Hello All, I'm trying to understand experience fragments in AEM, installed wknd project on local and verifying MSM features. I've observed the links in the live copies are always pointing language master links which are configured at master level experience fragments.Expected behaviour: When we rollout AEM content page, links in live copies will automatically updated based on the locale but it's not as updated when we rollout experience fragments. Am I missing anything here? 

We are looking to mass merge duplicate records. I've read about issues with triggered smart campaigns firing from data value changes and score changes triggered by program status updates.  Any thoughts on how to work around these?   Anything else I need to know?    What happens if I merge two records attached to Dynamics records? Will the dynamics record keep syncing over to Marketo, causing a constant merge between those records?  

We are trying to create a User Role that allows for viewing of existing Smart Lists and Reports but not the ability to create or update an existing smart list or report. I don't see any way to do this. In order to see the "Database" tab, you have to select the "Access Database" permission. There doesn't seem to be a specific "Edit" or "Create" permission so once you select "Access Database" the user can create and edit smart lists. There is a specific permission for "Delete" so once they create the smart list, they can't delete it. Similar scenario exists for "Access Analytics".   Am I missing anything or is this just one of the limitations in the User Roles? Thanks, Sheila

I am willing to configure caching for my IO Runtime action using the Cache Control Header - Cache-Control:max-age=1800.Although the header is coming up in response, but the action is not hitting the cache on subsequent calls. Also the header X-Cache is CONFIG_NOCACHE , which signifies that Caching has not been configured from Azure CDN (Note that IO runtime is internally leveraging MS Azure) Is there any thing else that needs to configured for this to work?Below are the cache related headers which I am currently getting as part of IO Action response:Cache-Control: max-age=1800X-Cache:CONFIG_NOCACHEx-gw-cache:BYPASS Thanks and regards,Ronit Banerjee.

Hi all,I have a requirement where I have to download a dam package, extract it and add more images through windows explorer, re-zip it and upload the package again. However, AEM rejects any package which is compressed manually saying 'missing JCR_ROOT'. Even if i dont change any content, AEM still rejects packages which are zipped manually. Is there any workaround for it? Our use-case is to have the author add more images in the folders, re-zip it and upload again, as this reduces authoring time.

Hello, I'm comparing the metric "Time Spent per Visits (Seconds)" with the calculated metric "Total Seconds spent / (Visit - Bounce) I understand that these two metrics cannot have the same result because the visits in the calculated metric include some of the visits that do not have the timestamp values. Thus, I created a segment : Visit container where time spent per visit - granular is greater than 0. By applying this segment to the calculated metric, I could get the same result between the two metrics.  However, if I add the dimension to the metrics, they again show different result. Why? Can anyone kindly advise? Thank you so much!

Hello, I'm new to Marketo and looking for guidance on how to move leads from one nurture stream to another once they complete an action. We use Marketo for our community website, once members register to create an account and select yes to receive marketing communications from us they are put into our new member onboarding stream.    Of course, we have people in our database that aren't members. We are creating a non-member nurture stream that we hope will eventually lead to them becoming members.    My question is, once somebody who isn't a member creates an account, then gets put into the new member onboarding stream, how do I remove them from the non-member nurture stream so that they no longer receive those emails.    Sorry if a question like this has already been asked and answered. 

Hello All,We are trying to find out a way to apply filters on campaign template selection while creating a new campaign.Use-case: We have 2 Business Units, A and B provided with access in such a way that one BU cannot able to see other BU entities and vice-versa. However, few of the common entities like Templates are shared by both BU's and accessible to each other. We have 4 templates created (2 each for BU).Requirement: Client is now asking is it possible to select the template based on BU. E.g.: when I am creating a Campaign Workflow under BU A and during template selection I should be able to see only 2 templates pertaining to that BU, not 4. Same is the case with other BU as well.I see this is something tricky to achieve and not able to get through :(. Requesting your suggestions on the same.Simpler way of achieving this is by segregating the templates at folder level specific to BU. I created a scheduled project to be sent hourly, but this project is barely sent daily and sometimes not at all, all other projects are being sent fine except this one.  I have no idea what is going on. 

We have re-architected the way our client subscriptions pull into Salesforce, and the detail we need is on Account>Subscription>Subscription Product & Charges.     I've been able to bring in the necessary fields for that object into Marketo but they're only available as constraints on the subscription so "subscriptions with product & charge: field name." Subscription to Subscription Product & Charge is a 1: many relationship. My concern is that putting constraints like the below would not necessarily query the SAME product & charge line: So it could look for one that is active but that might not be the one I'm looking for.
