Hi, Consider a scenario where I want to get the occurrence count for events occurring between the difference of two metrics of the type datetime. E.g. ingested records in aep contains two fields 'timestamp' and 'purchaseTimestamp'. I want to find the count of records for which the difference in 'timestamp' and 'purchaseTimestamp' lies between the category of '0-5 Min', '5-10Min', '10-15 min'. Any suggestions, help is much appreciated

Question reg.  automation of report export (mainly for backup and archiving).  Are there any other options besides manual export and sending by email?Is it possible to automate export of report data with the help of Fusion for further uploading it to another app?If so, how to implement it? Any ideas?

Hi ,I have a schema where Address is an array object field and stores multiple address types of address from source. ex : shipping , billing , home , office , mailing etc. for all of the address label is defined to identify which type of address it is. But I want to send only one address to the downstream destination which is shipping address. How should I achieve this.

Hi Community, When trying to add reports in a dashboard, after adding 24 reports, the "Save+Close" button gets disabled. All in all, I'm not able to add more than 24 reports in my dashboard. Is 24 the limit? Thanks.

Hi All,I'm currently in the planning stage of migrating from AMS to AEMaaCS. Due to a lot of corrupt metadata in our system, it has been suggested that before migration we create a new Dynamic Media account with Adobe and process the assets with that account. However, it was highlighted by the Adobe team that any customization on the assets done using smartCrop will be lost in this process. In light of this information, I want to generate a report of all the assets in our system that have been modified using the smartCrop functionality. Since the cropping information is not stored as separate rendition nodes in the CRX repository, I am unable to query that data. Can anyone guide me in the right direction to acheive this?Thank you!Harshita Malhotra  

Hi,I am using AEM datepicker (granite/ui/components/coral/foundation/form/datepicker) for our Promo component. This is injected into backend java.util.Calendar instance, where we have additional logic for the component. When the date is selected while authoring the page, the datepicker is setting the datetime in local time instead of UTC time. I need the date to be in UTC time. Hi Team,We are in the process of creating a recurring campaign with the following objectives: Identify Users: Utilize Marketo to pinpoint users who started the process but did not proceed to the next page. We aim to resend them the same email after X months if they revisit the page. Initially, I began developing this campaign using an engagement program; however, I encountered some limitations, particularly the inability to resend the same email to the same individual through the engagement program. If the intention was to send the email only once, the engagement program would suffice. However, since we want to implement resending, I believe a default program could be more effective. I would like to confirm this approach before I proceed with building the default program. Our goal is to resend the email to the same individual multiple times a year after X months, provided they show interest by visiting the website again. I have a request from a business partner who is looking to have a specific value filled in a checkboxes field based on the referral page. Currently they have a static Contact sales page where they link to to from a CTA button on the page.  The form embedded on the page has a checkboxes field with a list of products and the customer can select multiple products of interest.  They would like to keep the experience the same but want one of the values of the checkboxes field pre-checked based on the prior page that they arrived from. Example: The form has a Checkboxes field with the following product values and a customer can select what products they are interest in. - Apples- Oranges - Mangos - Pineapples   A customer who is on the Mangos product page clicks the contact CTA and goes to the contact sales page and sees that Mangos checkbox is selected. In Campaign version 7, the team uses distribution lists (DL) such as cci-martech@cox.com as native operators. These operators are only used to send monitoring emails from workflows. The DLs are configured in Outlook and do not have any associated inbox.  In Campaign version 8, the DLs must be in IMS and must have an email address associated with them. What are the alternatives for supporting email notifications to distribution lists in v8?

Hi Team,   We are working on integrating GraphQL in AEM 6.5.13 (on-prem). To allow graphQL endpoints, we need to add entries in "Adobe Granite CSRF Filter" OSGi configuration.  We have successfully got the things working.   Now to deploy the changes in different environments, we were updating the "Adobe Granite CSRF Filter" OSGi configuration via code by adding configuration in "config.author" folder.   We are facing an issue as this OSGi configuration is not getting picked. We tried changing other configuration files placed there and all are getting picked and updated successfully.   We tried three approaches: 1. com.adobe.granite.csrf.impl.CSRFFilter.xml 2. com.adobe.granite.csrf.impl.CSRFFilter.cfg.json 3. com.adobe.granite.csrf.impl.CSRFFilter.config   but none were picked.    Please advise.

Hi Team,I am using evar1 to capture the search term , client wants to know how many words are used in search term.Is there way in adobe analytics workspace if calculated metrics with any functions will achieve this ask. Or we need to ask the developer to pass the count of words in another evars.

Hi, Currently I have a process as I add a pptx file in dam/project/myfolder folder. And select + add rendition option for adding its pdf file. But every time I need to manually create pdf file in local & add rendition of it. Is there anything that can be used for creating automatic rendition of pptx file as pdf file without installing anything external library as libreoffice or anything. Some help will be really appreciated. 

Hi, I'd like to know if errors when triggering an API campaign are stored in AJO just as Adobe Campaign Standard showing in UI any error. For example I'd like to see somewhere in AJO the 404 error detail.  Is it possible? 

What is the recommended approach to clear variables after a send event action, similar to the Adobe Analytics extension "Clear Variables"?  I am not using xdm model, but using the data object in the web sdk extension to send data. I'm understanding something incorrectly or just not finding the answer I am looking for.

As per AEP Segmentation Guardrails, org can have up to 4000.https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/experience-platform/profile/guardrails However as per AEP sandbox documentation, the maximum number of sandboxes allowed are 75.https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/experience-platform/sandbox/home#:~:text=A%20default%20Experience%20Platform%20license,of%2075%20sandboxes%20in%20total. Is this a documentation error?

I have implemented scroll depth tracking using the Time and Scroll event. It was working fine for 25% and 50% on all pages. For 100%, it worked correctly in the home page. However, when I navigated to a different page and scrolled to the bottom, the event was not triggered. I was maintaining the same condition for all the percentage rule. I am using the Threshold for time spent as 0.01 for all the percentage rule. I have attached the screenshot of the rule. can anyone tell the what could be the reason for this.

Hi everyone,  I'm conducting testing on a revision to our email preference center. One of our forms has pre-fill enabled, and for the majority of testers, it's working as expected. However, one tester is experiencing issues.  Here's the flow:1. The tester fills out the initial sign-up form.2. They receive a confirmation email with a button to 'View Email Preferences'. 3. After clicking the button, they are taken to the form/landing page that pre-fill in enabled, but their information doesn't pre-fill and the activity from viewing that page isn't logged in Marketo activity.  The button URL includes: ?mkt_unsubscribe=1&mkt_tok##MKT_TOK##The Unsubscribe hyperlink includes: ?mkt_unsubscribe=1 Both of these buttons have been working for other testers across multiple browsers and devices. However, this particular tester has tried accessing the page via Gmail and AOL, both on mobile and desktop.  Since everyone else is experiencing normal

Hi all 🙂I want to learn the Adobe Platform and get certified on AJO, CJA, CDP. A friend advised me that it would be smart to get started with AEP fundamentals, since everything else builds on that. Is there a dedicated course for that?
