This morning I have received 3x Workfront notifications via email: A comment on a proof (I am tagged)A new proof being uploaded (I am a Reviewer/ Approver)A comment on the Updates tab of a project (I am tagged)In the Slack app I only received one: A comment on a proof (I am tagged)I have noticed that not all notifications come through to Slack, despite me having all the notification types checked in the app settings.Based on An update is made to a task, issue or project you are subscribed to and Someone includes you on a directed update shouldn't I at least have received a Slack notification for the comment on the Updates tab?

I think I know the answer but this community is awesome at quick clarifications: I am putting together a "Here's Why Priorities Might Work For You" deck, and one of the initially interesting features was getting access to Project level document folders from within Priorities. We do all documents at the project level rather than task level to centralize them. I thought having access to project folders on a pre-built task report would make a lot of people happy, especially as we work through rounds of edits. Being able to stay in one window but access dozens of project folders seems like a win. However, it seems that you can't actually "see" the documents from Priorities, you can only add. This means if you wanted to add a new version of a document, you still have to go into the project to do so. Can someone please verify I have this correct? Here's the documentation I reviewed before posting here: Upload Documents and create proofs in Priorities | Adobe Workfron

Our team is currently onboarding Workfront. We plan to use issues for our web production team to manage one-off requests like a doc upload or simple change that does not need to go through a full project process. These issues come through our request queue and then we are simply converting them to tasks from the request queue. There are 3 users trying to manage the request queue. Is there a simple way for us to hide the issues that have already been converted or to add a column that shows a field identifying which issues have already been converted?

Hi everyone,I'm setting up fields to capture UTM parameters and sync to SFDC, much like this post. My SFDC admin just created the fields in our SF instance, and created them as text fields with a max of 255 characters which is how our parent company has them set up on their SF. The fields appearing successfully in Marketo as text fields - however, this post from 2014 recommends that these be set up as string instead of text. Which is the correct field type, string or text? Can I change the Marketo field type to string without changing the SFDC field type?

I have an event that people can register for, but only a number of people can register for each session. Once a session becomes full, I'd like to update the selector... does it make sense to just remove it? My concern with deleting it was there would be a jump from session 5 to session 7, for example. Or, am I able to keep it but make it not selectable?For now, I changed the wording... but technically people can still select it and submit.And, what is best practice? I am sure this has been done before!Thanks!

Hello, I have a question, I’m currently testing sling:alias because I need to replace some URLs. My question is, when using sling:alias, will the resource resolver automatically return only the paths with the alias? Or will the original path still be valid? What I ultimately need is, if my original path is /content/testing and my alias is /content/testing-alias, I want /content/testing to return a 404 when entering the URL, and only be accessible through /content/testing-alias. I'm asking because someone told me that the normal behavior of the resource resolver is to always return the path with the alias and not the original path, so I’m not sure if that’s true, or if I have an older version that prevents me from seeing this behavior.

I have a TIFF file with a clipping path and a dynamic image preset to resize and produce a TIFF file. I have uploaded the TIFF file to AEM, But when I download the dynamic image preset of that file it no longer has the clipping path in the metadata. Does the dynamic media not preserve clipping path information? And is there any way to have it preserve the path when generated?

Hello,   We have encountered a few images where agencies have added metadata like clipping paths, and the name of the clipping path is visible in the metadata when accessed using ExifTool. However, this information is not being extracted by the DAM Update Asset workflow and added to the metadata node.   Are there specific rules that determine which types of metadata can be extracted? For metadata that does not meet these rules, what is the recommended approach to extract and include such metadata?

Hi, I'm testing some new release functionality is Preview and wanted to check if want I'm experiencing is as expected. I can only add images to the update section comments after I've submitted the post. I can't add the image while I'm writing the original comment. Is that normal?I'm trying out the new image drag and drop option, but I think this was the same when having to navigate to the image from the device. ThanksMatt
