Hi community experts we are facing weird issue where we can not edit and save the properties of any content fragments. As soon as we save content fragments after edit it is giving an error. It is opening the erro dialog and saying unable to edit the properties. Here is the stack trace. I am working on a project where experience fragments and pages are being translated. I am using an experience fragment in a page, when I got into a the language copy (translated ja_jp page) it not pulling the translated experience fragment. It's due to the folder structure of experience fragment which I can't change now. Is there any way to make translated experience fragment to show up in the page? When I copy the experience fragment at "content/experience-fragments/alexac/ja_jp/myef/master" to "content/experience-fragments/alexac/jp/ja_jp/myef/master". I can see the translated fragment in the page as expected. Hi Marketo Community,Recently went through one of the new things and wanted to share with the community. Use Case- Want to Copy a value of Marketo Custom Object field while Trigger Campaign. Solution- This can be achieved by using a Change Data Value Flow Step and using Trigger tokens in the New Value area. Where the format of the token should be {{trigger.Custom Object Field Name}}. In the below example it is {{trigger.COField Name 1}} {{trigger.COField Name 2}} Please Note- This will only work with Trigger Campaigns and work with the Trigger Campaign having a Trigger for the same custom object for which you want the fields in the Flow Step. For example- Campaign Smart List- Added to ABC(custom object) Campaign flow should be: CDV Attribute: Your Field and New Value should be {{trigger.Name of field under ABC object}}   Hope this helps. We have a table with a lot of columns - +20.  We would like them to be fixed width and have the Table scroll horizontally instead of squeezing everything on the screen.  Is there an easy way to do this?   Thanks,

We have multiple reps and for each rep we will have a bio that we are storing in content fragments. I want to include this bio on an AEM page based on a passed-in value. Each content fragment will be named according to a unique rep value, like a rep number. For instance, the path would be something like /path/to/content/fragment/data/12345/master... where “12345” would be dynamic. Is there a way to include the content fragment data within a custom component with HTL using something like data-sly-include or data-sly-resource or do I need to use JSON?  

We have a simple content approval workflow where authors can trigger the workflow once done with the changes. Now approvers group gets the notification and they can go and approve the content and complete the workflow that publishes the pages right away. We got the requirement from the approvers that they want to have an option to schedule the publication. So basically, what they are looking for is that they can complete/approve the workflow but don't want to publish the pages right away. They want to complete/approve the workflow with schedule publication. So if approved, those pages should be published at the scheduled date and time. Is there any OOTB functionality of workflow that we utilize to achieve this? Or is there any other way we can achieve this? Thank you!  

Hello community, An internal request from our support department asked if the Marketo email alert's subject line  (they receive - triggered when someone requests support on our contact us form) can contain a unique identifier (of sorts) because the subject carries with the support ticket for the life of the ticket. Currently, I have the requester's full name token in the subject and tried using the comments token but it makes it ridiculously long. Marketo support verified there is not a way to limit the character amount returned in a token. Suggestions for what could take its place? Thanks, --Tracy

One of our teams will ALWAYS use a specific condition on all Marketo smart campaigns (the "member of program" condition). Is there a way to auto-populate or auto-include this condition in all new campaigns that are created? 

Hello everyone, I have requirement something like disable properties action bar from sites view of AEM based on selected page lock condition.   granite:renderconditions or granite:hide will work only on page load not on page selection of sites view of AEM. We have a custom form for an issue and would like to allows staff to enter the planned start date and planned end date when they submit the form.  Workfront support confirms those dates can't be added on a custom form.  Is there a way to allow users to enter another date (custom) on the form that would then flow into the planned start and end date fields, or could be used as a calculated field to calculated the planned start date and planned end date?  If not, are there other workarounds?  It seems odd that I can create an issue with a custom form, but not use it to specify planned start and end dates for that issue.

Hello,I started my Local AEM instance on 4502 today and all of the Icons are showing as squares? I've tried other browsers to see if the issue was Chrome and the page appears the same way? I've also run my instance in Debug Mode - java -XX:MaxPermSize=256m -Xmx1024M -agentlib:jdwp=transport=dt_socket,server=y,suspend=n,address=5005 -jar aem-author-p4502.jar to see if it was an issue there and they show up as squares as well. How can I fix this?

Hi Team,   I have couple of queries regarding the Apache Content Disposition Filter -    1. I have a robots.txt file in /content/dam/abc/robots.txt location. I have added the same in Excluded Resource Paths as shown below -    When the "Enable For All Resource Paths" is checked/enabled the robots.txt is downloading even though the Excluded Resource Paths has the entry. When the "Enable For All Resource Paths" is unchecked only then the robots.txt is displaying in browser.Can anyone please explain why this behaving this way ?Ideally the Enable for All Resource Paths should be checked and even then the file should open in browser.   2. What is the default value for Enable for All Resource Paths ? Should it be checked/unchecked in an ideal scenario ?   3. There is another configuration "DAM Safe Binary Filter" which adds content disposition attachment for certain paths/content types. It previously had the text/plain included in the blacklisted mime type

Hi,   Currently, I'm facing an issue where I have configured a URL into our mailer and when we are receiving the testing the URL is accessible from my mailbox but when I'm trying to access it through the mirror page. It's showing the below error.         We tried using some common URLs like https://www.google.com and it's working fine on the mirror page. QUESTION: what issues could we run into if... we build an email inside Marketo using one of our email templates, then download the HTML code and send it to one of our vendors/associations to send our email out of their system? Should we have any concerns in doing this?

We have currently one that we use to import data from another external source, so we need to create a new one. Hi, I'm trying to extract Marketo activities using rest/v1/activities.json.  I want to run this extraction app multiple times a day to get all the activities but manageable chunks in each run (Without running once per day which will retrieve a large number of activities). The way I'm trying to implement this is, 1. First extract activities and store them in an Azure blob (CSV).  2. When running the next extraction, get the last activity date (MAX(activityDate)) and extract the activities since then. pagingToken = rest/v1/activities/pagingtoken.json&sinceDatetime= MAX(activityDate) Activities = rest/v1/activities.json&activityTypeIds=1&nextPageToken=pagingToken (from previous call)   At a glance this worked fine. But when I'm the extracted csvI notice the same Activities repeated in each extraction run. I believe this is because even if I asked for activities after a specific time, API still give all the activities on the same page regardless of the

Hi Community,   We have a requirement where we would like to migrate all the assets present in old media server to AEM DAM This server can only be accessed by FTP    Any OOTB utility we have in AEM or Should we first FTP all the assets to a server and then use bulk import to DAM?
