Hi Community, I'm struggling to check if my tracking is well implemented in my App. I'm testing on BrowserStack. I imported my package for iOS & Android to App Live section.Last July I did a check and in the Newtork Tab I think I can remember that I was able to filter the data with either "smetric" or "/b/ss/" to find the beacon and see which data is sent to Adobe.  I first choose :Now while I'm navigating to the app, I'm not able to find any beacon or hit that has been sent to Adobe.In the meantime, when I go to a webview page (such as the user account) I can now see the hits/beacon being sent to Adobe. My questions are :- Does anyone can help me to understand why I can't see any of these in my app but I can see them on the webview?- Do you have any documentation about how to debugg it ?  Thank you for your help.  

Really looking for more experienced Fusion users to glean knowledge off them so I can improve my skills and also help others as I improve. The documentation online simply doesn't click with my thinking. Also the online documentation would be much better if each function actually showed a real world usage.

Hi Team,I have one case in which Adobe Campaign behaves weird.I have applied Insert or Update Activity to Insert record in schema still sometimes workflow errors me and tells that record already exist.As it is Upsert activity, it should update if record exist but it does not do.I am thinking multiple entities are trying to insert record at the same time.Can anyone please help me in this.Can we check in the schema from where that record in inserted(i.e. which entity is inserting that record) if incase from two places it was inserting at same time.?Thanks in Advance.  

Hi Minds,I get this error recently when trying to log into my Adobe Analytics account and go into the analytics reporting section. This is not a new account as I have been using this from more than 6 months now. I use Chrome on HP Probook. I also tried logging in on Firefox, but got the same error, which is strange. Also, I tried login after clearing Cache and Cookies. Please let me know what I could do to fix this. Thank you!

currently we are using static html page in iframe, we need to remove iframe and make it  as AEM component based.How to do this? please provide the solution.I am new to the AEM. Thanks in Advance. 

I used the latest archetype for the WKND component (version=35).This uses newer version of wcm.components.core (2.17.12), unlike my AEM instance which uses lower version of wcm.components.core (2.3.2).When, generating and installing with maven, there is an error for the api bundle: com.day.cq.wcm.api,version=[1.28,2) -- Cannot be resolvedFrom here, the "en.html" page is empty and no components are available to insert. This is because of another error which states:com.adobe.cq.wcm.core.components.models.Page cannot be resolved to a typeDoes anyone have a solution to this?

Hi Community, I am looking for some help with regards to setting up some alerting which will help me notify in an event there is/are workflows created with Keep Interim Results enabled in the Production UI. I am aware this is not recommended, however, teams create wkfs with this enabled and I want to proactively notify them and catch these wkfs via notifications. so far, I have been able to use a query activity and using wkf resource, configure the list with column keep results, the preview gives me workflows which have a Yes or No status for the Keep Interim results.   can someone please guide me on how to use this information further to set up some notification?example: I have a result like the above image which has no workflows with keep interim results as YES, now someone create a wkf within the UI and enables the keep results within it, my plan is to run the wkf once a day and query the wks and notify me if there is a workflow found with keep interim

Hi, I have quite a few extensions that have available upgrades: Core, Adobe Analytics and Cloud ID service. I know how to technically roll out an upgrade in Launch, but I was wondering if there are best practices (e.g. regarding testing), that I should take into consideration before I proceed. Also, are there any considerable risks of data collection issues if I upgrade one of these specific extensions?

Hi Team, We have a test scenario where we are not getting the seed emails if the target actual user is blacklisted and if we have used target data/offers/offer enrichment whereas we are getting the emails seeds successfully for same blacklisted user for simple text based emails, i.e emails with no personalization.I know this is something related to personalization step but proper explanation , I am not sure and tried to understand this with documentation also but no great luck.It would be extremely helpful if someone please help me understand why personalized[target data/offers selected] emails sent to a blacklisted address/non targetable users refrain the seeds too. Thanks in advance!

Hello,  I have a global nurture program that has three streams and the same content but in different languages for: - USA, France, Germany and Japan My thought was to create programs for each email touch and use the Country to determine which email version should be sent. Since 'Programs may not be added as content to Engagement Program Streams that have Recipient Time Zone Enabled", how can you do this to be able to enable the Recipient Time Zone?

Hi Folks, I have requirement from a client where in they want to store the NULL value in the integer field of data schema. For the same, I tried multiple things like dropping the constraint of DEFAULT and NOT NULL from the table field. However, I have observered that the UPDATE actvitiy in the workflow uses the COALESCE function while inserting the data. I got to know this by enabling workflow SQL logs.  I have also tried the option store empty in desitnation field in the advance parameter of update activity.  Anything else other than mentioned things to achive this requirement. Hi folks, I just want to prevent a recipient from receiving the same delivery more than once in the same day!the solution what i have currently working is to use typology rule (a controle rule) ,but I can't figure out how to configure it so that it dynamically takes the incoming delivery id/recurring delivery id and compares it to the recipient's existing delivery/recurring delivery ids in the recipient delivery log.On the other hand, i wonder if this is this the best practise method to use?Any help appreciated. 

Hi, When setting up an SFTP data source and making a connection, AEP appears to connect only to the lowest level (/) directory. Is there a way I can instead have it go to the default directory? The problem I have is that a directory level between the lowest level and where I need to get to has a restricted permission setup that can't be altered and I can't navigate through to where my files live.At least, I don't know how to. If someone knows what I'm talking about and can advise a solution, that would be great! For example, I need to navigate to /home/cli/target_folderBut /cli doesn't allow access so through the AEP UI, I can only get as far as /home Thanks in advance!  

I have a schema design question for Adobe Experience Platform.As a user might have multiple email addresses. And I have two different source databases in each of those the same user might have signed up with a different email address. I have another CRM user identifier that tell me those two emails are the same person.Is it better to use a Schema for each source. So I have two separate email fields, with different structure, that do not get merged in the union profile if they are different.Or have two separate email address fields in the same schema that then might have the same address. with two imported datasets.Or is it possible to import them into an array field into the same schema from two datasets with the array being filled correctly? So 1 email -> array length = 1. Two different emails -> array length = 2What are my best options here. When would you recommend using multiple Profile Schemas in AEP?

Can someone provide a link to instructions on capturing how many times a download link has been clicked? Using the existing page URL dimensions for the download link doesn't seem to work. But maybe that's because the link is structured like this from the main page: https://www.adobe.io/commerce-xd-kits/pwa-studio-uikit-venia-v1.3.xdWhen I add this URL to the standard page access analytics dimension in the project, the returned results are always 0.Any help would be much appreciated.

Good morning I am trying to reset ONE field in a repeating subform.  I don't want to hide the instances of the subform for this action, or re-set the entire form.  The field I wish to reset is form1.Main.sfOMKT.Table1.Row3.sfFigs.numFigures and sfOMKT is the repeating subform which it lives in.  Obviously this works great for the first instance: xfa.host.resetData("form1.Main.sfOMKT.Table1.Row3.sfFigs.numFigures");But no matter how much I read I cannot grasp the referencing thing... Would anyone be able to help?

I am well aware that there is no way to exclude smart campaigns from the regular trigger campaign clean-up, and I do not wish to turn that feature off entirely. Has anyone had success with a hack to keep certain important but perhaps low traffic smart campaigns alive? Perhaps a regularly scheduled request campaign trigger that would fake traffic here? Any ideas welcome!
