Description: Enable sharing of request drafts, which is currently not possible in Workfront.Importance: Requestors save drafts to gather missing information or discuss with managers. Sharing drafts allows for manager input before submission.Benefits:• Manager review and feedback.• Team collaboration.• Comprehensive review by all parties.Desired Functionality: Add a "Share draft" icon to share drafts with internal team members.Current Behavior: Workfront allows sharing request queue links for direct submissions, but drafts remain private until submitted.
Are there any workfront planning tutorials recorded anywhere or only the documentation/overview?
Hi there, I'm trying to create a single use approval process for a issue without any success though. Approval must be with multiple stages and the next stage can only be approved after current stage has been approved. Any idea(s) on how to achieve this?
Hi All, I have a requirement to hide "create folder" option for non-admin users in the assets section of AEM author[6.5 version]. Any pointers/reference code/snippet on how to do this will be really helpful.
I have a scenario that looks for no activity in a project. I am filtering based on lastUpdateDate, when looking through results some came through with recent notes to old updates and were not counted as an "update". How would I filter based on projects that were not updated or had any recent notes within the last month?
For better usability, we should have the ability to select multiple constraints within a filter simultaneously. For example, I am setting up a smart list with multiple account-level requirements, and I need to add upward of three constraints to each filter individually. Instead of having to click into filter and add constraints one at a time, it would be much more efficient to select all the necessary constraints at once.
Have anyone has success in leveraging Scenario Planner to come up with Product Roadmaps?

Is it possible to set up event subscription in Workfront? For example, when a new project is created, the ServiceNow (SN) team at my company wants to get project details so they can insert this data into the ServiceNow table. We are not using Fusion for this integration. I informed them that Workfront does not have a built-in webhook feature, but I want to double-check here.
Hi All, I have a Workfront Fusion problem where Iterator is showing individual values in output window but not able to map them to next module because it just shows "Value" not individual values. Does anyone have solution to this?1st screenshot is Iterator output window and I'm trying to get "option" which is populated in the 5th bundle.2nd screenshot is when I can see the individual values in the Iterator output window.3rd one is where I'm trying to map the values.
Hi All, Have created a new AEM dev instance, the end point is set properly but when clicking on any link on the home page it is hitting the publisher server instead of endpoint domain.Tried few configurations in the dispatcher file when we remove the Rewrite rule which truncated the content path it is hitting the correct domain but throwing 404 error. Can some one suggest the solution to resolve the issue? Thanks in advance! Regards,Prasannajali.
Description - The Fusion UI automatically zooms out on paste, or starting the scenario (Run once). When adding a note, it scrolls to the left until the first module is in view. Why is this feature important to you - The automatical scrolling/zooming is super annoying when working in a large scenario. It serves no purpose, and I really would love to see it turned off, or at minimum, be a user setting How would you like the feature to work - Do not scroll, zoom or modify my view when I copy/paste modules, run scenarios or add notes
Hi CommunityI've created a project report that highlights projects where the condition is 'At Risk' in orange or any that are 'In Trouble' in red. However, this should only be applied to incomplete projects (where Percent Complete < 100). So, the one At Risk should be highlighted orange but the one In Trouble should not be highlighted red, as Percent Complete = 100. None of the other rows should be highlighted, as they're On Target. I've tried various combinations of cases in the text editor, without success. Any help would be appreciated.. thanksTony
Hello together, we have just introduced the Workload Balancer to help our Teamleader to allocate Hours for Tasks/Issues for 4 People.Issues take from Creation to Completion on average 60 - 90 Days with different Amount of Hours Project Tasks have a Duration of 14 Days with 20 Hours each (I have set the 20 Hours in the Project Template).-> That means in The Workload Planner automatically for Project tasks every Day 1.6 hours are allocated, for Issues around 0.08 Hours per Day. How do I in a fast Way adjust Allocations to be realistic? I could go ahead and manually set10 Days on 0 Hours; 4 Days on 8 Hours for Tasks 55 Days on 0 Hours; 5 Days on 8 Hours for Issuesbut that is very tidious Work. Ideally I would like as a standard to have the balancer set the Hours from the last Day Backwards for as many full days as needed. I already have a global Simple Duration set, that didnt help. Is anyone able to share their Knowledge or Experience? Thank you, Leo
I would like to share with the community my discovery after experimenting with multiple solutions. In my opinion, this is the simplest one and I hope it will help others. If you are willing to add in you Dashboard a report that display a listing of hyperlinks directing to internal links such as Calendars. You are at the right place! Step 1:First you need to create a Project, in your project create a task and add the calendar link in the URL field of your task(e.g.Project > Task 1; URL=https//ZZZZ.my.workfront.com/calendars/ID > Task 2; URL=https//ZZZZ.my.workfront.com/calendars/ID2) Step 2:Go to Reports and create a Task report. In the columns (view), delete all the columns except for the "Task Name" column.Select the "task name" column, then click on "Switch to Text mode" and copy paste the code below. Remember to change the "displayname" to what you want your column title to be:descriptionkey=namedisplayname=Content Calend

I need to look at the year 2024 and how many visitors came back to my site within 7 days of their first visit anytime during last year. thanks!
Each month I produce a report from data captured from the last calendar month. I thought I had set up the report so that I could reference it at any point in the following month and the data shown would be from the previous calendar month. I have attached a screen shot of the filter I have been using in a hour report, but now thinking that $$TODAY-1m actually means 1 month ago today. How do I make it be the end of the last calendar month without putting in the actual dates of the last calendar month - I need this to be a rolling report = low maintenance! Thanks for any help and hope this makes sense!
Hi We are setting up an A/B testing to serve different JSON in an APP.For architectural reason we need to use Adobe Target (server side) We did some testing, everything seems to work, except Adobe Analytics tracking. I've read some articles and community post, almost all point to the following articlehttps://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/id-service/using/implementation/ecid-a4t-targetBut it refers to a scenario with bowser as client. What if we have an APP as the client? How do I retrieve the SDID that seems essential for target analytics stitching? Regards Giuseppe
Has anyone found a way to link to related issues (similar to creating a predecessor on tasks between two projects)?
Hello Adobe Community, I'm currently trying to solve a problem regarding SSI includes on every internal instance, so dev, qa and stage. This issue does not happen on the prod-instance, but I'd still like to fix it to properly test the functionality also on other instances. Its annoying that it only works locally and on prod. The problem is that SSI components are not properly served on the internal instances. Instead it shows the following error message: [an error occurred while processing this directive] Looking through the dispatcher error logs, it shows some more details about the problem:unable to include "/content/XXX/en/_jcr_content/root/header/search.icon.ssi.html" in parsed file /mnt/var/www/html/content/XXX/en/test.html, subrequest setup returned 401 I have increased the LogLevel to check if maybe Debug gives more information, but haven't found useful debug information on this. To me it looks like when the dispatcher tries to load and serve t
Description - it is not possible to configure sharing option in project template's tasks. Why is this feature important to you - This way I dont need to go to each task of the project and add/remove sharing permissions manually. How would you like the feature to work - when create a project template, I would like to be able to sharing permissions on tasks level and this way it won't inherit from the project template permissions.Current Behaviour - When create a project template, on the Tasks level doenst there is no option for sharing permission.Attached file for reference.
We use both Issues and Tasks and at times they need to be related to track progress w/o having one resolving the other. Sometimes 1 issue may be related to another issue (or multiple issues), and 1 or multiple tasks. It would be great to have a place in both the Issue view and Task view to relate to other Issues/Tasks without them resolving the Issue. The relationship should be in a hyperlink format so someone can easily click into it and open in another browser page. It should easily identifiable/displayed as with the Issue/Task Number, Name. When searching or typing into the field in an attempt to link to another item, it would be great to be able to type in the Issue/Task # or the name of the Issue/Task and be returned with a list to select from. The related items should appear on both ends (e.g. from the Ticket view and from the Task view). It would also be great to display the status of the item alongside the Ticket/Task #, Name.
Hello! Not sure if anyone else is experiencing this but my users have been reporting that they can't open items from the approval widget into a new tab. When they click the item, it opens in the same tab instead. Users mentioned that they used to open items into a new tab but can't anymore. Is this functionality normal?
Hello Team, As I am exploring the capabilities of EDS, want to understand the controlling the cache for pages on EDS. Tried couple of methods such are having .helix/headers with cache-control header in google drive and following another step of having configuration helix-routes.yaml file in git repo. Both approach dint work for me. Please guide me.
