I would like to update the score of existing leads in Marketo by importing a list. But since we have duplicates in our database I would like to link the new score with the right Marketo ID (or SFDC ID) not the email.  When matching with the email Marketo matches with the email but with the wrong duplicate records. Is this anyhow possible?

How to create Count of Unique Product ID viewed in calculated metrics in adobe analytics.

We have a need to send out an email twice a month to a group of people, but the group itself changes based on whether or not they qualify for the smart list criteria at the time of the schedule.  The challenge is that members can sometimes and often do overlap.  So for example John Doe may be included in email send #1 and #4, but not #2, and so on.  We essentially want to treat each email send as it's own campaign in Salesforce, but are having challenges trying to design.   Maybe to say another way, we could create/clone a Program in Marketo and a Campaign in Salesforce manually twice a month for a total of 24 during the year, but there would seem to be a better way.  And we have many more campaigns like this, so relying on any manual steps is unrealistic.   Thanks in advance for any ideas/advice!

I am running into an error on a workflow scheduled to run daily at a set time. It launched ok on the first day but has failed for the next 2 days. It seems to break at the point of the delivery.Error in the workflow is - DLV-490002 Cannot start a new analysis of the delivery since current state ('Finished') does not allow it.WKF-560038 Error when performing action 'Prepare and approve' on delivery 'DailyEmail1' (of primary key 27123713). Dear All,We need to track all downloads that are offered on those press pages (PDFs, JPGs, PNGs, etc.).But the Adobe analytics extension is disabled(PFA screenshot below).But they said that We don’t use Adobe Analytics extension. We use Launch directly because we have a data layer configuration, please do all the custom analytics using Adobe launch and data layer configuration but Adobe extension is not a standard and in case of any issue with Adobe analytics extension we can’t manage it.In addition to the above we use a custom appmeasurement file but Adobe analytics extension use a default appmeasurement file which means many custom analytics will not work and the website analytics will have a ton of issues, so that I strongly advise to flow the standards. Unfortunately, I don't know how to use the custom analytics using Adobe Launch without Adobe Analytics extension. Could you please help. Thank you.

I'm trying to get a list of valid smart crop renditions for an image in my AEM Java code. I can get the standard static renditions (e.g. thumbnails) by adapting the resource to the Asset interface but this does not tell me the valid smart crop options the image has. Does anybody know how I can get these in Java ?

Hi,  Anyone using AEP Edge Network server API. As per my understanding, this will help us to send the data to multiple systems(AEP, AA, AT, AAM etc) in an easy way. But, AEP edge network server api will not replace Adobe Target Server Side SDK/Adobe Target Delivery API as this is designed to deliver the experience. Is my understanding correct? Thanks,MA

I´m still new to AA and to track links I´ve been following this documentation here and setting up the clicks on buttons using Success events and rules. However, because I´m creating them as events, on the workspace it is a metric and I can only see the clicks using dimensions. I also would like to do a rank of clicks but for that, I would have to set up the buttons as dimensions. How can set up the button clicks as evars? is it also in the rules and report suit/success events? is there a problem to have evars the same as events?Additionally, I here in the forum suggestions to track clicks using Activity Map.. what is the difference in tracking clicks using success events and Activity Map?Thank you in advance

Is there a way to have a Marketo form pre-fill if it's linked to from a Marketo landing page, that would be arrived at from a Marketo email (and so with mkt_tok)?   We are looking at developing a preference centre that houses a couple of email subscription options. We were also looking to have a separate unsubscribe page/form that would be a global unsubscribe, so the idea was to have copy on the unsubscribe page highlighting this and a link to manage preferences instead if preferred. However I'm not aware of a way to have the preference centre form pre-fill for a lead if they navigate there from the unsubscribe page (accessed from Marketo email) - only if they access the preference centre directly from the email. Is there a way to achieve this? Or is the only option to combine the two into one?

For some reason I can't get the BDIA to work via Postman but the exact same file works quite happily via curl command in terminal. Just wondered if anyone had come across the same issue, maybe I'm missing something obvious? 

Hi there, issue, creating a new sandbox, if we then want to start creating test emails right away this is not possible because it requires a message preset, which takes 7-10 business days.... even though there are already valid presets in other sandboxes this is still required? is there a trick here that someone knows? i mean it doesnt make sense at all, we dont even need to send anything out so this is only for creating and testing templates with different content variables, dont feel like waiting a week to be able to work with this....

It redirects to an external TY page, but I want to keep the UTMs that it had when the form and LP loaded.   I'm storing the UTMs in hidden fields, however, I don’t know if I can use fields or tokens that are calling these fields or if there is an easier way to keep this?   Thanks!   - Raul

  I have read the explanation before asking the question and to be honest I don't see a huge difference. In summary, the recurring campaign is based on a specific template configured to an scheduler, and a periodic campaign is based on a template configured to an execution schedule. For my perspective, the information is the same. Although I can see the periodic is set up automatically and the recurring campaign could or not could be set up automatically. Please, could you show me an example where you would use each one?Regards, AAV
