I am upgrading one of the projects from aem 6.3 to 6.5 and my project is using client context for persionalization.As the project is moving to aem 6.5, i need to migrate from client context to contexthub. We are integrating a custom field with our company product dashboard, and pushing information from the dashboard to the Marketo field. I labeled the API Name "Current_product_name" and our team has now let me know that the script is being pushed to "Current_Product_Name". This is kind of a two part question - 1. Does the capitalization matter, and if so, 2. Is there a way to edit this?I've tried to create another field with the capitalized API Name, but Marketo will not allow me to do so because it says that the API Name is already taken. Would love to get some assistance here!

Hi, I have a use case where I have setup a remote dam (connected asset) instance, configured dynamic media on it. Then uploaded an image asset. 1. Now I want to use this asset in the author instance which is started with dynamic media.2. I can see this asset in content finder when creating a page3. I can author a dynamic media component on the page and drag-drop the asset fetched from remote dam4. When I see the page in preview mode the image is getting displayed, but if I open the page in disabled mode or publish the page in a publisher, then the image asset is not visible. Any one has come across this situation or have any idea. Please share

Hi Folks, We have a remarketing campaign use case which we are trying to achieve using adobe analytics and adobe campaign classic. Use case in this wayVisitor comes on the website, add some products to a cart and drops off from the website. This visit level data will flow into the adobe campaign using adobe analytics pipeline triggers, and further, it will be processed by the scripts written in the adobe campaign, and it will be stored into schemas. Once we have these data in a schema, we have to shoot one remarketing campaign to the visitor using the message center. Need help in understanding, how we can trigger the campaign using the message center in this scenario? Any documentation or any suggestions is highly appreciated. Thanks in advance. Regards,Nitesh Anwani

Hi all! I am new to Target, and the customer owns Target Premium. We have a couple of use cases  for which we have doubts.. -Cross/Up Sale with related products (looks). Test A/B to show related products the user is going to buy and whether show them in the shopping cart or in the check out. For this use case we need to filter out the categories. There will be products for which will be difficult to generate a related product which will be an upsale.  - Web Push to returning visitor who has left a shopping cart showing a message or highlighting the shopping cart icon in a different color.  Any idea of the feature/s most adequate to tackle these use cases, via recommendations and test a/b combination? I have an issue in Launch accessing the AEM data layer. The some of the data elements are not being populated. Here's the DL object:I added pageName to a data element and pageTemplateName to another one, but they are not being populated.  I tried a "direct" approach:   return window.adeptDataLayer.getState().page.pageInfo.pageName;I got this error message:   Cannot read property 'pageName' of undefined TypeError: Cannot read property 'pageName' of undefinedI tried various ways to convert the object to text but it didn't solve the problem. Currently the s.pageName variable is populated by this other data element but it's pulling the wrong object:var tx = adeptDataLayer.getState().page;   for (var key1 in tx){      var myPage="";      myPage=tx[key1]["dc:title"];    }return myPage; I tried changing the "dc:title" element to "pageName" but that also gave me the type error.What should I try?

I have two repirts -  One consists of campaign name further breakdown is done on marketing channel basis.Other consists of campaign name and further breakdown is done on the basis of campaign medium.Whats the difference between the two and which one qualifies to measure for traffic campaign traffic for a particular channel?

Hi all, I'm trying to create a table where, for the first column, each row is filled with a particular custom object field(credit memo number3, which belongs to the creditmemo3 C.O).  I want to print all entries each contact has for the C.O. I'm using the below code:     <table border="0"> <tr> <td>Credit Memo Number </td> <td> Charity Name</td> </tr> #foreach ( $creditMemoNumber3 in $creditMemo3_cList ) <tr> <td> $creditMemoNumber3</td> <td> ${lead.Company} </td> #end </tr> </table>      However, this is the output that I get for the first column. It correctly identified all entries of this field for the contact, but the output format is not what I wanted:   How can I only display the actual value of the field (in this case, just the numbers, not the name of the field and brackets)?

Hi, I was hoping that someone could help I haven't created a custom workflow before but I wanted to create one that checks to see if assets is published or not and moves it to a folder if it isn't published, so it can be reviewed. I know that I can use cq:lastReplicationAction that should tell me if an asset is published or unpublished.  Any help or documents would be greatly appreciated.  LB_PC

I am starting to learn more about the unsubscribe behaviour in Markto. We currently have a preference page set up, and I was of the understanding that the attribute unsubscribed isn't being updated correctly (I'm in the process of checking to make sure it is).   I have noticed a contact today with the following in their activity log:   Activity Type 'Unsubscribe Email' Details: Lead unsubscribed from list unsubscribe   they are Unsubscribed = True Unsubscribed Cause = System flow action for 'Unsubscribe Email' triggered   they haven't completed the unsubscribe form so I can't see how they have unsubscribed? The email that they received only contained the link to the preference centre form.   any ideas?   thanks  

By default, the "process thumbnails" step for OOTB "DAM Asset Update" workflow generates PNG files.  Is there a way to generate jpgs (without writing custom code) since jpgs are smaller in file size?   TIA!

Hi   I would like to create a report of the emails that were sent to specific individuals at companies.   Is this possible in Marketo? I've gone into Email Performance and get the results of the emails, but was hoping to get which emails were sent to those specific individuals.    It would look something like this in excel.

I recently realized that there was trouble with the service pack 6.5.8 installation on our test author server. I found this because when I upgraded the uber jar I started to receive Jackson dependency errors. When I checked my Oak version, I see it is reporting 1.22.5 but when I check other servers where I've installed the SP, I see 1.22.6 and no Jackson dependency errors.I've tried using package manager to reinstall the service pack. I didn't receive any messages in the error.log and the two discrepancies were not cleared up.Can the service pack be reinstalled? I realize 6.5.9 is out now but would prefer to have all our servers running 6.5.8 for a little longer.

Hi All,I have a typical question but couldn't find the answer yet.We have a Saas platform connected to Marketo. On this platform, when someone sign up for an account we collect the most important information, including the Company name. During this account creation, the user (Let's say John) gets a User id, and the company (XYZ Ltd) gets a company id. If John invites his colleague (Mike) to use the product, Mike gets a different user id, and but the same company id. John and Mike details sync to Marketo.In Marketo, we have a lot of information about John, but we could sync only Mike's email address, user id and company id. I would like to create a kind of VLOOKUP in Marketo, when a new lead creates in Marketo, and his company id exists in the DB on other lead, let's copy the other lead's company name, and other details. Is that possible somehow? Thank you in advance

I based out brand email templates on the Sophia newsletter template, however in dark mode the text in the hero section remains gray instead of turning white. See the screenshot below. Does anyone have a suggested css tweak?  

We are in SPA with React implementation. We have product and category pages in our site which are being rendered dynamically. Hence, in AEM we just have one page for rendering category or product.So, the actual page URL is  /en/category/categoryName but, using rewrites I have mapped it to /en/category.html?key=categoryName. But on dispatcher  I see there are 2 calls being madeen.model.jsoncategoryName.model.jsonAnd, coz of this the page is not loading on dispatcher. Hi, I'm creating an experience activity based on the condition if my URL contains this tag "sc_cid=123abc123" and I will serve them a banner on my site. I'm using a media agency to deploy the static banner where this will then drive traffic to my site with the tag, i.e. the URL that was embedded in the static banner click-through was http://www.mywebsite.com/en/home/?sc_cid=123abc123&dclid=dgggggaahh1222 so rightfully in my audience profile I state if the "Current URL" "contains" "sc_cid=123abc123" it will show the banner. Is there a reason why the banner is not showing up? Regards, Jansen
