Hi All,    I am setting up a subscription/preference centre and have come across an issue while building the preferences form. Our company provides a range of services across various regions in Australia NSW and QLD.   My Scenario: When a customer fills out the form they can select one or more regions via a checkbox and a list of locations associated with that region is displayed. (Similar to a Country picker that shows States once Countries are selected, but our list of regions/sites)   Also note, this form will be hosted on a Marketo Landing page, but I will also have other versions that will be embedded on a WordPress website.   What I tried: Created a Region custom field and added it to the form as Checkboxes. Created a Sites custom field and added it to the form as Checkboxes. Set up visibility rules so that when a selected Region contains the region name a list of sites associated with that region is shown. This works fine if I select just one Region, but

Hi,   I am looking to move some files from /usr/local/neolane/nl6/var/<instance name>/upload/ to the sftp location. These are CSV files that have been uploaded via a webApp.   Below is the code I tried to use but I get the error "-53,mv: cannot stat '/usr/local/neolane/nl6/var/<instance name>/upload/1c0d19cf814ef415b1901c5785f83f8e.csv': No such file or directory" Is there another way to do what I need? We have a rule in Launch to capture a paragraph(".link.sl-cta.video") click in the DOM. We also want to capture the text present in sibling div when the paragraph is clicked. We tried the below custom code in the data element to get the sibling value. nothing works. Any help appreciated. We're a new Marketo user having recently migrated from a competing tool. Our Marketo database, due to upstream systems feeding into Salesforce by design, has many duplicates, many many duplicates😭.Ultimately this needs to be fixed and its something we're pushing for, its not going to happen anytime soon though! My issue Our audience has two distinct segments  - Clients and Brokers. There are email addresses duplicated across these two audiences.   When setting up campaigns we need to ensure we do not email duplicates both the Client and Broker version of Comms. Where duplicates exist, we need to prioritize the Broker version of the contact.Currently I have been managing this by downloading the email addresses in my Broker Smart List and manually adding them as an (many) email filters on my Client Smart List. Hi, Currently I am writing my javaScript code inside my html only  for e.g :  -> if my component name is  "cmp1" then I am writing my js code inside cmp1.html  ->if there are two components on the same page my js of cm1  is conflicting with cm2 -> e.g. : I am creating div tag in each js , and accessing some elements , but the problem arises when there are more than one components on page, then my js code conflicts because it is same of the component. -> I want to know what is the correct way to write js for component if it is to be used more than one time on page  -> and what best practices I can follow    The js runs when the website loads and component is present on the page   Please help me out thank you  Rahul

Hi,    When editing a pages properties I am having functionality issues. I discovered it was because of js files (see image) being included in the head of the html page and throwing a TypeError. I am trying to figure out why these acs-commons JS files are being included (they shouldn't be). The issue is happening in our Stage and Prod environment. But the issue is not occurring on my local host or Dev/QA environments. There are also many other unwanted files being included in the head in Stage/Prod that are not being included on locale/dev/qa, but these others are not causing issues. My concern is that at some point some OOTB code was changed in Stage for a reason and then reproduced in Prod.    I have also confirmed that all environments mentioned are updated with the same service pack and same acs-commons version.    Solving the TypeError is not my goal. I am wanting to remove these files that are not being used, from the head of the html page. If someon

It's really handy in some cases to Interpret zero as no value - to cover a time period when a certain page didn't even exist for example.  But I wish the same logic applied to %s so my YoY numbers would be blank rather than display a useless Infinity%

Is it possible to create Salesforce tasks with HTML links that display friendly link text that I define?   Meaning, the underlying link--for example--is: https://www.a-survey.com?Name=Surveyee&CampaignID=12345    When the task owner looks at the task via Salesforce, they see friendly link text like: Start the survey - Surveyee   I want to... create a Salesforce task that contains a personalized URL that Marketo builds using tokens data allow BDR to copy and paste the link into an email to surveyee with as little effort as possible have that link appear to surveyee with friendly text, instead of the actual URL Alternative suggestions are welcomed. While I can create reusable attribute grouping via Field Group, i always confused as to when and why i should use grouping of attributes as Data Type vs Field Group.   I understand FG is root node, while DT is not root node. However , is that the only difference, or any use-cases around when and why?

Hi all - hoping you can help.   We want to understand how many unique visitors in a specific segment continue to be in the same segment over consecutive months.   So, in the example below (excuse my poor Powerpoint skills), we know that there were 15,739 unique visitors are in a segment within April. We want to know how many of these same 15,739 visitors were also in the same segment in May, and then June, then July etc etc... So essentially creating a funnel of unique visitors by month.   We've thought of exporting all the raw data via DataWarehouse feature by month and using a series of 'VLOOKUPS' in Excel, but obviously would be far more efficient & usable if there was something within Analytics Workspace that could do the same in an automated way.   Any ideas / advice much appreciated! @jennifer_dungan ?   Example:

In Component I have three fields, Image height and Image width in one tab and dropdown in another tab and dropdown has options like left, center, right and inline. Currently, I am working on an AEM project for which I need to evaluate all coding practices and everything is in accordance with standard. I heard that there is a tool available in ACS that can be utilized to do the health check. Do you guys have any suggestions on how to perform a health check on AEM?  

I have customized "/libs/core/wcm/components/page/v3/page/customheaderlibs.html" file by overriding to app/project folder structure (/apps/project folder name/components/page/page/customheaderlibs.html).   This is done by modifying sling:resourceSuperType of apps->page folder  to "core/wcm/components/page/v3/page".   Now I am facing issue while creating new pages. By default "sling:resourceType" of the new page is pointing to "lib/core/wcm/components/page/v3/page" from libs folder.   I wanted this to set value for the every new page sling:resourceType should point to "/apps/project folder/components/page/page" app folder by default. So that it should access my custom code form customheaderlibs.html.   Any pointer would be appreciated. Thanks.

Hi everybody,We have a site running a paid campaign whose numbers do not match what we are getting on Adobe Analytics or Google.This website in particular has both GA (because of google ads) and Adobe. On FB Ads manager, it shows that this campaign, in particular, had 773 link clicks in the previous 7 days while on Adobe and Google I don't even have this number for visits/sessions, it shows around 550 (Adobe and Googles numbers are similar in this case).. if I break down for marketing channels, and social media, it is even less.  Also, our direct number doesn't make sense (too high) considering it's a new product the the likelihood of someone typing the URL and getting directly there is really low. Any idea about what is going on? why is adobe not getting the correct social traffic considering the clicks from FB ads manager are way higher? this campaign is failing and we have no clue why. thanks in advance 

Hello,   I am trying to visualize data but first I want to do some analysis. On clicking freeform table, I want to drag and drop some columns to see the data. However, when I drag and drop a dimension into the table, it shows 0 rows but when I click on the info button next to the dimension in the freeform table, I can see a preview. What is it that I am doing wrong?  

Hi all,   I am new to AEM Listener.I have created listners for a single event but right now I have a scenario where I want to call two different listeners on one event trigger.   For example: I have a event(Page Activation)which triggers two listener (ex:OSGi API based listener) , (ex:Sling API based listener).  I want to know which listener will be called first.   In short, I want to know if there is any preference given to any listener. Or is there any way to call specified listener first and then the others.   Thank you!!

I created a report in AA workspace where I added "Visits" as metric and Customer ID (tried evar & prop) as dimension. The workspace shows total visits as 56,000 but when I extracted that table as csv and added visits it shows 80,000 as total.  When I tried the same report with dimension as Hours, the AA workspace showed total visits as 56,000 but When I extracted the table in csv and added the visits it shows 69,000 as total visit. Date range is just one day (Apr 1, 2022) What's the logic here? Am I interpreting the calculation wrong?

I need to submit a datetime in ISO 8601, which Marketo stores datetime as, but in webhooks it looks like they are formatting the token as if you were putting it in an email? If I hard code the datetime properly formatted (with the T and the offset) the webhook works perfectly and I was wondering if there was a way to do so with a toke since that's how it's stored in the database.   Thanks!
