Hi all. Our custom tag stops working after upgrading from AEM 6.0 to AEM 6.5.0. I'd like to get some clarity on the Flow step "Sync Person to SFDC" and when its necessary to use, vs. allowing the regular Marketo<>SFDC sync to sync data between the two systems. Particularly as it pertains to Contacts.                If I am understanding this article correctly, the warning suggests that if this Flow step is taken on an existing Contact, then a duplicate Lead object record will be created and pushed to SFDC.        Is that the case? The reason I question this, is because this other article about the Contact object and syncing recommends using this Flow step if you need to manually force a sync of a Contact to SFDC. However, there's no warning message here about creating a duplicate Lead record. Additionally, this community discussion thread suggests that if you try to sync a person to SFDC who already exists, it will not create a duplicate. Can someone please clarify this contradiction?  &n

I keep getting the following error message when I set the date range to a year(actually 10 months). "One of the segments or the search in this visualization contains a text search that returned too many results. Please narrow the text search criteria and try again." As I understand, this means that the text search criteria in the segments are too broad and therefore, there are too much data that Adobe Analytics has to handle. I've optimized the conditions set in each segment and tried to use "starts with" rather than "contains". However, the error still exists and does not give the result I want.(As much as I want to, I cannot share how the segments look like due to brand's confidential info.) Are there any solutions to fix this problem?Thanks in advance.

Hello,We have a a simple configured in Launch. The "trigger" event is merely Core -> Click with a simple CSS selector. There is no condition and the the "Action" portion is custom JS that fires a target mbox. However, we are having issues with this rule firing consistently. It appears to be a timing issue. When the rule fails to fire, I notice a Warning being logged to the console: "Loading failed for the <script> with source “https://assets.adobedtm.com/xxxx/xxxx-source.min.js”.  This message does not appear when the Action fires correctly (with the "firing correctly" being verified using the Adobe debugger extension.) If I manually navigate to the script that the browser warns had failed to load, it loads just fine and I can confirm that it is the custom code I wrote for the "Action" in Launch. I would like to include an image of a web page in an Adobe Analytics dashboard. What is the best way to do that? I created a png file of the page and then created a url but the extension didn't work in workspace. is there another way to do this? thank you!

Hi Community 👋  I need to export a file from ACS and download it to my computer. I've queried for the data I needed, added an Extract file, and configured it, but I cannot find any option to indicate that I want to download the file and where to save it. Hello everyone,after having encountered a bounce issue with a german ISP, we took a look at the delivery logs to see if the issue has been resolved.We noticed a behaviour that we cannot make any sense of: This recipient received a couple of emails from 07/30/2020 to 10/04/2020. The last email has been sent on 10/04/2020 05:57:07 AM.What we don't understand is why the delivery started on 09/19/2020 (first line on the screenshot) has been modified in the delivery logs on 10/06/2020 - which is 17 days after the sendout of the delivery. In the settings of the delivery template the option is set to "Delivery duration: 5d", so from my understanding the delivery logs shouldn't be updated any more after those 5 days?  We would be thankful for any hint on why the delivery logs had been updated after such a long time! Kind regards, Marcel

Hi Team macdonald2008 I am new to AEM and currently working MSM project. I need help with the below issue. When a new page is created, language master is pointing to en. When the language copy from en to zh, Currently all the reference links are pointing to en post translation, it had to be manually updated to the respective languages Example: source path:/content/xxx/language-masters/en/xxx/abcdestination path: /content/xxx/language-masters/zh/xxx/abc The zh language copy is still having references (images, footers, experience fragments) pointing to en. Please let me know the process of how to convert these references to zh.    

I have a server side test set-up in adobe, are the QA Activity urls still valid for a server side test or are they only valid for client side tests?

Hello,if I get an activity e.g. via https://mc.adobe.io/tenant/target/activities/ab/123456 and change only the name of the activity in the JSON and send it to https://mc.adobe.io/tenant/target/activities/ab/123456, then I get the message: "Invalid Json. Unrecognized property name 'options'. Location: line - 7, column - 17." "options": [{"optionLocalId": 0,"offerId": 0},{"optionLocalId": 2,"name": "Offer2.""offerId": 596872}], If I delete this part, I get another warning. This time under experiences at optionLocations. "experiences": [{"experienceLocalId": 0,"name": "experience A.""visitorPercentage": 100,"optionLocations": [{"locationLocalId": 0,"optionLocalId": 0}]},], Do I pass a wrong format - or can someone tell me what I am doing wrong?

Hello all -    I am working on a smart list that is Job Title specific. Does Marketo have the capability to filter by using wildcard patterns? I know some programs use percent signs (%) or asterisks (*).   For example, I'd like to pull in CTOs but not Directors (which contains 'cto'). So it should look something like this - % CTO %. However, I've tried numerous iterations of wildcard patterns (and job titles) for testing purposes but it always returns zero contacts.   Does anyone have insight into this? Thanks

Hi All,We have a requirement where we need to send an email notification to subscribers whenever a new blog is published. The subscriber count can go up to 2 lakhs in the future.We were initially thinking of sending emails in batches using day.cq.mail service, but since all of this will happen in publish environment, there may be an overload and inconsistency issue with multiple publishers in the production environment.Any suggestions for tackling the solution using AEM would be helpful. P.S: We are aware of 3rd party tools available for integration but we are still looking for possibilities without them.

I don't see any way to do this, and I'm guessing the answer is "no" or  "not easily" but I just thought I'd ask.  In my case I have a fairly typical workflow where one user requests an action and another user approves it.  The action should happen fairly quickly so I was wondering if there was a way to pop up like an "action completed" notification (or action did not succeed I suppose) via a snackbar or message modal or what have you, for the user who did the final approval.I know they will get the notification in the user inbox but I thought it might be nice to have this also.

I'm getting multiple ECID calls and not able to understand why. Visitor API code is loading just one time on page. How do you handle sending Marketo nurture emails to contacts who are not assigned to a salesperson for whatever reason (ie: account is outside of ICP, inactive owner assigned, etc).For contacts outside of ICP, we currently wait until they do some sort of hand-raising activity or MQL before we reassign to a salesperson OR have someone manage the replies and manually reassign the salesperson. However, this is very manual and not a perfect process so we're trying to identify a better way to manage this process (ideally automated).For contacts owned by an owner that's inactive (due to BDR attrition), do you sign off the email from an alias name and have someone manage the inbox of replies? Do you pause them in the sales nurture so there are no more emails going out from that inactive owner? Our sales ops team needs to reassign the inactive owners manually and consider the account books when doing so, which means it could take a couple of weeks to reassign accounts from an inactive owner to
