Hi,  Anyone using AEP Edge Network server API. As per my understanding, this will help us to send the data to multiple systems(AEP, AA, AT, AAM etc) in an easy way. But, AEP edge network server api will not replace Adobe Target Server Side SDK/Adobe Target Delivery API as this is designed to deliver the experience. Is my understanding correct? Thanks,MA

I´m still new to AA and to track links I´ve been following this documentation here and setting up the clicks on buttons using Success events and rules. However, because I´m creating them as events, on the workspace it is a metric and I can only see the clicks using dimensions. I also would like to do a rank of clicks but for that, I would have to set up the buttons as dimensions. How can set up the button clicks as evars? is it also in the rules and report suit/success events? is there a problem to have evars the same as events?Additionally, I here in the forum suggestions to track clicks using Activity Map.. what is the difference in tracking clicks using success events and Activity Map?Thank you in advance

Is there a way to have a Marketo form pre-fill if it's linked to from a Marketo landing page, that would be arrived at from a Marketo email (and so with mkt_tok)?   We are looking at developing a preference centre that houses a couple of email subscription options. We were also looking to have a separate unsubscribe page/form that would be a global unsubscribe, so the idea was to have copy on the unsubscribe page highlighting this and a link to manage preferences instead if preferred. However I'm not aware of a way to have the preference centre form pre-fill for a lead if they navigate there from the unsubscribe page (accessed from Marketo email) - only if they access the preference centre directly from the email. Is there a way to achieve this? Or is the only option to combine the two into one?

For some reason I can't get the BDIA to work via Postman but the exact same file works quite happily via curl command in terminal. Just wondered if anyone had come across the same issue, maybe I'm missing something obvious? 

Hi there, issue, creating a new sandbox, if we then want to start creating test emails right away this is not possible because it requires a message preset, which takes 7-10 business days.... even though there are already valid presets in other sandboxes this is still required? is there a trick here that someone knows? i mean it doesnt make sense at all, we dont even need to send anything out so this is only for creating and testing templates with different content variables, dont feel like waiting a week to be able to work with this....

Hello community!   I have a form embedded in our website. It redirects to an external TY page, but I want to keep the UTMs that it had when the form and LP loaded.   I'm storing the UTMs in hidden fields, however, I don’t know if I can use fields or tokens that are calling these fields or if there is an easier way to keep this?   Thanks!   - Raul

On AEM 6.5.0, I was able to build the project successfully after adding the cert to the JDK cert store, but now that I'm working with 6.5.12, I'm having no luck. Hoping to get some suggestions on what to try next.

Greetings,I have a custom workflow that I would like to execute against DAM assets.  The workflow includes a Dynamic Participant Step with a dialog.  If I test the workflow against a Page, I'm able to see the dialog appear and interact with it as expected. However, when I execute against DAM assets, I see no dialog.Steps:Navigate to a DAM asset (ex. http://localhost:4502/assets.html/content/dam/tnc/nature/en/photos)Hover over asset and then click on checkmark that appears to select it.In the upper left, select Create -> Workflow.Choose the workflow in question and give it a title.Press start, then Proceed.In the upper left corner, open the timeline for this asset.Notice 'Dynamic Participant' highlighted in yellow.  Click on it, and then click advance.In the dropdown that appears, select the workflow and click advance.The workflow now completes without ever presenting a dialog to the user. Is there a mechanism by which I can make a dialog appear in this

  I have read the explanation before asking the question and to be honest I don't see a huge difference. In summary, the recurring campaign is based on a specific template configured to an scheduler, and a periodic campaign is based on a template configured to an execution schedule. For my perspective, the information is the same. Although I can see the periodic is set up automatically and the recurring campaign could or not could be set up automatically. Please, could you show me an example where you would use each one?Regards, AAV

I am in the process of syncing Marketo with Salesforce and before hitting the "Start Salesforce Sync", I want to hide some fields which I understood can be done by going to Field Management > Field Actions > Hide Fields. However, in Field Management, I am only able to modify the mapping and the "Field Actions" drop-down is not visible. Is this only visible once I have already done the Salesforce sync?   Hitting "Finish Mapping" only brings me back to the Integrations > Salesforce tab where I can hit "Start Salesforce Sync".   Many thanks for your help!

I have my data property workflow configured to feed different report suites at each stage of the workflow. Now that I've published to production and everything in the admin looks correct and was built.. the compiled file does not have the correct report suites for production. And now that it's in production there is no way to trigger any type of rebuild. Why was this not updated and how can I resolve it? Can I just download the javascript file, link to it locally, and change the name of the report suite which is not updated for some reason??

The Server API can be used on servers, IoT devices, set-top boxes, and a variety of other devices."  personalization: How we can utilize Edge Network Server API Server API to personalize ? Is it possible to do Target call execution as well? If yes How? if not why description mentioned as personalization?  Please help me to understand this API. Thank You

I would like to preserve information of the visitor between subdomains. I set a data Element e.g "favouriteProduct" where Storage Duration = Visitor. On the website e.g. a.main.it (where the user is logged in) "favouriteProduct"= "apple". This information is preserved each time visitor lands on a.main.it, but when the user logout and lands on main.it, my dataElement "favouriteProduct" = null. The mid visitor number is the same for both the domains. In adobe launch Storage Duration = Visitor which information about the user it stores?

I just added a new domain alias to the Admin Landing Pages area following the instructions here: https://docs.marketo.com/display/public/DOCS/Add+Additional+Landing+Page+CNAMEs   The process seemed to complete without error but I can't see the domain alias I just created listed anywhere. Shouldn't I be able to see it so as to know it's there?

Customer Metric:  Return Engaged Customers Identify total number of visitors and visits from return engaged customers defined as visitors that have visited our site 4 or more times over the last 12 months How can I do this?   What I did that isn't workingI created a calculated metric using the following general logicIf over the last 12 complete months (segment) visits are greater than 2 (greater than function)(if true) unique visitors(if false) "0"I can just create a reporting panel where the reporting range is 12 months and then apply a segment to my measures requiring visits to be GTE 4 BUT I want to find a way that I can use this metric in any reporting range so I could do YTD reporting and compare that against pervious year and periods.

My sales team is running a first-ever "team" style event, and I am unsure of the best way to set up the registration form to capture multiple contacts at once.   Below are the general parameters that have been shared with me from the sales team. Ideally, I'd like to collect all participants as separate contacts, so I can automate follow up emails to them.  Since only one person will be filling in the form for the team, I do not want all the email addresses cookied with tracking information.  Also, is there a way to cap a form fill so that it closes automatically after a certain number of fills - in this case, once we have 10 teams registered.   I suppose I'm also wondering if I should recommend a separate solution for this registration process as it is a fairly small event and I don't want to spend too much time building a bespoke solution 🙂   ___ Maximum Participation: 10 teams Teams Consist of: Four people Team Name:______________________________ Pa
