Hello everyone. I have a requirement to add the last published Date-time on a standard pageview event so that we can see when the last time a page was updated (keeping content up to date and relevant).  The developers can pass this in any format I need but I'm struggling to find any documentation around what format to use so that I can evaluate the hours/days/months between to setup different alerts (some content may need an alert triggering after a few hours, some a few days and most 6 months or so) Has anyone done something similar? if so in which format did you pass the Date time to an eVar/Event etc?

Hi team,I see s.AudienceManagement.setup() is not a function error as we have just upgraded app measurement and moved from custom library to managed by Adobe and trying to load AAM using AppMeasurement_Module_AudienceManagement JS with the function s.loadModule("AudienceManagement");because we want to load AAM conditionally. Do we have any updated AAM library to resolve this issue?

Hi, I am facing Http error 503 authentication support missing while opening publisher server.  In the logs file it is showing AuthenticationSupoprt service missing. Hi,Checking what can be better approach to implement countdown time so that:- On Day3 it displays message text X- On Day2 it displays message text Y- On Day1 it displays message text Z All these X ,Y , Z message should not be exposed to end user before time. We are planning to expose Product Promo codes each day which end use should not know before that date. Should we use Target in combination to Experience Fragment so that Target keep changing content based on Day3 , Day2 ..Day1.Or any other good approach anyone tried.thanks in advance.

Hello, I have 30 smart campaigns that I need to activate with a scheduled recurrence.  I see that those values are in the Update Smart Campaign API call, but I'm not sure I can edit those. I use the marketorestpython library (jepcastelein). That library does not include the update call. I'm hoping that I can update the campaign  and then activate it.   Thanks, Dennis

I have noticed that if you create a new RT Event in enumerations, its not available for selection in the RT templates until some time after. Its hard to know how long you have to wait until you can assign the new RT Event to your new templatee.g. I have created a third RT Event - oriRtEventTest, but it doesn't show in the template drop downI can only assume there is a workflow that needs to run to pick new RT Events up as they eventually show up in the list.Anyone know how to make new RT Events appear in the template drop down sooner?ThanksDarren

One of my folks accidentally uploaded a document to Workfront and locked it. We can't seem to figure out how to unlock it - even as Admin I am unable to do it. We need to delete this document though. Does anyone know how to unlock a document? (not a proof) The option to delete or create a new version is not there/greyed out. I've checked in the document details, etc.

I would love a text mode expert's help. I am trying to display in the View of an Assignment report the duration in weekdays from Entry Date to Actual Start Date. I'm wondering if it's an object type discrepancy... do I need to add in a reference to the "issue" object type in the code because it's an Assignment report vs. an Issue report? I've tried about a dozen different things just by researching Workfront One documentation and discussions. I’ve been searching the community and docs but I can’t figure this out…I want to capture a form field that we use called “How did you hear about us?” that obviously is a select box with a list of options they can select that captures how they found the site.I want it to work similar to Comment History and Comment Capture.I’ve created two custom fields called “How Did You Hear” and “How Did You Hear History” and set them up the same as the comment fields I want to emulate.Now I’ve create a smart campaign to handle what happens when the form is filled out. In the flow, I can do a “change data value” on the comment fields but my new custom fields don’t show in the attribute drop down so that I can change their values as well.Why might that be?I’m stumped. Sorry to be such a noob!

Hello,Last week we updated the latest AEM Service Pack to PRD. After this release we got some critical issues with Adobe Target:- Adobe Target is loaded twice when added a Custom code container in the body (With some simple console log). Causing some components not to loadWhen you remove the custom code container from the activity, target is only loaded once (Normal)- When you add a custom code container in the head tag, target is doing fine and is only loaded once (Normal) Adobe Target is loaded via Adobe Launch or "Data Collection"Any ideas to fix the issue for body tag? Please let me know if you need more information. Kind regards,E
