Hi there, We are not seeing the exact operating system and browser names and versions in the tracking logs captured from the tracking server. Hi,I'm using the image plugin inside RTE to add images as part RTE.By default, if we give " * " under "features" property, we are having 3 alignment options namely "Left, right, inherit(center)" and "alt text".I need to display only "Left, right" alignment options and "alt text" by removing "inherit(center)" alignment. What is value I need to specify in "features" property to specifically display those. Appreciate your help. Thankyou.   

I have received a list from our events team that has the information about the leads that attended our event. I was asked to import only net new contacts from that spreadsheet meaning just importing the contacts that does not already exist in our system. Is there any automated way to do this?

Hello all, I'm following the tutorial of Service Credentials | Adobe Experience Manager and everything is going well except the  part where it's supposed to create a technical account in my aem in the cloud. So instead of giving a 200 and 403 for the other requests its giving me a 401 for everything. I assume because the technical account is not being created on the first request. Does anybody have a clue on why this is happening? Thanks

I've tried to view the Analytics for several times but failed for some reason.I have already tried using other account, internet server, browser, resetting, refresh etc.For some odd reason, other members of our team(using the same account) can view the Analytics without any problem.Does anyone have any idea with this issue??

Hi, In latest AEM cloud SDK aem-sdk-2022.2.6433.20220223T194056Z-220100, inbox rows are not displaying properly in Chrome browser. In other browsers, inbox page is working fine. Only in chrome, sometimes the checkboxes on the left end are not displayed for few inbox items, users are not able to complete inbox items. Please share feedback if this is an AEM SDK issue and will be fixed as part of version upgrades.

Hi there, A question just come up to my mind: why people use Visits*Bounce% to evaluate the effective traffic from specific referrer?It seems that Bounce, Bounce% are metrics match with Entries, for a site level Entries = Visits, but for a specific referrer, e.g. Organic Search or Referrer = Google.com, the Visits does not equal to Entries.Will it more reasonable to use Entries*Bounce% as the metric?E.g., when I set segment: visit level, referrer = google.com, then should use above metric instead of Visits*Bounce%. Thanks.H_L

I'm analyzing language (using the out-of-the-box Language dimension) use on one of our sites, and I'm seeing consistent differences reported for Japanese users based on whether their language is "Japanese" or "Japanese (Japan)". Invariably, "Japanese (Japan)" performs much worse than those where the language is reported as "Japanese". I'm only looking at traffic from within Japan, by the way. Does anyone know the difference between those two values? Thanks! Edit:I think I figured it out, and it has to do with mobile. Mobile traffic is primarily reported as "Japanese (Japan)", where desktop traffic is mostly reported as "Japanese".

Hi , I have integrated AEM - CJA using Adobe Launch. I have followed self-hosting library approach  using download link . The issue i am facing is, launch.js is  cached in browser and continues to be served from browser memory.How can i make sure that the launch.js is not served from browser memory rather fetched from AEM so that it reflects the latest config.I am exploring cache-control header approach , can some one suggest me whats the best approach and provide me with sample config for that.

Recent activity is telling me they don't. And when I Iog in as that person, I don't see that proof listed on their My Updates page. Hi,   Is there a way to have Marketo not escape HTML of a specific email module? Currently the system is encoding "&" to "amp;" and it breaks a third party tool we are attempting to use. I didn't see any template specific syntax and am curious to see if anyone has a workaround.
