We are dealing with an intermittent issue where when someone fills out a Marketo form on a Marketo page, it is not showing up on the records Activity Log, which in turn, does not fire the "Fills Out Form" trigger campaign.    It's kinda hard to replicate as it rarely happens. Support mentioned that it could be a fluke. But we're looking for a specific reason why it's happening. Does anyone else experience the same? Is it really just a fluke or is there any other reason?

Hi Team, I need quick help with one of the requirements, I have a Data file coming with a Carriage return, one of the fields as in the screenshot will have data with the spaces in it, No fixed width Could be a space generated due to wrap text as well.    Our requirement is to load the file as it is in the Adobe Campaign list and display data in the Adobe campaign as it is displayed in the file and use that data in a workflow to be sent out in email delivery. But unfortunately, the Adobe campaign does not display data in this format even if I use a new data scheme, with a String or memo field. Also, when I try to send the data in delivery, it does not reflect any spaces as in the screenshots below.   Could anyone help me here if you are aware of any scenario that can help me find a solution for this? I used out-of-the-box schema attributes as well like the Comment field of Recipient schema but still, the data does not populate with space

Hi- Our company has a need to report and retain on historical information. Since in WF, there isn't a way to deactivate or unselect an active queue topic (at least not that Im aware of), how are folks handling these types of changes to still have the ability and visibility to show what queue topic the work came from. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

Hi, We know that bots can click links in emails and have taken steps to correct it but recently we have seen bunch of "Opens" which we believe are bots. Does bots have the capability to open an email but NOT click it? The second question, does anyone know what criteria (logic) is used on Marketo to identify "open" in email send?   Appreciate the response.   Thanks! Riz

I have a Java project using a Maven archetype provided by Adobe to get started. I have built several custom workflow steps using this model - all is good.Until now, all of them have been using typical data types such as Int, String, etc. Now, I have a need to write a Document to the Filesystem.  Because I do not see an existing component to do this, I will need to build my own custom step.I expect the code will be something like this:com.adobe.aemfd.docmanager.Document doc = wfd.getMetaDataMap().get("myDoc"); However the package com.adobe.aemfd.docmanager isn't in the project setup.  I'm a novice at Maven and adding libraries so, any help to bootstrap this quickly would be helpful. Thanks,

Our deliverability vendor is requesting we put something in place to stop the use of Bit.ly links.  We have tried educating our user base, but some just forget. Does anyone know a way to stop emails with these links from sending?  Topology rule, script, .....? 

Hi All, How does marketing channel work when a user is opening several tabs during the same session? For example:Suppose a user sees an Adwords campaign to an eCommerce site and clicks on it.After he lands on the site, he sees multiple products on the landing page and starts to open several tabs for each product.The user finishes the session in a different tab from where he landed on the siteHow does the marketing channel report is going to look?  The reason for this question is regarding the direct traffic channel. If the user keeps opening tabs, at some stage Adobe Analytics might think that he's actually coming from direct traffic. My concern is regarding inflating direct traffic data. The screenshot below is an example that I've created simulating the above example (coming from Adwords and opening several tabs).  Thanks

Hi there, we need to send a mass email to all contacts in a campaign, regardless of if they have opted out of marketing emails because it is not a marketing email being sent, but instead a support email. Is there a setting that allows the email to actually send to those opted out contacts?

I've been working with a client trying to ingest their Analytics data using the 'Data Warehouse' feature, but was seeing some discrepancies. Under the 'workspace' tab, the client created a report. I am trying understand asset versioning and I have understand from the AEM docs that whenever we upload metadata, new version will be creates as per (https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/experience-manager-learn/assets/collaboration/versions.html?lang=en) But when I verify this in latest cloud sdk I don't see this working, and version is only created by selecting asset click create version button.

Hello, As per my requirement I need to some how process the uploaded csv(whenever client uploads csv with assetPath and metadata) file and modify the assetPath (before doing actual metadata update)given in csv and then process the importing metadata. Hi All, We are facing an issue when updating an existing record using an update activity. It does not give any error and shows the record has been updated.  However, it never gets updated but if try to update the same record using a Script/SQL statement in the workflow, it’s works fine.

Hi, I uploaded an image to my DAM and used it on a page with the default smart crops that AEM generated for my profile.Now, I went back to DAM and changed some selection in the smart crop for one of my sizes where in for my small size smart crop I wanted to focus more on the object.But after saving and re-publishing the image, the page still shows the old smart crop. If I hit the image url directly on the browser, then also it gives me the cached image, but if I append a query parameter to the url, it gives me the changed image. Could someone please help? Regards,Ankush Dhingra

Hi All,  We have a form that has about five sections and we have events such as form starts, section starts and section close and so on. How can I add more marketing channel options to this view? I know how to do it when it's on the vertical axis but am not given the option to display 10 (rather than 5) on the horizontal axis  

Let’s say there are two pages P1 and P2. I want to see the drop off rate from P1 to P2. But sometimes P1 has a tag of “ABC” and sometimes it has a tag of “DEF”. I want to know the drop of rate from P1 to P2 in the situation where P1 displays “ABC”. How do I get the drop off rate for just this specific scenario?
