enterprise Compliance Challenges In highly regulated industries, marketing teams often face a critical barrier: compliance requirements that prevent third-party domain management. Whether it's HIPAA in healthcare, FINRA in financial services, or SOX compliance for public companies, these organizations need complete control over their domain infrastructure. This provides a complete separation between customer infrastructure and platform services :- No shared credentials between systems- Customer-managed certificates with full SSL chain control- Isolated infrastructure with no cross-customer dependenci
Hi all, Adobe Journey Optimizer gives you endless ways to design experiences—but the real magic comes from how people actually use it. We’ve seen everything from clever quick wins to full-blown innovations that push the limits of what journeys can do.Let’s be honest—anyone can build a journey in AJO.…but can you build one that makes people go “no way you pulled that off in AJO”? That’s where the fun begins. 😏 We’re throwing down the challenge: Share your most clever, unexpected, or just plain awesome AJO journey. Your mission (should you choose to accept it): What problem were you tackling? What made your journey stand out? Any hacks, happy accidents, or lessons others should steal? Bonus points for screenshots (blur out the secrets) or a mini walkthrough—we want proof of your wizardry 🪄 Let’s see who’s got the boldest, wildest journey skills in the community! 🏆 ✨ Tag it with #JourneyHack or #MadeInAJO so we can all follow along.Or, if you’re fe
As I've found throughout my career in managing systems like Workfront, there is knowledge you acquire ahead of time via training and documentation, knowledge that you acquire just-in-time by troubleshooting challenges, and knowledge you acquire and then look back and REALLY wish that someone had taught you that 6 months ago. I will honestly admit that my example was a long-held belief that conditionally formatting a report column could only reference the data within that specific column. I'm /still/ second guessing myself on if/when that changed, or did it always do that and I just never noticed? Even the most experienced admin occasionally runs into menu options, features or helpful tricks that they wish they'd know earlier in their admin career. So in that vein, what are some of the things you wish you could go back in time and teach previous-you to save some head-shaped dents in your office walls? Please chime in even if you're very new to the admin lifestyle,

Hi all - Looking for feedback on new capabilities we released as limited availability https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/journey-optimizer/using/orchestrate-journeys/about-journey-building/journey-action The new action node will ultimately replace all of the native actions in the Journey left rail, but in this release we are allowing users to explore this workflow as an addition to the existing native channels. Couple of points here: The new action node is meant to simplify the canvas and cleanup the left rail. (Note in the future we intend to do something similar for events with a generic "event" node). The new action node will reinforce patterns and UX from single-step action campaigns. - Our goal is to make single-step actions and multi-step canvas feel more cohesive. This new action node will allow for all the new targeting capabilities to be used within the action configuration. Mulitple inbound actions can be group

I would like to suggest a few items regarding AI Assistant for Workfront: 1) can you provide videos and sample prompts to accompany the AI Assistant for Workfront documentation? The documentation is too generic and 2) will you have a best practices session on AI Assistant for Workfront? Especially around prompts

I see a similar issue is asked on this forum, so I thought I'd raise my problem here to hopefully find the owner/manager of this tool.https://experienceleaguecommunities.adobe.com/t5/adobe-experience-manager/oak-index-definition-generator-url-not-working/td-p/634336 We deploy indexes as .content.xml files, so having XML feature working in this tool is very helpful & important - as it stands it doesn't work and forces us to construct indexes manually.Steps to reproduce:1. Open https://oakutils.appspot.com/generate/index 2. Using default query, click 'Generate' button3. Click "XML" tab to view outpuitExpected results:3. index generated and formatted as XMLActual results:3. XML content is empty (blank)

Hi - My organisation receives imagery from suppliers, which is directly uploaded into DAM. Creative team then does edits if the assets are not meeting quality standards, which then creates further versions. In this case original image received from supplier becomes version 1.0. If we don't do anything this 1.0 version gets dropped by the Version Cleanup process at some point as the number of versions increase. My organisation wants to retain this original version all the time and let the intermediate versions drop.Is there anyway I can retain the original version?Regards,Kiran

We recently lost access to our WF connection within outlook but still have our connection with Teams (THANK GOODNESS!) Is there any forseeable improvements that will open up opportunity for Outlook connections, Loop connections etc.? Even better, upgrades to the teams options such as submitting a request like we could in the Outlook add-on that we lost. Would really help streamline communications and collaborations for our company!
I've read different articles a number of times and just absolutely fail to understand how and why this populates.Low-traffic value in Adobe Analytics | Adobe Analytics It says:Adobe Analytics uses two thresholds to determine which unique values are displayed in reports each month: A low threshold and a high threshold. These thresholds can be adjusted by Adobe from time to time. The current threshold limits are: Low threshold: 2,000,000 unique values during the month. High threshold: 2,100,000 unique values during the month. Reporting is not affected if a variable does not reach the low threshold in a given month. When a variable reaches the low threshold, data begins to be bucketed under a dimension item labeled Low-Traffic. Each value beyond this threshold goes through the following logic: If a value is already seen in reports, add to that value as usual. If a value is not yet seen in reports, initially add it to the Low-Traffic dimension item Now I have a table showing v
I have been using Adobe Analytics for more than a decade, so I know exactly how I feel about using it in comparison to what's now been happening with Customer Journey Analytics for the past number of years. My question now goes out to my fellow community of users. What is/are the biggest challenge(s) you face or have faced with Adobe Analytics/CJA, and how have you chosen to address them? In fact, are you addressing them? Do you still have unanswered questions? Super interested to hear your thoughts! In fact, feel free to -
