I have noticed that if you create a new RT Event in enumerations, its not available for selection in the RT templates until some time after. Its hard to know how long you have to wait until you can assign the new RT Event to your new templatee.g. I have created a third RT Event - oriRtEventTest, but it doesn't show in the template drop downI can only assume there is a workflow that needs to run to pick new RT Events up as they eventually show up in the list.Anyone know how to make new RT Events appear in the template drop down sooner?ThanksDarren

One of my folks accidentally uploaded a document to Workfront and locked it. We can't seem to figure out how to unlock it - even as Admin I am unable to do it. We need to delete this document though. Does anyone know how to unlock a document? (not a proof) The option to delete or create a new version is not there/greyed out. I've checked in the document details, etc.

I would love a text mode expert's help. I am trying to display in the View of an Assignment report the duration in weekdays from Entry Date to Actual Start Date. I'm wondering if it's an object type discrepancy... do I need to add in a reference to the "issue" object type in the code because it's an Assignment report vs. an Issue report? I've tried about a dozen different things just by researching Workfront One documentation and discussions. I have defined a series of custom eVars and can see them in the debugger, however they are not available as an option in Reports. What am I missing?

I’ve been searching the community and docs but I can’t figure this out…I want to capture a form field that we use called “How did you hear about us?” that obviously is a select box with a list of options they can select that captures how they found the site.I want it to work similar to Comment History and Comment Capture.I’ve created two custom fields called “How Did You Hear” and “How Did You Hear History” and set them up the same as the comment fields I want to emulate.Now I’ve create a smart campaign to handle what happens when the form is filled out. In the flow, I can do a “change data value” on the comment fields but my new custom fields don’t show in the attribute drop down so that I can change their values as well.Why might that be?I’m stumped. Sorry to be such a noob!

Hello,Last week we updated the latest AEM Service Pack to PRD. After this release we got some critical issues with Adobe Target:- Adobe Target is loaded twice when added a Custom code container in the body (With some simple console log). Causing some components not to loadWhen you remove the custom code container from the activity, target is only loaded once (Normal)- When you add a custom code container in the head tag, target is doing fine and is only loaded once (Normal) Adobe Target is loaded via Adobe Launch or "Data Collection"Any ideas to fix the issue for body tag? Please let me know if you need more information. Kind regards,E

Hi there, I'm trying to set up our dispatcher, but realize attacker able to bypass the default filter by appending ";%0aJLN.ico" such as some of the endpoints affected like "https://website.com/check.jsp;%0aJLN.ico" I realize this extension below allow the attacker to go through any extension listed."/0041 { /type "allow" /extension '(clientlibs|css|gif|ico|js|png|swf|jpe?g|woff2?)' } ". Is there a way/fix to handle the bypass and what rule or extension should I use instead? Any help you could provide would be much appreciated!Thanks!

Hi,I have webpages which has contenttype Blogs as data object in digital data layer. And, in analytics when I am building segment with filters like Page contain contentType = blogs then the numbers on traffic metrics like Unique visitors is coming up less in comparison to if i am pulling pages directly as shown below.  Any suggestions How to fix this? We checked our implement for many times, and we can make sure we use trackState to send the pv and trackAction for the action for sure. However, we received the page views and the actions at the same time with the same hit-id. I think that might because the trackAction will sent as PV and Action at the same time. And I check the rawdata by the Data Feeds, and finded those 4 actions, and for those 4 actions, their page event were all record as "10", service "pe", so I don't know why it still recorded as Page Views in Adobe Analytics.

When you look at the results of a smart campaign, it shows the "Step ID" for a step that was executed. I can't correlate that back to the actual steps in the flow, as there's no ID associated with each step.How do I relate the "Step ID" in the Results to the actual steps in the flow?

I have two parent groups - Control and Offer and within them we will define multiple segments, say for example - Seg_A, Seg_B etc. When I get the final output I want something like this - Control.Seg_A, Offer.Seg_A etc. When I check the option in the Split activity I get the following error - XTK-170036 Unable to parse expression '[targetData/@segmentCode]+'Seg_A'' Is there a way to make this work or any workaround that can be used. I want to avoid manually entering the extended code every time.
