Hello Team, We were running a mobile app based display advertising campaign using Adwords which will show a fix banner and will redirect to our website.During the reporting we found that we had around 300 clicks on the ad but only 30 visits are recorded in Analytics, so around 10% conversion only. What can be the reason for it ? Thanks in advance,

Hi Team,We are in process of upgrading our application from AEM 6.1 version to 6.3 version.Our application using injector, to inject custom object data into our homepage.We found that after AEM 6.3,OnDemandReaderRequest adapatable object is returning everytime, rather than resource object. Hi All,I created a live copy from the master copy, need to cancel the inheritance of individual property in single live copy, the remaining live copies will work as per the master copy. I added the below property in the master copy it's working as expected, the remaining live copy also cancels inheritancecq:propertyInheritanceCancelledString[]propertyName Is there any other solution? @arunpatidar  @debal_das @anish- ThanksKotireddy

Hi!Just for me to understand, a hit = a server call?Hence, the s06* is a hit and all corresponding values within it?So, if I would make a hit segment on evar54 = not logged in, I would basically capture all the corresponding values on all other evars etc as long as that evar54 = not logged in persist in the server call.Do I understand it correctly? 🙂

Hi there, I had an issue with my newsletter report and saw this post https://nation.marketo.com/t5/product-discussions/high-number-of-link-clicks-to-first-link-in-newsletter/td-p/316203 which looked quite similar: a lot of clicks on our logo in the email sent out instead of other links with clear CTA buttons and text. Say the logo got way more clicks than any other link. Strange! Here is what we are facing now: The surge of logo clicks started on March, and went even more on Aprial newsletter. In March the logo didn't get the most clicks yet. The design/look of all the newsletters are the same, or very close at least. The clicks of other links decreased too. I thought it was a miss tap on the logo linking to our homepage, and once people opened a wrong page they wouldn't come back. Yet 90% subscribers viewed it on desktop, less likely to miss click. We’re facing the problem of Munchkin cookie being rejected due to invalid domain on our AEM site, and we’re wondering if anyone can advise or give us some hints? —---------- Expected Result: Initial Munchkin cookie in our AEM site (publish-xxxxxx.adobeaemcloud.com) via Adobe Data Collection (the tag manager on Adobe Experience Platform)   Our Steps:  Set Tag Property as “adobeaemcloud.com” in Adobe Experience Platform > Data Collection.  Install Marketo Munchkin Extension on Adobe Experience Platform, add Munchkin.ini rule Add data collection script in AEM.  Load the page (publish-xxxxxx.adobeaemcloud.com) Munchkin.js is successfully launched, but Cookie “_mkto_trk” has been rejected for invalid domain.   What We’ve tried:  Set the domainLevel to 2 in Marketo Munchkin Extension, but it won’t build in Adobe Experience Platform.  Replace the js in head using Adobe Debugger using initMunchkin() script. Appreciate anyone can give us some hints.

I'm curious to find out the property which enables an OOTB workflow to be used.There is an OOTB process step and workflow to add dam asset size (dam:size). Invoking this on an asset is resulting in the below warning. Hi,  When I try to configure a new rule (for example visible based in new rule), in the modal, all dropdowns appears in the select with "Dropdown Field" label instead of real label. I attach an image. I have tested in AEM 6.5 and it works correctly. I didn't see this issue as Know Issues. Please can you check it? AEM 6.5.12  AEM 6.5 Regards!

Hi all, I have created a project and devloped some pages . I have published them also. But when I open the page in publish instance it's not showing anything. It's showing only empty page. Can anyone help me with this?? Author instance : 4502 - Published page  The same page in Publish instance - 4503 portIt's not rendering any page content only throws blank page.  

Hi Team, I am creating a segment to filter products that I want to see.  However, when I use 'contains' or 'equals' and use that, I am still seeing data from other products.  Am I doing something wrong here?  See below for example : product equal 123 or product equal 456 or product equal 789 Thanks 

We have a few users who seem to get random notifications that don't apply to them. Usually it's when a project status changes and I've noticed that they are usually associated with one particular portfolio or template. I've checked the sharing on the portfolio or template and there's nothing there that should trigger the notification. Am I missing something?

I want to prevent login from an external IP address, but I cannot use Federated ID because it is difficult to introduce SSO.Is there any other way to control IP?I hope that IP control, which was previously available, will be restored.

I am a User with full permissions and have Alerts that have been transferred over to me from someone who was the original author of the Alerts. We have some Alerts that are firing that need amending but I can't seem to locate them (even though upon receiving the email from our "Adobe Analytics administrator" who is named as myself) Thanks for any assistance in advance

Hi,We have a dimension that uses tracking code.  Those have numeric value.  Is it possible to label those IDs to a readable name in the report only?  For example, tracking ID 123 in the report it should show, tracking ID 123 = About Us.  Not sure if this doable but any help is appreciated.  Thanks

Hello Everyone, I have some issues when pulling the profiles data from acs campaign api. I use the link https://mc.adobe.io/<ORGANIZATION>/campaign/profileAndServices/profileMy code generate no errors at last. But I only get 25 records in the json file. In fact, we have thousands of records in our instance. I would really appreciate if someone share some thoughts about this issue. Thanks,Rebecca 

Hi all, In the last days we are having some issues with the performance of adobe campaign classic console, sometimes its extremely slow to connect and after connecting it keeps being slow in executing workflows or consulting tables, and other times it works normal, like it's so slow for 40 minutes every one hour more or less. I'm thinking about problems with the servers, but not sure yet, that's why i'm asking if someone have any idea about what else can be than servers, if someone had the same problem. Thanks, Badr.
