Hello, I have customers with between 1 and 11 attributes that I'd like to use for personalization. I am trying to market a singular message toward each attribute. For a customer with multiple attributes, they will see one message at a time corresponding to one of their multiple attributes, but I'd like the message to change over time for customers with multiple attributes (either randomized or prioritized). What's the best way to build this system? 11 experience targeting activities, one for each audience/attribute, where the activities have the same priority and expect the forced collision to present a random activity? Or is it better to use recommendations, which I am less familiar with? Something else? Thank you

We are creating a AEM Hybrid CMS using AEM as Cloud model. So How  to go ahead and create a single Maven Archtype which will work for Hybrid Model.  I have created Headless Maven Arch type but could not able to get Traditional Template working. Any references or pointers here.

Hello, We noticed that when a page has a redirect set viap page properties) and you try to edit the page in AEM you will see that the targeted page opens and not the actual page you want to edit in the structure.  Is this a feature added in a recent service pack? I could not find anything in the release notes for this. Is there a way to open the actual page without having to remove the redirect in the page properties first? Thanks 

Hi ,We are using aem6.5 with customized asset-share-commons i.e. we have  /apps/project-asset-share  for which we have overlayed from /apps/asset-share-commons 1> I would need to make changes to logout displayhence tried copying /apps/project-asset-share/components/structure/user-menufrom /apps/asset-share-commons/components/structure/user-menu Tried to make changes to below file/apps/project-asset-share/components/structure/user-menu/templates/profile.htmlbut it picks up changes only from the below file /apps/asset-share-commons/components/structure/user-menu/templates/profile.html 2>The custom asset share page has custom filter and loads up very slowly what could I check across to increase the page load Could someone provide inputs as how I could resolve this issues?? Thanks

Hello Folks! I am facing a weird issue. Have implemented Web SDK to capture AA data. I am using processing rules to populate many eVars and props. But to my surprise none of processing rules were firing and all my custom variables had no data. I found that an overall condition ("implementationDetails.version" which is an OOTB XDM value) for the processing rules, did not meet and hence no rules fired. I tried with "web.webPageDetails.name", same result. I change the processing rule condition to a custom XDM value that I defined and they seem to be working fine.My hypothesis here is the variables which are automatically mapped to AA which are defined here - https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/experience-platform/edge/data-collection/adobe-analytics/automatically-mapped-vars.html?lang=en#data-collection is not available in processing rules. (But in the documentation it is not mentioned and in fact some examples use these). Anyone else facing this issue or any workarounds her

Hi All, Is there a way to force user logout from ACS rich client after a certain session timeout? I tried to change the below configuration in serverConf.xml and restart the server, but it's not forcing the user logout from the rich client completely.'longSessionTimeOutSec'="120" 'sessionTimeOutSec'="60"  The above change works for the Home page where after session timeout it will display the login page instead of the default home page. But user still can go to explorer normally (update data, display a campaign) Any other configurations that I need to change to force the user to logout from the rich client? Thanks.Regards,Martin

Hi Experts, Please suggest me how to hide AEM HTML workspace forms to all users except certain user group from the categories section. What I did is,    I have created user group and added under Security -- > Add Principal (selected Invoke_Perm) but still other users are also able to view the forms. 半分相談、半分愚痴といった内容です。   皆様も問合せフォームを管理していれば本来の問合せ以上に営業メールが入ってきていると思います。 弊社では問合せフォームが入力された際、チャットワークへ自動で転送されるように設定しております。 営業メンバー全員が参加しているルームで、問合せへの即レスを実現するための設定なのですが 案の定営業メールでも作動してしまうことが問題視され始めました。   出来る限りのこととして、過去の営業メールをリスト化しドメインで弾くなど （フローの選択肢で「指定の文字列を含むメールアドレス」の場合「何もしない」が作動する） しておりますが、初見のドメインは弾くことができません。   マルケト管理者としてはノイズが混ざっても即レス性を優先するべきだと思っているのですが、 反対意見が多く、一旦私のマイチャット宛に転送させて選別してから貼り付け直す形になってしまいました。   今後kintoneとの連携も考えておりますので、営業メールが問合せ履歴に混ざってしまう（顧客情報が生成されてしまう）ことも危惧しています。   皆様フォームからの営業メールについて、どのように対策・対応されておりますでしょうか。 お知恵をお借り出来ますと幸いです。

Until recently, on the Users page, you could select the checkbox next to a user name and select "New from Selected" from the "New User" dropdown to clone the settings of the account of the selected person for a new user. I don't see that option any more in the dropdown. Has this functionality been removed from the system?

Hello,  How can I create Date Range Components then put it in various reports then share those reports and the end users have the ability to change the Date Range Components? I'm using the Date Range Components as custom comparison date ranges to the report date range. I've tried several scenarios that did not work. Scenarios that did not work1) Shared report at Edit status with embedded components​ and shared the date ranges separately2) Has user do a Save As which showed her as the owner, but she still could not change the date range components3) Shared at Duplicate status with embedded components and again had user Save As yet still could not change the date range component.Thank you
