I was tasked with creating an anniversary-style email for our members.   What I am wanting to do is take the existing lead record field Mbrship Open Date, which is when the member joined and create a token for how many years have passed since then. For example, say your Mbrship Open Date field said 3/9/2020 the value of the Token would be 2. That I could use in the design of the email.   It feels like this may have to be a velocity script, but perhaps maybe it can be done using a smart campaign and a new field that is "years since membership opened" and have the flow step populate that value... I just don't know how to do it, if it was possible.   Thanks

Hey, all! I'm just about out of ideas on this and am hoping the community can spur some insight.   We use a Webflow site and are setup using native forms. Native forms submit back to Webflow and we can download a list of all form submissions. This has been my saving grace as it's the only way I know this is even happening. The issue is that about 8% of the time a site visitor submits a form and the Marketo background form submission never fires. Eek!   I checked for dependencies and tested different browsers and adblockers. I can resubmit these using the data captured by the native form handling and resubmit without error every time. Hello Everyone! I would really appreciate some help or clarification on this.    We've created a new field in our Marketo account to track the Lifetime Value of our customers. We are syncing this to our Facebook Ads account in order to create lifetime value lookalike audiences. We DO have advanced matching turned on for our account, but I want to make sure that the lifetime value is being sent over correctly and matching.    Based on Facebook's instructions, Ads Manager looks for the lifetime value column to be labeled "value" in order to pick up the data. Does that mean our Marketo field needs to be named "value" as well in order for it to sync correctly?    I really appreciate any help on this! Thank you in advance!    Patrick     

Hi All, I am facing  problem in AEM as cloud service.​I am having one servlet which is triggering fine from cloud Author server. but same is not hitting on publisher server. Request is coming to dispatcher  but not going to publisher server when request is initiated from my site page(from browser) But when I direct hit the servlet from postman “publisher-name/bin/myServlet”  I see servlet is passing through dispatcher and then request is going to publisher instance. Am I missing any configuration in AEM as cloud service publisher instance ? FYI: Request is post ThanksChetan

Hello!I'm working on building out a subscription center allowing for multiple unsubscribe choices and have an interesting situation that I'm not sure if it has a solution: Currently our database is setup to de-dupe by email AND a field called 'CustomerUniqueIdentifier' which is a random generated string assigned to each unique lead. This field was implemented because we have cases of multiple users having the same email but being different people in our system (family members for example). Now, with a unsubscribe option - what is the best way to setup a form and campaign so that if: Bob at bob@gmail wants to unsubscribe from one set of emails, but Susie at bob@gmail doesn't want to?   Assuming it would require the form to capture email + first name so that in the unsubscribe smart campaign you could filter by email address + first name?

I'm sure that there is a simple answer that I'm missing, but is there a method for listing the pages that an XF is used on?  Viewing the properties of an XF provides a count of how many pages the XF is used on. So, I assume that I must be able to see which page those are as well.Thanks,Keith

In the clickstream feed looking at column "event_list" and "post_event_list", does the order of the event IDs shown in that column indicate the order that the events were fired on the page?Also, is there a way to determine if an evar or sprop has a value set before the event fires by looking at the clickstream? 

I am trying to run a query against any node inside the path I specify, returning any nodes that contain any property containing the string 'foo'. To do so, I use this query suggested by CRXDE Lite: /jcr:root/content/path//*[jcr:contains(., 'foo')] order by @6655266:score I get no results. But, if I specify a property, let's say html: /jcr:root/content/path//*[jcr:contains(@html, 'foo')] order by @6655266:score I get results. Doesn't the '.' mean to search all properties? If so, why does it not return the results that I receive when I specify a property?

Hello Community!   I'm looking for some guidance as I can't seem to find anything in the standard documentation about Engagement Programs and Recipient Time Zones. One of our Demand Gen team has set up an engagement program that sends emails every 3 weeks on Wednesday at 10am in the recipient's time zone. The program was activated around 10am CT March 8 (with the first cast intended for tomorrow) so it's within the 25 hour window but Marketo allowed it and the earliest time zone being targeted is ET.   While the members have been added to the program and no email has yet been sent, the streams are all showing as exhausted (there's currently only one email in each stream) and the cadence is showing the next stream as March 30 - does Marketo do that preemptively because of the fact that some emails could send out really early if we were targeting the earliest time zones? I am using Adobe Standard v2 consent standard for communicating the consent preference via Web SDK extension. It works fine for non-gdpr regions but, for GDPR regions, it shows the CORS error. We are using the AEM HTML5 forms feature to present a large number of legacy XDP forms to users on the web. These forms have common functionality which is implemented using a Custom HTML Render Profile. When we upload a form XDP, we have to individually change the HTML Render Profile from the default, to our custom profile in order to enable our custom features. This is done by going to the uploaded XDP properties in AEM, selecting the Advanced tab and choosing our profile from the HTML Render Profile dropdown:  This is time consuming and error prone (we have several hundred forms), so I was wondering if its possible to change the default profile at folder level, or somehow otherwise programatically ensure all forms are using the custom, rather than the default profile.

Hi, We're setting up a nurture campaign that will email recipients in different time zones but the schedule for the campaign only seems to give the option to start based on our time, is it possible to have the emails in the flow sent based on the recipients local timezone? Thanks Trevor

Hi, I would like to understand how bounce rate is calculated in Adobe analytics. I was in assumption that bounce rate is single page visits/ Entries. But I could see there is lot of difference between actual bounce rate given by adobe  with my segment (single page visits/ Entries). Please suggest if there is any other formula to calculate bounce rate.

Hello. I would love to get some tips regarding best workflow regarding sharing folders and CC project files. Our plan so far is: All assets (photos, graphic, fonts) uploaded in AEM and connected to CC apps via Asset Link. Then making a folder structure in Creative Cloud for the project files that three co-workers can easily share with each other. That means both sharing folders and project files. How can I do that in the easiest way? (The AEM part with Asset Link is solved)
