I am in the process of syncing Marketo with Salesforce and before hitting the "Start Salesforce Sync", I want to hide some fields which I understood can be done by going to Field Management > Field Actions > Hide Fields. However, in Field Management, I am only able to modify the mapping and the "Field Actions" drop-down is not visible. Is this only visible once I have already done the Salesforce sync?   Hitting "Finish Mapping" only brings me back to the Integrations > Salesforce tab where I can hit "Start Salesforce Sync".   Many thanks for your help!

I have my data property workflow configured to feed different report suites at each stage of the workflow. Now that I've published to production and everything in the admin looks correct and was built.. the compiled file does not have the correct report suites for production. And now that it's in production there is no way to trigger any type of rebuild. Why was this not updated and how can I resolve it? Can I just download the javascript file, link to it locally, and change the name of the report suite which is not updated for some reason??

Hi Team,    Need clarity on Network Server API. Documentation saying "The Edge Network Server API can be used for a variety of data collection, personalization, advertising and marketing use cases. The Server API can be used on servers, IoT devices, set-top boxes, and a variety of other devices."  personalization: How we can utilize Edge Network Server API Server API to personalize ? Is it possible to do Target call execution as well? If yes How? if not why description mentioned as personalization?  Please help me to understand this API. Thank You

I would like to preserve information of the visitor between subdomains. I set a data Element e.g "favouriteProduct" where Storage Duration = Visitor. On the website e.g. a.main.it (where the user is logged in) "favouriteProduct"= "apple". This information is preserved each time visitor lands on a.main.it, but when the user logout and lands on main.it, my dataElement "favouriteProduct" = null. The mid visitor number is the same for both the domains. In adobe launch Storage Duration = Visitor which information about the user it stores?

I want to create the author and publish instance but when I copy the jar file it does not open on double click what should I do ? and I want to create the server at 4504 port but I rename the file but it opening the 4502 port what should I do ?  Thank You 

I just added a new domain alias to the Admin Landing Pages area following the instructions here: https://docs.marketo.com/display/public/DOCS/Add+Additional+Landing+Page+CNAMEs   The process seemed to complete without error but I can't see the domain alias I just created listed anywhere. Shouldn't I be able to see it so as to know it's there?

Customer Metric:  Return Engaged Customers Identify total number of visitors and visits from return engaged customers defined as visitors that have visited our site 4 or more times over the last 12 months How can I do this?   What I did that isn't workingI created a calculated metric using the following general logicIf over the last 12 complete months (segment) visits are greater than 2 (greater than function)(if true) unique visitors(if false) "0"I can just create a reporting panel where the reporting range is 12 months and then apply a segment to my measures requiring visits to be GTE 4 BUT I want to find a way that I can use this metric in any reporting range so I could do YTD reporting and compare that against pervious year and periods.

My sales team is running a first-ever "team" style event, and I am unsure of the best way to set up the registration form to capture multiple contacts at once.   Below are the general parameters that have been shared with me from the sales team. Ideally, I'd like to collect all participants as separate contacts, so I can automate follow up emails to them.  Since only one person will be filling in the form for the team, I do not want all the email addresses cookied with tracking information.  Also, is there a way to cap a form fill so that it closes automatically after a certain number of fills - in this case, once we have 10 teams registered.   I suppose I'm also wondering if I should recommend a separate solution for this registration process as it is a fairly small event and I don't want to spend too much time building a bespoke solution 🙂   ___ Maximum Participation: 10 teams Teams Consist of: Four people Team Name:______________________________ Pa

hi target experts, We are new to Adobe Target and trying to check if the below use-case is possible with Adobe Target. Users gets into the landing page, Default banner will be shown.Then user navigated to Product Description page and clicked on color variants of the products and exits website.Next time when the user gets into landing page, we need to show the product image as a banner in the landing page.Note: Website runs on AEM and we have integrated AEM with Adobe Target to export Experience Fragments.

Hi community,I tried adding a simple expression : "acs id +10" in the advanced editing section, but it seems like expressions do not parse for acs id. Is that true ? Also is the ACS ID original linked to profile table or it is custom created ?

When a user clicks on the CTA, a dialogue box is popped up while the URL in the background remains the same. We have several large legal documents that exist as Adobe PDF files. We'd like to import them into Adobe Experience Manager such that they can be converted to HTML markup and displayed as web pages via AEM. This seems like it should be an easy task, but I can't find any documentation on how this would be done. I have to imagine there exists some kind of module that can import and 'translate' from the PDF format to HTML markup. Or, from PDF to XML, and then from XML to HTML. Thanks in advance!

Hi all, I have got a chance to use AEM as a Cloud Service yet.But I know with AEM 6.5 we have a feature called Encapsulated token and we need to use it together with CUG (Closed User Group). Do we still have this feature on AEM as a Cloud Service? Does AEM as a Cloud Service support CUG?If not, how can we support use cases encapsulated token and CUG was able to support when planning the upgrade to AEM as a Cloud Service?
