Hello,I am implementing Adobe Analytics in a server environment and then invoking it with a 1st party data collector on the client-side. The issue is that when I fire AA on the server-side, Adobe is using the User Agent and IP Address from my servers as opposed to the actual data from the visitor's browser. To fix this, I am looking for ways I can tell AA to use User Agent and IP from a source I specify as opposed to those provided by the virtual server environment. I should back up and also ask, is it certainly User Agent and IP Address that AA uses to geo-locate visitors or is there something else I need to consider? If so, can I access it? The end result I need is, when I open my report suite for the server-side version of AA, I need to be able to select things like 'Visitor Profile --> Geo Segmentation' and have AA show me the data based on the geo data I syndicate from the client-side (Assuming it's UA and IP) as opposed to my server environment. Any tips or

Hello all,   I am trying to get 3 (A,B,C) different phone numbers to appear in an email based on an email script token and have hit a wall trying to find the issue in my code. When I try to preview a specific person, I get defaulted to the 3rd phone number. Hello!   I am trying to add borders in the table to separate columns and rows, but I can't seem to figure out how to do it. I even copied and pasted HTML that had the borders built in, but when it populates in Marketo it does so without the borders.   Are table borders not supported in MKTO emails?

admin console only has two permissions, author-user and author-administrators.This basically gives any AEM users full access to everything, which is highly dangerous.With EpiServer, we could easily create groups with specific permissions, e.g. only edit marketing pages, or only create affiliate pages, or only add images to our external-marketing DAM directory.  We could even let content admins create their own permission structures for their users via checkbox interface with meaningful permission names. Is any of this possible with AEM Cloud, and if so, how?  There seems to be no option in the admin console, where users permissions and groups are managed for our 10+ environments. One confusing piece is that if you login to one of the many environments author instances directly, there is a security, users groups and permissions. Mobile App, implemented with Mobile App SDK via Adobe Launch.  I am able to see the beacons through Charles Proxy, and can see life cycle data as well as the pageName in workspace.  However, NO context data is not available in the Processing Rules, not even the out of the box context data included in Mobile SDK.  When should context data be available in the process rules?  How long, if any, is the delay in seeing context data once the data is sent. Are there any other settings that would prevent context data from being sent, if the other information in the beacon is available in reporting?  

Morning all, Wondered if anyone could help me out with an issue. Tried to create a view in the NWE for a portfolio, where if needs be you could easily change the program the project belongs to. Looks like that field is locked. Tried to create it in a report, but again, that field is locked. The team that asked for it, would regularly move projects from one program to the other. Recently, we have decided to upgrade our working environment to AEM version 6.4.8.4. Installation has been way of SP 6.4.8.0, followed by CFP's 6.4.8.2, and then 6.4.8.4. However, for one of our AEM (Author mode) servers, despite the Package Manager showing CFP 6.4.8.4 as installed, our AEM version is "stuck" on 6.4.8.2. Here is a quick breakdown of what either we have tried or have discoveredAEM restartedSP and CFP's 6.4.8.2 & 6.4.8.4 "reinstalled" using the package managerAfter "installation", file updater.aem-6.4.8-cfp-1.0.0.jar is still present on the /libs/system/aem-6.4.8-cfp-4.0/install/1 nodefile updater.aem-6.4.8-cfp-1.0.0.jar seems to be also present on the /libs/system/aem-6.4.8-cfp-2.0/install/1 nodeOn comparing error.log between a successful install (on another server) and the problem server, we seem to be "missing" events such as com.adobe.granite.installer.Updater Finished updater AEM-6.4.8-Cumulative-Fix-Pack-4, or Removing bundle

I am not able to create page templates on a fresh install of AEM 6.5. I create the page and go to the Structure section to build the page structure. Nothing loads in the component panel or on the page structure and there are 2 errors in the console.contexthub:442 Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'externalize' of undefined structure.html:95 Uncaught TypeError: window.injectContextHubUI is not a function I've also ran into this type of error saying Handlebars can't be found. Any idea what is going on here? This is a fresh install of the AEM jar file, locally.  

My data engineers are running into an issue with the Marketo REST API. We are attempting to implement a process that creates leads in a specific partition, using email as a lookup. This works fine when a lead with a matching email does not exist in any partition. Hi,We have discovered that Page Views for Page URLs differ between two projects in Workspace:It queries on the same URL, date range, report suite - but the numbers are different, impacting on Bounce Rate and Page Velocity as well.Would anybody have any ideas why this would be the case? 

Hi,I did a test upload (.txt, .fin) for refund import via data sources incl. date, transactionID and 1 evar, 3 events. But some connections seem not to work. - I have one out of 3 test orders, that is not connected to any evar- I have one test order with two units, however a breakdown by an merchandising evar, only shows a connection to one of the units How can I fix this?

Still figuring how the Partitions work on Marketo. We are looking for a way to create new users through REST API on a specific partition called "APAC" on our Marketo. Hello, I'm looking to try and create a profile script that counts the number of times that a page has been visited by a visitor, and outputs that number. I also want to specify that once that number reaches a particular value X the counter resets to 1. Does anyone know how I can do this? Thanks very much!

Hi All, I have installed aem6.5 on my local machine.On opening the author instances navigation panel is missing only TOOL bar is present. Any pointers.
