We're currently testing the Business Rules functionality in Adobe Journey Optimizer, specifically focusing on frequency capping. For example, we've configured a business rule to limit a customer to 1 email per week. In our test journey, we attempt to send 4 emails total—2 scheduled for this week and 2 for next week. Our hypothesis is that AJO should enforce the cap by delivering only 1 email this week, and then 1 email next week, holding back the others accordingly. While we do see some emails being suppressed by the cap, the behavior is not consistent or predictable, which makes it difficult to understand and trust the enforcement logic. We used the experience league documentation for reference. We submitted an inquiry to Adobe Support, but so far, we haven’t received a conclusive explanation or guidance that enables us to move forward with confidence. This issue is currently blocking the delivery of a key business feature, and we’re reaching out to the community f

Hello,  Fairly new to working on fusion but have been doing so now for around 6 months. I am currently working on a scenario that will create a new task based on the information that was on the just closed task with an updated future date. Essentially these are monthly and quarterly tasks to check on an automated project to assure they are working properly. My watch events trigger parameters are as follows: Record type: TaskState: New stateFilters:Name EQUAL Example Task NameAND Status EQUAL CPLAND connection user updates excludedRecord Origin: Updated Record Only I just put a random example for task name but the names of these task are unique in that no other tasks in our system would have these names. What is happening is that when I test this in our sandbox environment and I complete the "Example Task Name" in Workfront it is pulling in two different events for the same exact task closure. Dear Community, I am a RTCDP and AJO user who is trying to create a computed attribute that counts the amount of emails a user has opened in the previous month. I am struggling to create it and I am writing to see whether anybody can help me solving the issue. Over the last two months , we’ve seen a massive drop in our Repeat Visitors number on Adobe Analytics.In January, the Repeat Visitors number was 117,595 , in February, it tanked to 277 and in March the number is 33.In end of Jan we have updated getNewRepeat code as we are getting s_nr cookie as unsecured. To fix that unsecure cookie we have updated the code with latest version but after that update we are recording the repeat users. How to fix this?

Hello Team,  In my current assignment, my client using Google analytics 4 and Adobe Target.  For now, we're sharing the the Google Analytics 4 segment data in adobe Target using Customer Attribute functionality however seems this is not feasible solution going forward - as lot of manual steps involved.    So, we're thinking on to go with API solution. Just to check, has anyone implemented this use case,  I came across the Bulk Profile update API in Adobe Target. Any sample example or steps would be helpful .   Thanks,

Hello, I am working on creating a segment that shows customer visits where they did not click on specific links on the specified page. When I set up the segment like below, it gives me almost 100% of the original page visits so I know it is not correct. Any help would be appreciated as this can better understand customers who don't engage with certain page areas Main Container = VISITSpage contains: page name- AND -Exclude sub containerHITSLink contains: link name- OR -Link contains: link name

Hi.  I created a new AEM server.  I changed the password, and changed it in OSGi.  However something has locked it and I cannot get it unlocked no matter what i do.  Without getting my server scrapped, is there another way to reset that administrator password?  Thx

Hi all,  Looking for some guidance on how you would approach.  Our leadership is looking for a value in a dashboard that essentially shows the "total number of pieces" we've touched in a given window -- i.e. year to date.  Our projects are not always a 1:1 representation of this; as in one project could contain multiple pieces.  How would you recommend we capture and compile this information using forms/custom fields to be able to sync up with a dashboard?  I don't have much experience with calculated fields, but I'm wondering if that could be a solution. Any advice is appreciated!

We have a requirement to use MSM feature for Content fragments as we want to rollout content fragments for multiple locales. However we have observed the content Fragment doesn't support MSM rollout feature. We can also see the same mentioned in Adobe documentation. https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/experience-manager-65/content/assets/using/reuse-assets-using-msm So I would like to hear from experts on how we can manage content fragments such a way that we can easily rollout content changes across multiple locales like regular content pages. We have few custom clientlibraries which are being loaded at page level through page component. For eg.  <sly data-sly-call="${customClientlib.css @ categories='initial.chunk-category', mode='css', loading ='preload'}"/> <sly data-sly-call="${clientlib.css @ categories='initial.chunk-category'}"/> Apart from these, there are other clientlibraries which are added at template level through page policy. These are loaded after "initial.chunk-category" gets loaded on the page. We have a requirement, where a category can be loaded before "initial.chunk-category" if needed, and that should configurable, either through page policy, page properties or any other way? Is there a way through which this can be achieved?

Hello, I have read multiple articles and blogs regarding how to get Adobe analytics historical data into CJA.  But I havent found any solid ones apart from https://www.fullstackanalyst.io/blog/adobe-customer-journey-analytics/web-analytics-with-adobes-customer-journey-analytics-part-2-system-architecture-in-experience-platform/Currently I do have historical data coming from adobe source connector which has its own default schema. Unfortunately I cannot select my custom schema since it does not have the Analytics experience template field group. How does one map both historical data from source connector and future data from websdk into one field ? Is this even possible ? For example I have page name that is coming as eVar1 from adobe analytics and pagename as web.pagedetails.pagename from websdk Now how do I merge these two into one field in data view? Has anyone tried like alternative approach where the datafeed is exported to datalake usin

Hello Folks,  I am getting errors while creating activities in Adobe Target. Error is "Sorry the page requested was refused by server". I tried with all browsers but still had the same issue. I checked with cookie issue with browser but no issue with it.   I could see error in console of Adobe target activity page. Is there any issue? It's already worked before. Please advise me.
