I'm lead to believe that eVars persist (once set) until they are configured to expire. In some cases, expiration might be set to 'visit' - which I take to mean... once set, the value of that eVar will persist until the visit ends.  While using the chrome extension 'Adobe Analytics Debugger', I can see the eVar having a value at the point it is set... but once I click away onto some other part of the site, I can no longer see the eVar and the value it was set to. I'm expecting to see it with every subsequent hit. Am I misinterpreting the textbook here? There's probably a basic answer to this. Hoping someone can enlighten me 🤔 🤔

The long-lived adobe livecycle process has attachments which is List of Document type. It is stored in SQL Server Database as image. Can I retrieve it from SQL Query and pass result to List <Document> type variable  in adobe livecycle process? So I could iterate the list to retrieve all files from the attachments. Please advise.  Thanks in advance.  

Hey Community, I have inherited a Marketo Engage instance and am in the process of trying to test and integrate a new Webhook into a smart campaign. I have the Webhook setup exactly as the integrating company requests, however, I am unable to see any members come through the result pane in the smart campaign. The smart campaign uses a static list with one member (me) then call the webhook which should POST to an endpoint. I have tried testing the smart campaign using a static list as the member source, using "Call Webhook" in the Flow step, and running the campaign. I have also additionally tried using a trigger (campaign is requested - flow step action) and then using "request campaign" to call said trigger - which in turn calls the webhook. Any thoughts on trying to trouble shoot this? I'm not seeing any results in either the smart campaign or member status when i run said smart campaign, which is making me think this is somehow set up incorrectly. Thanks in advance!&n

Hi friends, We have DEV, UAT, and PROD instances that is hosted by Adobe AMS. What is the preferred way to update our service pack to the latest AEM 6.5 service pack?My plan is to scp the service pack to DEV, crx-quickstart/install folder. Watch the logs, and then restart AEM; to both our author and publisher during a low-traffic time.Next, do the same to UAT and next PROD.I assume that service pack upgrades are not supported for free by Adobe AMS?

Hi!   I tried using Not Was Send Email = any, but when reviewing the log, all of them have Email Send activities.    We want to get rid of all old non-marketable leads because we reached our leads limit and want to check if we really need another 100k or just remove records.   Regards, Raul

We have versioning in our projects and i will create the same exact field with a slightly different name that has all the same options to select. Hello dear Adobe Community,I'm trying to make a Bounce Rate analysis on the Adobe Analytics Workspace.My analysis has a 7 days date range - but whenever I try do visualize this with line viz from a freeform, there is always a Day previous to my date range(so 8 values, instead to 7) that shows on the freeform and the line viz with no value at all.Why is this happening ?When I try with other metrics we have only 7 values, as intended.You can see this on my Attachment,Thanks again for the help!Cheers -Mario Nuñez

We have project created for our engineering change process and we have someone who gets assigned to tasks when the project is in planning. We then make the project active. Is there a way to designate someone to work on and complete the task in the project other than the person assigned to the task. We have an employee who has tasks on all of our engineering change projects. She has been assigned by role. She would like to have someone else perform some tasks when she gets too busy or if she is out of the office. We have other people in her role, but that are not part of the project. What is the best in class method for allowing the person assigned to a task designate it to be completed by someone else not currently part of the project. How can her designee go into an active project and add her name as the assignee and change the status of the task to complete when she is done. Any help or guidance who be appreciated. Hello Everyone We're currently facing a major issue with one of our Adobe Analytics instances: We initially created a Report Suite for development purposes which is receiving data via Adobe Launch as expected. However, any other Report Suite that we were generating after that point, does not seem to receive any data at all (neither in real-time and/or Analysis Workspace). All settings are identical as we used the initially created, working Report Suites as a template to make sure we inherite the expected setup. We also validated already that it's not associated with our implementation setup by triggering manual hits via the legacy static pixels. Hello,I am trying to create a table with dynamic rows & columns via a personalisation block.I have XML stored in a memo data type variable in schema.The problem is I am not able to read the xml in Personalisation block as its not part of targetData.It always give me empty value.I have tried to add to target Data in the workflow but if I assign it to some variable via sesssion.write, gives me error on string length (obvious as 255 char is max). Is there any way I can increase the length or any other method via which I can get it added to target data?I have also tried using queryDef in Personalisation block which gives me error, 'xtk is undefined'.My final requirement is to access nodes of XML in Personalisation block.Any suggestions?Thanks

Hi All, I have a schema where I keep product name, product code and product expiry. I am creating a webapp wherein I want to show these three values in the WebApp as dropdowns with data retrieved from the schema. There are about 5000 records in the schema. The values selected in the webapp will be used to update  cs:customerOrder schema. Kindly suggest how can I use webapp to present dropdown of data from a particular schema.

Hello all, We use the "product syntax" variety of merchandising eVars in a few places. Note that this is where you specify eVars (and events) tied to a specific product in a list of products. The legacy AppMeasurement/s_code example looks a bit like: products=;this;1;1.11;event1=1|event2=2;eVar60=a|eVar61=b,;that;2;2.22;event1=3|event2=4;eVar60=c|eVar61=d The experience event XDM looks like it supports nesting the _experience.analytics.(customDimensions.eVars|event1to100) namespace within a productListItem object, but I'm observing that the values passed there are not getting mapped into Analytics. Are my observations correct, i.e. is this indeed the case that this isn't supported? If so, are there plans to support this in the future? I have used Content Reference in a content fragment. Basically, my need is to redirect the content fragment to the link inserted in the content reference field whenever it is clicked. But the problem is the redirection is done to the exact link which I insert in the field. For eg: if I save link as, /conten/wknd/en/..., the redirection link will be same. But I want that when the redirection is done, the /content/wknd/en/ should be removed from the link. I did it with js and it's working fine. But I want to try any other method like using link transformer. Is there any other way to do this?

In Marketo, currently "Email" is the default primary key field, however is there a way to swap that along with another field to define a new primary key? Does Adobe Marketo support help here?   Can it also be done for new as well as old both type Marketo Account?   Also, will there any issue happen like native integration for Facebook, LinkedIn lead generation where user fill out form and email address match merge happened with email primary key? 

Hi Team,I need help regarding show hide dropdown field inside multifield where there are 4 fields in the dropdown. case 1: [1st field in Dropdown] if we click on the Country dropdown with Variable ID fieldcase 2: [2nd field in Dropdown] Add field and add Email where Email contains the same field as Country with Variable ID fieldCase 3: [3rd field in Dropdown] a dropdown with some Additional "Title" field and nested field "Display Text" and "value", with Variable ID field. Case3: [4th field in Dropdown] a Text with some additional "Title" field as compared to cases 1, 2, and like case 3 without nested items. Now the problem here I am facing I have written a customer JS for Show Hide fields, between these drop-down selections. but let say when we try to delete one or more of the fields in the component and save it,  the field does not get deleted on the author page.
