Trying to create a calcualted metric for monthly active users with similar definition as in GA4. G

Hello! I'm using the Report Builder extension in Excel for Adobe Analytics. I was able to create a data block with default and custom metrics and I'm also able refresh the data. Once I tried scheduling the report as a pdf or xlsx, I'm facing Error: 8000 right after the automatic refresh starts (see screenshot below). I've tried several times with different queries and it's still the same error message. I'm hearing that this procedure works fine on Windows devices. Where can I find the reference for error messages and why am I experiencing the error? I'm using Excel Version 16.95 on Mac OS Sequoia. Any guidance is appreciated!  

In order to optimize the use of our evars and props, we use pipe-delimiters to string together values and then use the Classification Rule Builder to parse them out into classifications for reporting.  For example, eVar99 might be mapped to 'abc123||1|consent|trigger||||||'. The classification rules below would break those out into our classifications that are named like '(v99c) Mobile Client Type', etc.   In most cases, we just parse out the value that is mapped and that's all we need to do. However, in this case, on rule 3, we want to say "if positions 3 = 1 then (v99c) Mobile Client Type = 'Native'. Otherwise it equals 'Not Native', while leaving the remaining rules in place. Does anyone know how to do this? Thanks in advance. 

Hi community! I am trying to create a dashboard in Adobe Analytics that distinguishes unique visitors between prospects and clients. I have already created the segments for prospects and clients, but I am encountering the problem that some prospects are actually clients because they later enter our private area and log in. The problem I have is that the value is being counted both in "Clients" and "Prospects" because first they are "Prospects" and then "Clients" with the same sessionID. I am trying to create a segment where "Prospects" only include those who are "Prospects" but I can't manage to do it. Could you help me? Thank you very much.

Hello All, Context:I have taken on a project where custom codes were used liberally to do the implementation. It was discovered that the cancelled beacon were alleviated when a 3 second delay was added to the rule. This was a recommendation from Adobe Support at the time. However, now we have a 3s delay when users click our links and we still the cancelled beacons on this rule.  Now our goal is to address the root cause and the method we are looking to employ is the useBeacon method. The issue is - even with useBeacon method being set to "true" on the Adobe Extension, we are seeing the beacons getting cancelled during testing.  I would like to know ways I can troubleshoot to see why the useBeacon method is failing and what I can do to avoid the cancelled beacons.      

Hi Team, Can you please let me know how to find out the exact details of these profiles (profile id) of the profile who went to end after a condition box rather than proceeding ahead to an action. As this end box doesn't have any action id or step id, I am even unable to query out these profiles.

Does the field parentTransitionName updates only after a condition step or after every step like Email & End ?What will be the parentTransitionName of a profile which goes through the below sample journey ?

Hi Team, Consider a scenario where I have a journey with audience qualification and it's a batch audience which evaluates at 7PM IST daily. Now if profile XYZ has entered the journey at 8 PM IST and exited at 9 PM, will it re-enter the journey before the next batch segment evaluation or after it ?

Demandbase suggests a 1:1 orchestration-to-Marketo program mapping. However, our high volume of orchestrations makes this approach challenging to manage, especially with frequent additions. We'd prefer to consolidate these into single programs based on business units. Currently, we use smart campaigns for Acquisition Programs, Form Fills, and MQLs. We're looking for best practices from others who have integrated Demandbase and Marketo. Specifically, we'd like to know how you manage a large number of orchestrations and what data you prioritize tracking.

Hello! I've run into an issue with links in Nitro PDF reader from Native PDF AEM output. When I have two links on the same line, like www.google.com and www.amazon.com, Nitro PDF seems to treat the entire line as the same link "block" and both URLs end up the same. In the case above, clicking on the Amazon link would take the user to Google. I'm not having this issue in Adobe Acrobat. This issue also does not occur when I output from DITA OT. Is this related to the way Native PDF parses links on output? Are there any options for a fix from the AEM side? We are on the current version of on-prem AEM and Guides. I believe the PDF readers are up-to-date, as well. Thanks for your help!Josh

We make updates to our PDF plugins to support new languages or fix formatting issues. We test these changes locally before deploying the update to our instances. I would prefer to run the local tests using the data command, as this is the supported option for the DITA-OT. Is it possible to configure the DITA Profile in Guides to do the same? Thanks!

Hi, I created a Success Path Analyzer report about two hours ago, but it is still stuck loading. I’ve tried using a different browser, incognito mode, and clearing the cache, but the issue persists. This is just a test, so there are only a few leads within the RCM.Does it typically take a few hours to become available after creation, or could this be an issue with my Marketo instance? Thanks for your help!

Hi,We have our projects set up with negative lag time for all tasks, since we need to work off of a certain Launch or Send date. Now we run into the issue, that the assignees of e.g. Task 2 do not get notified anymore, since the predecessor in the list starts on e.g. Task 1 Predecessor = Task2 - 5days. Any ideas how we can have a proper workback form a Launch date where all tasks lead up to, but the notifications will still work?

After installing this compat in latest 6.5, below bundle is in Resolved state. And i'm not able to create a Letter / Data Fragments getting the below error. And not able to see the created data dictionaries in console (i can able to see the node in crx)FYI : There is no space in the installation path. Hi, I'm looking for a simple (preferably OOTB) way to prevent certain assets from being deleted in AEM. These assets all pdfs, they share a specific tag, and they each are a source to a live copy. The expiration date feature is not an option for this specific use case. Any recommendations on this? I'm guessing the answer is building a workflow, however I have very limited experiences with this AEM feature. Thank you,Morgan

Hi,We have a requirement where if a user clicks on an asset and then presses the browser back button, the scroll bar should not go to the top but should remain at the asset that was clicked earlier.This functionality is crucial for maintaining a seamless user experience, as it prevents users from losing their place on the page.Example:Step 1: Suppose a user clicks on the asset. Step 2: The asset is opened, and now if the browser's back button is clicked. Step 3: The scroll bar goes to the top.Step 4: However, we want the functionality where the scroll bar remains at the asset that was clicked earlier. We would appreciate your assistance in implementing this feature.Thanks & Regards,Vishal Jain

In an AEM Sites implementation with the integration of Adobe Commerce using the CIF add-on and components, we want to expose information through content fragments in a structured manner for a headless use case. In testing, we correctly obtain the internal values, such as the product ID and category ID.  However, I would like to be able to obtain, for example, product information such as the name, slug, etc., and the category name. Is this possible? I am sharing the query I am currently using and the data types I'm talking about.   Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.

Hi dear community!I am looking at something that just been brought to my attention.We all know that an asset that is expired by prism:ExpirationDate will lose some of its functions (as it should).The asset will no longer be downloadable, it gets depublished, AssetLink will not longer find the asset etc. pp.All good stuff. BUT now the same behavior comes up with InDesign Files that simply contain an expired asset.isSubassetIsExpired seems to trigger the same behavior - at least regarding the "move" functionality.*Edit: Even Download is blocked ;(   This behavior will make an librarian out of our administrators... they will move a lot of files. Imagine a single picture that renders 500 InDesign files as SubAssetExpired. Does anybody know what acls are responsible for this behavior / if it is possible to grant rights to "move"?

We are trying to integrate AEM Assets with our AEM Sites. Both are AMS instances in their topology. We are using Sling Content Forward Distribution(SCD) to sync the assets from Assets to Sites. Anytime the user uploads/updates/deletes the assets in AEM Assets and SCD will sync to sites and those assets will be used in sites' pages. The problem we see is when the content author moves an asset from FolderA to FolderB in AEM Assets and it gets SCD synced with AEM Sites' FolderA to FolderB, but the references of the asset been used in multiple pages in sites are not updated automatically. Normally when we move an asset in within sites dam, popup will be shown with all references of the pages to content author and the references also gets updated. How can we fix this move issue while integrating the AEM Sites with AEM Assets?  Is there an way we can capture the move has happened? Like a event "topic" in AEM Sites when the sync happens that we can subscribe to and address the move progr
