I have an XT activity that I want to QA in staging and production environments using the ActivityQA URLs. The problem I'm having is, the activity is visible with or without the qa url, and regardless if the test is live or not. Obviously I don't want this to be visible to the public before qa'ing. I tried adding a Visitor Profile to my audience (user.AdobeQA) but this seems more appropriate for an A/B activity. How can I ensure my activity/experiences won't be visible, particularly in a production environment, to those without a QA url?  

Is there a recommended approach to having Profile Scripts change but only effect a dev environment vs production?  Currently it seems like you can't allocate a profile script to a specific environment, so once it is edited, it will immediately effect production.

I was trying to implement target via Adobe launch. Hi All, On our site we are storing some data in localStorage that we'd love to reference for a Target audience. We tried to reference it through a profile script, but are presented with an error: "Your updates did not publish to Adobe's delivery network : Invalid script - Syntax or runtime error while executing script"- The script itself is very basic -- "return window.localStorage.getItem('dnb.industryNaics');" Our thinking is that this errors because its run on the server and doesn't have access to the individual device's localStorage. Is that correct? Here's what we can do/plan to do:1. We can run this all as custom code within an experience and only present the experience if someone fits the value we're looking for. The challenge with this approach is that it takes it out of the VEC so our typical marketer is unable to set it up without developer assistance. 2. Hi Experts, I have a scenario in our Production environment.We are creating True Production environment to point our Production website to resolve Target Catalog Data corruption due to lower environments pointing to Target Production. When we do this we need to move our prod host to point to True Prod and hence bringing downtime to Target Recs in Production website. Is there a way I can configure a single Host to multiple Target Environments so that the behaviors gets populated and then switch to true prod environment. Any suggestions really appreciated. Thanks,Karnakar

We are testing the use of Approvals at the Task level and the different use-cases we may use this feature for. Is there a way to report of Tasks that have been approved/rejected?Is there a way to create a report that shows all the Task approvals pending for the logged in user?

Hello, On Marketo email preview, the banner looks perfect. But on email test, the banner looks distorted, sometimes image is missing,   or in this case, image is repeating. Can someone please recommend a fix for this? Thank you in advance.

Hello, I have an active nurture campaign going but would like to remove one email from the stream to update a broken link and then re-add when it's completed. How do I do this?   I'm pretty new to Marketo so I want to make sure how to do it correctly before going in and doing anything and risking breaking the program.    Thanks, Alex

How can I dynamically assign iteration values to a list? Hi, I was trying to follow this tutorial. When try starting the local react app "npm start" local react instance throws the below error. Any idea how to get it working?FYI, I am logged into my local instance of AEM and it's up and running.

We have certain pages where we use dropdown filters to display the results based on the filter choice. I want to enable activity map tracking for all of those  links under the dropdown list. Activity map is already enabled on other parts of the site. Also need to enable tracking to publicly displayed phone number (contact button) and email ID (mailto) link.  How do i enable activity map for these links?

Hello All, I have created a new Metadata Profile and is applied it to the Dam folder. When created a content fragment inside the applied dam folder, metadata is not inherited from the metadata profile. Metadata is inherited while creating any asset inside the folder.Functionality is failing for the Content fragment. The issue I have seen several time is this. In a workflow, in the Load File process. I "Upload a new file from a local machine" this has UK sortcodes in it (e.g. in format 30-20-10). This file has about 60 columns so on the "File Structure" step I use the "Detect structure from new file" option.Then the UK bank sortcode field is auto-detected as a "Date". Before the Load File is saved and the workflow is run. I got to "Column Definition" and change the datatype for that sortcode field to "text"When I start the workflow that change to text is ignored. The Load File process fails with the error message "TIM-030002 The element 'Month' = '13' is out of limits in the strong '30-13-52'!"I agree there is no 13th month but this is a Text datatype. So Adobe campaign should not be doing that validation. When I go back into the Load File process and the File Structure, it is showing as Text.What is the simplest and most effective method of overcoming this?

Hi @kautuk_sahni @jagpreet_singh_           Is there any plan to bring back the "Ask the AEM Experts" Sessions. I think those sessions were really helpful and since a lot of us doesn't get chance to work on every stack in AEM , these session might help a lot of us in many ways. Hello All,We know that binding variables like session - javax.jcr.SessionresourceResolver - org.apache.sling.api.resource.ResourceResolver are available for use in groovy scripts.We can use this JCR session to execute SQL queries, update node properties. But, we are not closing JCR Session and ResourceResolver explicitly like session.logout() and resourceResolver.close() in groovy script. How resourceResolver and session are getting closed automatically in groovy script? Thanks,Debal

We are using ACS commons EmailService to send emails from the AEM. Till now we are using Adobe SMTP server and now we are working on upgrading it to the our company SMTP server. But we are using office 365(Cloud version). We updated Day CQ Mail Services with cloud account details (host : smtp.office365.com).We are getting 'java.net.UnknownHostException: smtp.office365.com' error in the logs. I just want to check with community on ACS commons EmailService's support for Office365 Any help on this is greatly appreciated...

Hi. I have a smart campaign where "lead can run through the flow every time". In the flow, I have a wait step of 30 days. However, my leads were getting the same email every day instead of every 30 days. Would anyone know why is that? If the lead is going through the flow every time and the flow says to wait 30 days before sending an email, then why were my leads getting an email every day?Thanks in advance for any help.

Hi Team, How to disable file generation for privacy requests? For privacy requests, even though I disabled "2 Step delete request" and set the request type to delete, it still generates a downloadable file which contains PII data, is there anyway to configure the privacy request module to not generate a downloadable file? currently, a file is generated and valid for 90 days, however, is there any possibility of either disabling this feature to not generate a file or to configure the 90 day period. I checked the serverConfig and the config<instance> file but I do not see any settings for gdpr/privacy, I only found dataPurgeDelay="90" variable under "Privacy request cleanup" which removes data from the nms:gdprRequestData for records older than 90 days.  <variables dataPurgeDelay="90" dataPurgeDelay-type="number"/>  

Hi. If I created a Marketo landing page, and used it for a display ad, could I see this activity in Marketo? For example, could I see in a lead's file that they clicked on the display ad that brought them to the landing page? Because this is a display ad, could I see people who are not in the Marketo database? If so, what type of marketing automation could I use in Marketo to capture those individuals and have them become a lead in my database?Thanks for the help!

I know the definitions and purpose of Layout Container and  Parsys component. Layout Container:-I see that Layout Container in used in editable template. It act as Container which can contains other component plus it also have feature to divide the columns (12 columns)Paysys :- It act as Container which can contains other component I would like to hear the response on the below questions.Can Layout Container be used in static template? or Is it designed to use only in editable template?Is Layout Container using Bootstrap for responsive or is it using AEM's coral style definition?Can we use parsys instead of Layout Container in editable template? If we have  component for dividing a columns  then we may not need to Layout Container and directly parsys?
