 hi all, we'd spent a long time working on two emails, which both used the same template. We'd gotten them as far as we could two weeks ago and they were in a good place.   then yesterday I came to view them and got the dreaded Cannot load email error.   i downloaded the html as advised on here and they were blank.    how can this be please? and does anyone know of a fix? there are limited people with access to our instance, and I can't imagine anyone has tampered with these. i'd put a good few hours in to these emails, so getting them back would be ideal, but if not, it'd be useful to be aware of anything i'd done wrong in setup, or if something else avoidable has occurred.   We do have a developer updating our master template (these were using) regularly, but, any changes he's previously made have been fine.   please can anybody help? thanks in advance!   Still a noob - Mike  

Hello! I have an issue. I need to create a custom Audience coming from an experience from another test.In other words:- I have a Test 1 (A 50%, B 50%) with an <a href> linked to the URL of Test 2- I have a Test 2 (B 100%, so that <a href> in Test 1-B always lands there)And the audience of Test 2 has to come from Experience B of Test 1. Does anybody know if it's possible to create a custom audience that contains the info of visitors who come only from the B in Test 1?I looked into Create Audience > Custom but I can't find any solution. Many thanks. 🙏

problem: My Java code cannot see BouncyCastle libraries.----------------situation: I have a component that needs to use BouncyCastle libraries. The other vendor has provided some Java examples on how to use their API and the examples uses BouncyCastle.I have tried using regular Java libraries (java.*) and it's not working. Hello,   In the sample email, token is rendering fine. If  I'm sending from Marketo campaigns, tokens are not getting rendered.   And, when I have cloned the same program and tested the emails, and the tokens are working fine even when we're sending from Marketo campaigns.   Sometime token are working or sometime not, it's like on and off, not able to understand why it's happening, even we checked everything at the HTML level and all are fine there too.   Any suggestion will be very helpful.   Thanks! Hello all!   I just noticed a pretty substantial amount of emails being marked as Soft Bounced with these details:"550 [internal] [oob] The message is an auto-reply/vacation mail."     I checked and all emails with these bounce details were also marked as "Delivered".   And now I'm wondering: Shouldn't "Delivered" and "Bounced" be mutually exclusive? Or does this specific error message mean that this email did in fact never hit the inbox? And how is that represented on Email Performance Reports, where "Sent minus Bounces = Delivered"? I'm also seeing that this idea exists - https://nation.marketo.com/t5/ideas/reclassify-out-of-office-soft-bounce-replies/idi-p/301120 - but it doesn't seem to bother too many people. Hello Community,We currently have a process to collect data values from prospects through forms. For example, "How many distribution centers does your network have?". Prospects will answer this information, which triggers an alert to me that an Earned Data field has changed. That field is synced to Salesforce and is write-able both ways. The sync IS working, and the value DOES make it into Salesforce. However, periodically many of these fields are being overwritten and changed back to "Null". I will receive all of the alerts in the exact same minute - so, for example, at 11:09am two days ago, 17 fields were reset to Null from those fields. There are no existing workflows in Salesforce that would clean those fields. There is also no consistent time that all of the fields are changed. I have no idea why these fields would be reset - this does not happen with fields other than those we're including in these forms. Any ideas as to why there would be a systematic reset of these fields!?! I'

Hi all,   I am looking to pull email activity and user based reports in Marketo and I can't seem to find the way to do it.  Specifically I am looking for: -A report that shows when a specific contact opened a specific email -A report that shows when a contact's email address bounces (soft or hard)   I know that I can use smart lists to pull this information but what I am looking for is a comprehensive report that shows something like this:   First Name, Last Name, Date stamp opened, date stamp bounced.   Can I do this in Marketo? Or would this require a reporting integration of some kind?   Thanks, Brenda

I have an explicit deny on a particular hierarchy of pages. Now, the group which has read access to those pages , does not have any other read access. Is it possible that because of these permissions, the users on that page are not able to see multiple components.I have 2 live copies, 1 with these permissions (allow & deny ), and 1 with no permissions.I am able to see components in the second one , but in the first one, I can see an error in the log files which states "Method not accessible on xyzComponent@...  I'm not sure if ACL permissions can affect initialization of back-end classes.

  Hello, I watched @SanfordWhiteman 's webinar on implementing Google reCAPTCHA V3 in Marketo. I thought I followed everything right but I'm running into this response error on my activity log when I test a failure submission.  { "success": false, "error-codes": [ "invalid-input-response" ] }   From what I've read on other people getting this error-code, it's because the last fingerprint field type was wrong. But mine is a text area field type. Can someone help me figure out what I'm doing wrong?   I have 5 fields created: 1. 'reCAPTCHA Last User Fingerprint' which is a text area field 2. 'reCAPTCHA Last Success Date' which is a datetime field 3. 'reCAPTCHA Last Server Success' which is a boolean field 4. 'reCAPTCHA Last Server Error Code' which is a string field 5. Since around 15 February there is a Huge drop of traffic for Safari and Microsoft Browsers on Mobile Device Type: "other" (Desktop) on domains that have s.cookieDomainPeriods: 3.It also happened with Google - Chrome - but from around fisrt April, Chrome traffic is slowly resuming back to normal.Is there some Safari and Microsoft update that Adobe should be considering? In our project,we are doing AEM Integration with Adobe Target using Adobe I/O we are able to connect to Target. Is there any way to package the dev Environment Configuration(AEM Target Configuration ) to other Dev Environment or we need to manually create a AEM target Integration for every environment. Is there any run mode configuration that we do ?

Hi Team, i have one cfm -hero banner where simple ask is on one dropdown selection some fields should hide and some should show here on banner image souce selection remaining fields should hide. I have a user who was a Worker license. She changed jobs and is now working for a supplier to review proofs with a different email address. She has been deactivated in all places but her former email address keeps showing up as a choice in Proof and people keep accidentally choosing the wrong one. How can I stop that autofill from happening in Proof?
