Hello, I am looking for the documentation in which form submission using external email template is described. I've tried locally using the out of the box template from: /libs/fd/dashboard/templates/email/htmlEmailTemplate.txt and the email that I get is a plain/text not an HTML. A simple example of how the email would look like is:However, if I am using the same template in an workflow > send email step, the HTML renders and the email looks good.What are the technical differences between submit action > send email + external template and submit action > invoke workflow + send email step? Thank you,Ana

Hello,Can the standard Salesforce CRM connection sync lead data captured in AEP, including custom objects/data linked to those leads?We plan to store product interests as custom objects in Salesforce. If AEP dedupes a Lead, it should update the Lead info (name, email, phone) but append new product interests without overwriting existing ones. For example, our web forms (using AEP) will collect not only name, email, and phone, but also the products the person is interested in.Is the standard Salesforce CRM connection sufficient, or do we need a custom integration for this?Below is a high-level representation of our potential Salesforce data model, showing deduped Leads and their interactions, including product interests.Thanks!

Hello AEM Community,   I have a requirement to customize the filters that show under the admin rail under Forms. I am able to override these by creating a copy of the folder structure from /libs to /apps. But these does not seem to perform a resource merger and instead acts as an override. Is there any recommendation around how I could go about making this update without breaking the inheritance from /libs.         Thanks Narendra

I'm facing same issue, currently migrating AEM Forms repository from TFS to GitLab using the following command:git push --mirror GitLaberror: RPC failed; HTTP 413 curl 22 The requested URL returned error: 413It seems to fail due to a HTTP 413 (Request Entity Too Large) error, possibly because of the repository size.Has anyone encountered a similar issue when pushing large repositories to GitLab?What's the best way to resolve this?Regards,Nagendra

 Can you please let me know if there is an option to create an audience as batch evaluation and publish it, wait for the audience evaluation job to run, once it is evaluated one time, is there a way to stop further evaluation but still have the audience available for activation to destination, and use it in other audiences.

Hi,  We are nearing our storage limit in Workfront and I've been spending time clearing out documents and various other bits to reduce the risk of actually hitting the limit and then being unable to upload new docs. Ideally we don't want to get to the point of needing to pay for additional storage. We use AEM Assets linked to Workfront so this should be used for storing nearly everything (except for Proofs which we do through Workfront), but users haven't been great at this in the past so we are working through moving files saved in Workfront to AEM to help free up some space. I wondered if anyone with experience in this area might have any tips that could help? Below are some questions I've had, if anyone can help clarify these?When I delete documents, I'm always 30 days behind as files are stored here for 30 days until permanently deleted. Hi, so, I am trying to test a development I built on Data Collection. I created the library, built it to development, copied the script, went to the debugger, selected the correct library and added the script in the Experience Platform Tags section. I applied it, saved it, but the debugger keeps loading the production environment, not the development environment. No matter how much I select the correct property. I don't know what else I can do. Any ideas?

Hi Community, We recently deployed a code package to our Cloud production environment, but unfortunately the deployment contained a bug that is now impacting users. We raised a P1 ticket with Adobe Support, and their recommendation was to revert to the previous working code.However, Adobe has also mentioned that we must redeploy - either by fixing the issue and deploying a corrected version, or by redeploying the last known stable code.Could someone please clarify the proper way to revert code in AEM Cloud Service?Is there an Adobe-recommended method to roll back to a previously deployed version? Thanks in advance!

I'm wondering why there is a discrepancy in the activity log and what could be causing it. In 2 customers activity logs, it shows that they opened an email from a nurture. But theres nothing in the activity log showing that the email was sent. Any reasons why this is happening?

Hello all,A field in our Salesforce is synchronized through a Connector with a field in the Marketo. That field in Salesforce is a text field but we want to change it to a picklist. I know that Marketo deletes the data in the fields if they don’t match. So just to be on the safe side we will export it and re-import it after we change the field type.1. How could this change affect the Marketo field and other things using that field?2. I've read somewhere that typically, Salesforce picklist values will synchronize as text values in Marketo - is this correct? 

I am trying to map an array variable to the Planning Module but no matter what I do, I get an error "Array of objects expected in parameter 'F6914a6c02f21335b7b794d35'." I have tried to just have the ID numbers, the "id: xxxxxxx" and plenty of other things to get this to work but I don't know what it wants and I can not find any documentation on Planning Module specifics.  When I put the variables in one at a time in the without mapping, it works (but I will never know the set amount of objects so I need the array). Hi, I have a page view with two eVars set. When I use one eVar it shows an Average Time Spent as X minsWhen I use eVar1 and eVar2 then Average Time Spent is 50% of what I see when evar1 is taken How is that possible? Is there something wrong being done from my end?

Hi all, I tried searching for an answer and have done extensive testing, but have not yet arrived at a solution. Is there a way in the Microsoft 365 calendar module to set the parameter so when an event is created, it creates an all day event in your home calendar? I have been exploring the configuration/parameters in the module but have not seen a way to do this. Thank you for your help, Nick
