Hi Team, I'm working on a usecase where I need to create a Interactive Proof for a Web URL and need some ideas and suggestion on how to achieve this. I have a field attached to an object(TASK) where we will enter the URL of the webpage that needs to be proofed and I need to develop the fusion scenario that will automate Interactive Proof for that URL entered. Any suggestions and ideas are appreciated. Thanks for your time!!!
Hi Team, We have an issue where we need to download the document version based on the document version id. I am aware that we have a WF module download document which only supports for the document download by ID but not the version ID. Please share your thoughts here.
On Wednesday, July 31, 2024, Marketo Engage will begin the deprecation of the following Social features within the product:• Polls• Social Button• Referral Offer• Video Share• Sweepstakes Why we’re doing this When we deprecate older features that have low usage, we can reallocate their resources to the overall maintenance of Marketo Engage, which in turn creates an improvement in performance for users across the board. It also helps to ensure features with higher usage get updated and enhanced more frequently. Dates and Details As of July 31, users will no longer be able to create, clone, or embed any of these Social features in Marketo Engage. Existing Social assets will continue to work through January 31, 2025. On February 1, 2025, Social assets will cease to function. Social features embedded in Landing Pages will need to be removed. We look forward to continuing to provide you with industry-leading Marketing automation. If you have any questions, please r
As part of our platform modernization, we are officially deprecating support for the Marketo Engage SOAP API interface as of October 31, 2025. While SOAP played an important role in early integrations, the REST API has long since become the standard for new development. It’s faster, simpler to work with, and better supported by tools and frameworks across languages. All new functionality is exclusively available through the REST API. If you’re still using the SOAP API—for example, for lead management, custom object syncing, or program execution—it’s critical to begin migrating now. Planning Your Migration Strategy If you're unsure whether your application is using SOAP, check for WSDL references or webService endpoints in your integration code. In many cases, clients built with libraries like Apache Axis or .NET Web Services are tied to SOAP. Once identified, you’ll want to begin translating your integration logic to REST. For example, SOAP calls for lead operation
I have a Report Builder report that runs as expected when I update the data blocks manually, but if I try to schedule it, it fails. I'm looking for a reason why it failed, but "Error: 8018" is the only thing I see. Nothing complex about the report. Can anyone help? Thanks.

When i insert a custom snippet into Guides editor and tried to click the Undo button from Menu it is not working. But it is working for OOTB snippet and snippet having only one tag. Please let me know how to resolve the issue. <note></note> ---> working <section> <title></title> -----> not working</section>
Guides allows the ability to view the differences between versions of the same topic. In this view there are red and green bars indicating additions and deletions. They are displayed side by side in the left margin in the location the change was made.In Native PDF you can do this too, and there are OOTB templates with styles to display the bars. However, the green bar, unlike in the Guides editor, always overwrites the red bar. The only styles that I see for this bar are as follows:.inserted-change-bar { -ro-change-bar-color: #2ECC40; } .deleted-change-bar { -ro-change-bar-color: #FF6961; }I tried to add a margin to one of them but it did not work. How can I offset one of the bars so that they both display when a line has both an addition and a deletion?
Hi Team, There is a requirement regarding Launch implementation, It is to fire an 'eventx' after every session is complete for a visitor. The above eventx should only fire when :a) event : userUpdateand b) user is logged inAnd we need to fire this event consistently after every session provided the user is logged in. It should not be the case, that a guest user has this event fire though it wont, because condition a needs to true.I was trying for the Max frequency condition but I read in the below link, it has certain conditions to be fulfilled regarding visitor session count and max freq session count, how basically it works? https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/experience-platform/tags/extensions/client/core/overviewPlease add in your thoughts how we can achieve the above requirement. Thanks in Advance.
Hi everyone, I was wondering if anyone had experience using the extensions in the title. In particular, I needed to understand for: GoogleAds 1) First of all Why I can't find the standard https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/experience-platform/destinations/catalog/advertising/goog... in my catalog? I has had to install the Google Global Site Tag, less documented... 2) With this extension is it necessary to implement client-side logic for data propagation to GADS or are server-side configurations enough? and if so, does anyone know which configuration works? I've tried dozens in vain... For Pinterest and Bing I haven't ventured yet, perplexed by the results of this integration...but if anyone has any suggestions, they are welcome. Thanks in advance, good work
Recently we have launched our first journey with Email channel in AJO so when I see CTR its not showing proper result. Can you help with the formula which you use to calculate CTR in AJO. Src shot shared for your reference.
AEM as cloud service Hi Team, We need to store metadata — specifically the page path and timestamp — so that a scheduler can later pick it up and create a content package based on that path. Can we store this data under /var/project/storeData in AEM as a Cloud Service? We intend for this data to exist only on the author instance and not be replicated to publish. Thanks, Geo
Hi All,We have an existing AJO email journey which runs in real time and send email to the end user/customers. We have a new requirement to share this same email content to other department within the organization like agent / customer care team for a reference. we need to share each users email content to these teams like how end user seeing their email. Is there any way we can achieve this.?
Hi everyone,In our AEM as a Cloud Service project, we are generating an **access token inside an OSGi service class**. Every time we call the method in this service, it generates a **new token**.The requirement is:* The token should be **generated only once every 24 hours*** The same token should be **reused across all publish instances** within that 24-hour windowSince AEM as a Cloud Service is **stateless** and each publish instance runs independently, using in-memory storage or static variables doesn’t help — the token is regenerated on every call from different instances. Is there any feasible or recommended way to store and share this token across all publish instances in AEM as a Cloud Service?Looking for a lightweight, cloud-compatible solution. Appreciate any guidance! Thanks!
Hi all, We moved to managing users via the Admin console recently and one area we're unclear about is deactivating users. As a Product Administrator, I'm happy with removing users from the production environment by deleting their product in the console. But should I also need to deactivate the user with WF? Or should this be the other way round - WF first then console? The other issue we're finding is that Federated users we've deactivated in WF are reactivating as we aren't able to remove the product from the console. This is because they are assigned to a user group within the product profile that is synced to the company active directory. Will WF keep reactivating the users while this sync is in place? I'm trying to find a way of deactivating old users without the extra admin of raising an internal support ticket to our internal IT department. Any insight would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Matt
Is it possible to override the Smart Crop positioning on an image, for a specific Image Crop? I've created an Imaging Processing Profile and added some breakpoints. At smaller screen sizes / breakpoints, I'd like to override the Smart Crop and set a custom focal point. Ideally, this would mean that when I upload an image, the Smart Crop is applied only to larger screen sizes and smaller sizes will use the custom focal point / position. Is there a way to implement this or is it a bit too counter-intuitive to the purpose of Smart Cropping?
When building landing pages in Marketo, we often focus on elements like the form, content, and design — but one crucial aspect is often overlooked: Meta Open Graph (OG) tags. These tags play a silent yet powerful role in how your landing page is displayed when shared on platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, or Slack. What Are Open Graph Tags? Open Graph (OG) tags are small snippets of metadata that go into the <head> section of your page's HTML. They control how your content appears when shared on social media — ensuring your link previews show the right title, description, image, and URL. Without OG Tags, Your Shared Links Might:An outdated or irrelevant imageA vague or incorrect titleMissing or unoptimized descriptionNo branding or keyword contextSince Marketo doesn’t automatically inject OG tags into landing pages, so you’ll need to manually add them to your Landing Page Template or through a Custom HTML block in the page. Here is the basic example:<head>

If I want to have one ECID in multiple domains I need to turn this on?
Hi! I would like to better understand how to differentiate between "push clicks" and "push opens" in the AJO Push Tracking dataset. I see that the pushTracking.applicationOpened event tracks when a user opens the application from a push notification. However, even when users interact and click within the app, I don't see any other event types captured in the dataset. Could you help clarify this? Also what's the definition and difference between push open and push clicks? Thanks!
Hello,I’m encountering an issue with push notifications. For Android devices, push notifications are working as expected on the same day the profile is unified with the ECID and push token. However, for iOS devices, even after the profile is updated and unified with both the ECID and push token, the journey is excluding these profiles with the feedback message: pushNoTokenFoundInProfile.Interestingly, after waiting 24 hours and running the journey again for the same iOS profiles, the push notifications worked as expected.Has anyone experienced similar behavior where Android push works immediately after unification, but iOS does not, despite the profile showing the ECID and push token? Are there any iOS-specific considerations, processing delays, or unification timing issues that could explain this?Any tips or insights would be helpful? ThanksAJODev
Hi all, I have an already existing application in AEM.Please let me know how to know Template and Components on its Landing Page. My knowledge says in CRXDE one can see Templates folder and Components folder under the project name under /apps.Under Templates folder, the template will be there, whose resourceType property points to the Page Component and Page Component houses all other components. But here there is no Templates folder. I am also aware that Templates named folder is not mandatory.I have access to the code. Similarly I have a button on the Landing Page. Need to know the servlet it invokes. Appreciate all your replies. Thanks,RK.
Hi folks, I need a quick check on my understanding about email deduping. This issue came up because for an email we sent to a Prospect that is also a customer in a different Brand. We are identifying both of these with a custom field called "Brand Comms owner" in smart list. How do I make sure that lists remain clean while sending emails. Thanks in advance
Introduction For organizations using Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), understanding the data processing and ingestion process from the Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) data lake to CJA is crucial. This is because CJA does not work with a fixed data size, which means Adobe cannot provide a standard time frame for data ingestion. As a result, users should understand the factors that can affect the queue status, data processing speed, and any deviations from the expected timeline. With this knowledge, CJA users can plan their data management strategies more effectively, ensuring efficient data ingestion and maximizing the benefits of using CJA. Note: The latest ingestion prioritization and latency guidance for CJA as of June 12th, 2024, is as follows: Ingestion Prioritization and Latency You can now ingest your events data in Customer Journey Analytics within 90 minutes (SLT), regardless of whether the data is 24 hours, 48 hours, or 7 days old. Note that this capability
