Hi, we are experiencing very long processing times on a SQL query performed by sqlSelect(sqlParam, sqlQuery) in javascript.Edit: The query is always returning 1 row. The problem occurs intermittently and most of the times the query takes just 1 second to process. At worst it takes more than 1 minute. It does not seem to be a problem on the DB-side. We are using Oracle on the DB side and the nlserver is running on Linux Redhat 7. Could this be a matter of garbage collection in the javascript engine?Or are there any libraries that needs to be preloaded to avoid this? Perhaps some settings in the serverConf.xml? Any help would be great, thanks in advance.

Not entirely a Marketo question, but was curious how Marketo reads emails that are "read" when viewed in the Preview Pane in Outlook. Does an "Open" count when an someone has an email marked as read / viewed in the Preview Pane? Couldn't find an answer online that verified this, so I wanted to see how Marketo handles this.I assume links clicked from the Preview Pane get counted, but does that skew the Click to Open % if the Preview Pane does not count? I read somewhere inputting a 1 x 1 tracking pixel / web  beacon inserted into an email can help verify the true open number. Any validity to this?Thanks in advance!

We made  a page in wordpress, and we had our seed list test and view our webpage but Marketo is not tracking. In our AEM we have a service call that takes a long while, around 2 minutes to have a response. Once we get the response, we will be building nodes in AEM as a caching mechanism. My question is, will the slow 2 minutes to have a response impact my AEM authors performance? Hi,I am getting the following error when trying to render the freemarker template in AEMaaCS.I am in step 4 of this documentation http://www.6dglobal.com/blog/aem-with-freemarker-templating-language-2016-02-13 and i see the following error [freemarker.template] in start level 20 but no bundle is exporting these for that start level In the bundles console (system/console/bundles) i seefreemarker.cache,version=[2.3,3) -- Cannot be resolvedfreemarker.core,version=[2.3,3) -- Cannot be resolvedfreemarker.template,version=[2.3,3) -- Cannot be resolved 1. Hi WF Community, I'm looking to accomplish the following: * Creation of a custom calculated field on the Project object called Billable Hours * The logic for this field is as follows:Use the sum value of all Actual Hours logged for all of the project's tasks and issues if this sum value is larger than the sum value of the project's Planned Hours from all of the tasks and issues Is this possible? It's been a while since I played around with calculated fields, and can't recall how to grab the sum value from related objects (tasks and issues). Thanks!Nick

Hello everyone, I am building up a report for communication and content teams on campaign. They want to be able to follow, for each email they send, click performances on "url links labels" (kind of a heat mapping report). So, my main dimension is : Delivery.Then I need to breakdown all deliveries by Tracking URL Label. But I want that the breakdown applies to every delivery at once. Not having to drag and drop the breakdown dimension each time under the new delivery, so that there is no manual intervention anymore. Does anyone have an idea if it's possible on campaign ? Thanks a lot,Tracy

Hi All,  I need to create a smart campaign where the triggers start by a specific link clicked in an email, and it seems that Marketo isn't recognizing the click in the email because it doesn't trigger anything,  What are the elements I need to take into consideration for this?  Kind regards, Melanie

Hello Community, I have a couple of questions regarding server side (Java SDK).  Question number one: For server side tests (form based), does setting the reporting source to Adobe Analytics send activity data over the same way as client side does (activity / experience name)?  Question number two: How is persistent experience achieved with server side?  I know for client side the Visitor API (AMC...) cookie is used for experience consistency.  Does server side have a similar mechanism?  If so does it "autmagically" work out of the box? Thanks!

I've been using the technique outlined in this blog post to use emoji in subject lines: https://blog.teknkl.com/yes-you-can-use-emojis-in-marketo-subject-lines/   But it doesn't seem to always work—occasionally the emoji will appear but sometimes the raw Q code would appear in the subject line.    Has anyone had any experience using this technique? Or is there a better technique?

Hi, Been asked to produce a report for client that is a replica that someone else created with no history/links/definitions just an excel. It basically is a campaign pathing for a particular channel, so has the following fields Campaign1, Campaign2, Campaign3, Campaign4, Campaign 5, PathLength, FirstCampaign, Last Campaign, TimeBetweenFirst/Last, Orders, Revenue Campaigns are in the format from AMO not Analytics.Any thoughts on how we go about setting up this report? Thanks 

Hi there,I created a freeform table with several segments in rows. I want to show where 1 segment ranks among others (ex. highlight row 3/segment c of 10 rows displayed). Is it possible to highlight just the row that displays the segment in question (ex row 3/segment c) and keep this highlighting persistent so that viewers can easily se the key segment when they come to the report suite?If available, does the configuration differ if the row is a metric or a dimension?If available, can this highlighting be locked to the segment so that if we reorder by a different column the highlighting moves with the segment? Is it possible to highlight and keep persistent specific cells in a free form table to highlight performance? Thank you!Jen

Hi everyone, I'm rendering dynamic content using JavaScript and it is in English for one email delivery. I want to use same JavaScript for content that should be in another language. For example, I'm displaying month name dynamically in email subject as well as email body in English. I want to display the same in French. I'm newbie with ACM.
