I have an XT served to all traffic in the body of a page. On the same page, I would like to run an A/B test injecting new content into the header. When reviewing the QA links for the test, the presence of the test is creating a collision causing the XT lower on the page to not show up. Is there a way to set this up so the XT continues to show to all traffic while also running this header test?

Hey all, I'm wondering if there's a way to modify the Submit Button for when selecting a web based mail like gmail to send to the target email directly instead of sending it first to the submitters email. Something that would enalble a gmail outgoing message pop-up with the file attached and you could fill out the subject and body as needed, the file would already be attached and you just hit send. Would this be a script of some sort, or is there a script out there that would accomplish the same thing but with predetermined Subject and Body that I could set so that when you hit submit, it just goes. The purpose of this is to have a form that I would be able to give to clients, they would fill it out, hit Submit and it would go directly to the administrator without that individual digging around in their Draft folder and then having to change the subject line and body to then again, send to the right person.

Hi All,I've created a request/issues report that I need to pin to the left panel of a project. The issue/request must live separately from the project but the project needs to quickly view the updates to the issue/request.  I've built a project typeahead field in the issue/request form as a way to connect the two items.  However, in the native filtering for the form there's no way to tether the project typeahead field with the actual project name.  Is there a way to do this type of filter via text mode?

Is it just me, or did something change in Workfront two days ago? Uploading new versions of documents into the Documents tab is no longer showing the "date modified". It is ONLY showing the date added. Is this a change Adobe made? Or something made internally in our configuration? We rely on seeing the "date modified".

Hi,We have Emailable flag from data ware house which filter out any unsubscribed, email invalid true flag.Our Marketing team wants to target spam or soft bounced record without any limit to deliver email in upcoming campaigns as spam bounce records become emailable after 24 hours and there is no limit in sending email to soft bounced records.My question:Does it require to have an email deliverability campaign to flag any bounced record or soft bounced with a minimum of 3 attempt and not delivered email 3 times with the given duration as Marketing Suspended as TRUE and remove them from any marketing emails? What could harm us if we keep try to send emails to spam and soft bounced records? We have 95.4% Delivered rate, 21% open rate , 1.4% clicked link in email rate.

Hello, I just recently came across an issue with image assets not displaying on a page that was recently published after it was published using the "Publish to Preview" workflow. I had to navigate to each image asset in the DAM for the images to display and run the "Quick Publish" command. This leads me to ask the questions below.Is there a preferred and optimized way to present new page layouts and updates to approvers?Is there something wrong with our publishing workflow?The "Publish Page" command in the editor should re-collect the image assets when this command is run. Thank you in advance!

In Input form, how can we restrict users from selecting a certain value in the drop down. For example, I have a drop down field Status that has values Active, Archive or In-Progress. However, users should ONLY  be allowed to see Archive, not select it when in edit mode.

I am trying to fix a pre-existing opt-out landing page for our subscribers to cancel their email subscriptions, but I can't figure out how the,"Subscription list", was added to the landing page. We are getting an error message, saying that we have duplicate Subscription list.Thank you,

We have experienced that when trying to move a audience into a folder in ower folder structure in AJO the audience can disappear - not been stored, and is gone. It happens most when a audience is new - when moved its gone/deleted - and must be created again. Could it be that the store process to the database is "to slow" and the move operation dont understand what to move. Strange that this can happen. Any one else that has experienced this behavior in AJO.

On a request custom form (in a request queue project), we have a typeahead field that references a project the request is related to. Trying to set KPI Goals and Trends based on Monthly, Yearly, and/or Growth Rate data. Primarily B2B business in the technology and government sector. We've setup the AEM/Workfront native integration following the documentation online.  I'm now trying to test some advanced functionality within the integration leveraging workflows.  All throughout the documentation online with regards to workflows there is always this message that is added My question is how would a workfront administrator enable workflows for our organization?  I cannot find any documentation online or steps on how to do so just more messages that says if you can't see it the administrator has not enabled workflows.

We have a team that is managing their capacity in Jira and focus on "hours remaining" on Jira cards assigned to their team members. The lower the "hours remaining" for an individual in Jira, the more likely they'll be assigned to incoming work as they are the most available. We are exploring a transition from Jira to Workfront for this team, but replicating this reporting and capacity management style is a "must have" requirement. Two questions:1) Does anyone have any recommendations on replicating this reporting in Workfront?2) Any thoughts on how to reframe existing Workfront reporting to meet this team's needs?

We currently use a custom integration to move files from Workfront into AEM Assets (Cloud). In Assets, we have a multi-folder structure. Is there a field within Workfront that captures the location of where the document has been moved to? I use the documentProviderID to capture "AEM" but I'd also like to capture the folder or path where the document has been placed.

Hi all,  Am I missing something? Are there no hyperlinks in the new Priorities area to get anywhere outside of that task? I am also unable to add any custom fields to the details without getting an error to even put a calculated Project or Task link there as a workaround (which I have a ticket in for).  Our users were hoping for this to provide what they felt they were missing from the Legacy Work List/Home retiring, but without being able to access the actual task/project (especially since our documents all must be uploaded at the project level in certain folders) it is not meeting their needs right now.  Thank you so much! 🙂 Brittany

Hello Community, My team is about to remove a dataset from our system and I am trying to understand the impact. If we have deactivated audiences in our system with attributes from the dataset that we are removing, will those audiences remain in our system or will they be removed as well?
