Hi all, We have a problem while putting specials characters in deliveries content source. We paste raw Emojis in HTML source (this is not the final goal, we are developping Mobile Push custom channel, but the problem is exactly the same), we are able to save the delivery first. But then, the delivery is unusable : it's impossible to open it, send it etc.This is because the engine have problem with the XML processing :I've made several tests :- Try to put emoji in the label attribute. The label attribute is a pure SQL column. This works, no problem.- Query the database directly with SQL Developper : no problem, I can see the emoji. The database is UTF-8 encoded and seems to handle the emojis- Made this with another configuration / instance : On a MSSQL database, but must important, running on a Windows server, the problem doesn't occur. Hello, I created the following variable in an Enrichment just before a Delivery activity: But when I try to pull that variable into the Delivery Script as a Delivery, I get an error: Any ideas on what I'm missing?  I can see the variable created, but not sure why it's not getting recognized.

Hello all,   We are setting up an email preference center and I had a question regarding the form. We'd like to set up the form so that when someone revisits the form after subscribing, it will prefill the selections they provided in the original form fill.    Say someone fills out the form, but wants to make changes later on. Is there a way to offer up their previous selections to make updates?

Hello,I have created few folders under Tools -> General -> Configuration Browser.While creating the folder, I have selected the Content Fragment Models checkbox.Now when I go to Tools ->Assets -> Content Fragment Models, here folders are not shown.This is happening in my Dev author instance. AEM version : 6.4.8.4 I have logged in as adminBut this issue is not happening in my local instance. Looks very weird issue. Any help on this issue?

Hello,I integrated Brand portal and published assets to Brand Portal by adding them to collections (from my AEM dam assets). Added users to brand portal products from Admin console. Gave them viewers or editors access. But they are unable to view any asset from Files. They can see the collections folder, but there are no assets. Whereas when I login as admin, I can see the assets under files, collections, etc.  I created some test users with 'admin' role, they can all see the assets as admin. But not as viewers/editors roles. I followed the steps from this document - https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/experience-manager-64/assets/brandportal/configure-aem-assets-with-brand-portal.html?lang=en#upgrade-integration-64 AEM version I'm using is 6.4.8Please let me know how can I resolve this issue and make the assets viewable and downloadable by other brand portal users. Thank you!

Looking for any examples or lessons people have ingesting data directly into AEP from AEM sites or web apps using Web SDK specifically using encryption on the page and ensuring the data is correctly decrypted once it lands in AEP.

I've built a project report that leverages EXISTS in the filter to pull in only projects that have design milestones with a planned start date within a specific range (this week, next week, or 2 weeks out). I then have three columns that each use collections to list the milestones with a planned start date within a breakdown of that range (one column for this week, one for next week, one for 2 weeks out). What I am looking for next is a way to group these projects based on those date ranges - so grouping 0 would read "Projects with design milestones starting this week", grouping 1 would read "Projects with design milestones starting next week", etc. I haven't explored milestone reports or using text mode on them but I believe I require a project report as I need a project-level custom field to be editable within the report. One caveat I can think of, if this is even possible, is that one project may have design milestones starting this week AND next week -

Hi, We are working on a form where we have a panel with 5 fields repeated 10 times. These fields are text fields and user is supposed to enter values. Now we want to read user entered values of these fields and send in email.We can read the value in Javascript using guideBridge as follows => guideBridge.resolveNode('parentPanel').instanceManager.instances[2].field1.value;.But we are not able to read this value in email template. Hello, I'm using AEM 6.5.12 and I try to move a page into a different folder. I did the nassecary clicks and AEM gives me following message: "A background job to move the page has been submitted". After that the Ui was reloaded. I think I am using appropriate node/npm/node-sass versions but still I get this error - "Node Sass version 7.0.1 is incompatible with ^4.0.0" while running npm start comment. Hello Team, Need your expert opinion on skipping records while loading data using batch processing. Consider a scenario - a CSV file has millions of demographic records containing name, email, address etc. We need to load the CSV file into a specific dataset in AEP using AWS S3 source connector. The requirement is if the email address is "none@none.com" then, we should not load that record, else we can load the record. There is no ETL tool is present which could filter out those records. In this situation can we skip these faulty records?  Any recommendation on this will be highly appreciated. Thanks,Bitun  

Hi All, We have recently deployed AEM 6.5 JEE using WebSphere on Unix Server. After the application installation we have installed all the specific hotfixes at both Unix level and application level.However when we are trying to render the forms we are facing the below error. Can you please help us in understanding what might be the issue as there are new production servers.  Also, Please suggest can this be an issue with regards to the installation of yum commands based on the below URL. Hello! We have a special channel that we use that is basically just used as a file export. But when we run the delivery it will do 5 retries as default for the delivery as it thinks its an email-delivery. Im looking into setting up a Typology Rule where If messageType (Channel) == 143 (the channel that we use for this) we change the maxRetry to 0 instead of 5.  Do you have a good idea of how this typology code could look like?Best Regards,Martin
