My employer has recently switched its CMS to AEM (Adobe Experience Manager).We store a large amount of documentation on our public website.Our customers need to be able to find information contained within those documents, some of which are 100s pages in length.Adobe are disappointingly saying their search tool will not search PDFs. Is there any format for producing or saving pdfs that allow the content be indexed?Is there any workaround/api's available to fix is this?

I am looking for a way to send a list of customers that have unsubscribed within the last week to an internal stakeholder each Monday.   I know I can build a smart list and subscribe this person to the smart list and send an email notification each Monday so they are able to download through the email link. HOWEVER, I do not want this list to update dynamically. I need to send a new static list every week.   The issue with the first solution is that if the person downloads the list on Tuesday rather than Monday, the smart list will be missing the customers that unsubscribed on the 7th day.

Hey all! Originally our Marketo instance was setup by a external vendor with a not-great structure.   My question is: If I have emails sent as an 'Email Send' within a program with no Smart Campaign attached - so really no way to set an 'success' state. Is it possible to create a new channel and "backfill" success state as them clicking a CTA link or something?   Or am I totally out of luck?

Hello,  I wrote the following JS so I can remove leading zeroes from an Alphanumeric field. However when I run the code - the field is not dropping the leading zeroes.  Instead I get the same value. I feel like I'm missing something. The field I'm loading is a string value, but it looks like the replace is being ignored.

Hi,We have few gated applications with the saml authentication and Okta as IDP platform. On Okta, we have created a certificate for one gated application and uploaded to AEM. All the functionalities are working as expected  for that gated application.Whenever trying to login to the other gated applications, it is redirecting us to the /error/404.htmlLooks like one certificate will work for only one application. We can create multiple certificates on Okta, but On AEM we are unable to upload more than one certificate. Is there an option anywhere in Dynamic Media Classic to export a list of assets, preferably with metadata and info included? I know you can export the assets themselves and all of the info is in the details section, but I can not find a way to export it as a list (like a text file or excel or csv).

Hi, For the following report can you please confirm - how to read this?The total engagement% at the top shows 20.07%but, when you take average of all four numbers (there are 4 rows only, nothing in unspecified) - the average is 27.69%, why not 20.07%or if we add all the numbers, the total is 110 - why not 100%can anyone please explain?

Hi there,  We noticed a huge spike in visitors and visits (video view events are unaffected) on two of our devices mid January (Jan 14th) . These are CTV devices with legacy tracking; no device ID is sent, so adobe relies on IP address or user agent to count visitors/visits. Nothing appears to have changed on our end, but hoping someone might have an idea as to why these metrics have suddenly spiked? It appears as though something has changed on adobe's end whereby they're no longer stitching visitors together Any ideas would be greatly appreciated!  ThanksSonia

I have some recommendations running on a PDP. When I apply an inactive recommendation preview link, all my recommendations disappear. The recommendations I'm trying to preview don't appear either. If I apply a QA audience and set it live (e.g. ?qa=true URL parameter), things work fine. Any idea what's going on with the preview links? 

Hi all,This timesheet calculates and populates dates and days depending on the selection in the date picker. As the user enters their time in and time out pluslunch time in and out, the hours calculate accordingly (see form at the link below). There are a couple of things I would appreciate some assistance on as I am as far as I can go.Any Saturday and Sunday fields should display a grey background "220, 220, 220"The Required Work Hours in Pay Period (requiredHrs) amount should calculate how many workday hours (1 day = 8 hrs) are possible for the pay period (not including weekend hours). Take February for example, the 2nd pay period should calculate to 72 as it is a shorter month (9x8). This is making me crazy.  I have a date field in SFDC that I want to check if the date has occurred.  If that day has not transpired then it should be excluded.  If the date has transpired and it was missed by a few days the record should be included.I can't figure out what filter setting to use even after reading the documentation at https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/marketo/using/product-docs/core-marketo-concepts/smart-lists-and-static-lists/creating-a-smart-list/smart-list-filter-operators-glossary.html?lang=en   So for example, if the date is 2 weeks from now, exclude.  If it was yesterday or even 2 weeks ago, include.  I know someone here has figured this out.    

Hello Experts, Hope everyone is doing well! Since there's a privilege to collect and host web & app analytics data in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), I would like to know the advantages and repercussions of doing so. As always, most of the marketing use cases would require behavioral data for segmentation or campaign performance analysis, importing digital analytics data into AEP is inevitable. So, in those scenarios, storing data in Adobe Analytics and then importing it into AEP with a separate setup (schemas and data sets) and latency, seems like a long route, I'm assuming. As a result, I would like to see prespectives from Experts here, as some of us would have already go through this critical decision.  Thank you in advance!Kishore

Alright, all you advanced reporting crazies! I've been wrestling an issue for a month now and am at a complete loss. I need to generate a request report with an image thumbnail of the document uploaded with the request. Not too hard to do with the following code and a little Fusion work: displayname=Thumbnailimage.name=Link Projectimage.valuefield=urlshortview=truetextmode=truetype=imageusewidths=truevalueformat= I just take the previewURL from the doc and concatenate it with our instance URL to create a new URL which I place into the request URL and pull into the request report as an image. However, the access keys to images stored in Workfront expire over time. This means my thumbnail appears only for about an hour - then it's gone. The concatenated link still works, but the image in the report disappears. Workfront Support recommends uploading my image to another place on the web and using that URL. I tried that and it worked, but uploading an image somewhere else and the

Hi all, I am looking for some way to seperate the local project build and installing the package in AEM.I am looking for something to break into 2 steps.The first step mvn clean install -DskipTests=truewhich will prepare the zip files under target folders of ui apps and ui content and the bundle under core.Then second step-PautoinstallPackage which can install my zips as well as the bundle to AEM without building it again. Is it possible to do it like this?Any help will be appreciated.Thanks

We have a a Content Fragment model which has around 30-40 fields. We want to group these fields and provide a tab to present Content Authors an easy content entry from. Is this something doable in Content Fragments?
