We have multiple environments aligned with our application servers and there are few batch definitions created to process the data based on scheduled batch configurations. However, we are looking into if there's an API that can be used to trigger the batch process manually to check if all the datasets defined executes as expected instead of awaiting on batch to execute on scheduled time. I'm having problems identifying deleted offers in Automated Personalization activities in the new Target UI. In the old UI, deleted offers would appear in Reports with their full name and 'deleted' appended to it e.g. 'Offer Name [Deleted]'.Now in the new UI, they appear as 'Deleted option with ID:1', with the ID number changing for each deleted offer (see attached screenshot). These IDs don't mean anything to me, and I am unable to identify which offer they refer to. Has anyone else encountered this issue, and is there a way to match the ID to a previously deleted offer? This change has made reporting on automated personaliztion activities way more challenging, and I'm baffled as to why this crucial piece of information has been removed.

Hello, I'd like to export broadcast and tracking logs via API from adobe campaign standard. In terms of API access, I'm able to connect to the platform and retrieve the profiles. However, I'm having trouble retrieving SMS and Email activity (click, open, send). Can you please help me solve this problem? I have also another subject, how to filter using lastModified field in profiles with API, I tried it to get updated data only but I got all profiles. How to encounter this problem please ?

Encountered a weird behaviour in one of the environment.I have a page /content/sites/na/us/en/samplepage when I have browsed this /content/sites/na/us/en/samplepage.infinity.json  in one of the environment I am able to get JSON results where as in other environment I am getting plain html. Suprisingly both environment have the same code package deployed but having the differences in serving the content.*there is no dispatcher involved in both environments, So where do I start to figure out the root cause !!!Thanks in advance... 🙂
