I have a finished delivery alerting dashboard set up with a criteria which is having delivery target minimum size = 50. The monitoring period is 24 hours. With this setting, I should receive notifications for finsihed deliveries with a target equal to or greater than 50 correct? I am getting notifications for finsihed deliveries which are lower than 50, can someone please let me know what could be missing or incorrect?

Hi, I have a department that is sending compliance related emails which require the unsubscribe link to be completely removed from ALL of their emails. We understand the risk of doing this and are monitoring it closely by creating a separate workspace for them to operate out off that is tightly controlled. I now need to adjust their email templates to remove the unsubscribe button. I can obviously just delete it but marketo appends the standard unsubscribe button when this is done so I think I need to leave some sort of code in the template to trick it into thinking a link is there. Does anyone know how to build this?

Hi, We are trying to configure an app for sending push notifications via Adobe Campaign Standard. We've followed all the steps to create and configure the property (corresponding to the mobile app) in Adobe Experience Launch. However, this property is not appearing (not being loaded or synched) in Mobile Apps (AEP SDK), under Channels in Adobe Campaign Standard. I've checked and made sure I had all permissions needed. What might be the problem? Thanks in advance!

HiI need to invoke functionality based on the page publish in author environment.How AEM knows, if a page publishing is a new page or republishing an existing page? I need to check this in my code and invoke different functionalities.

I'm running a Champion/Challenger A/B subject line test on a trigger campaign, and I'm trying to use a tokenized email script to personalize the subject line with the person's first name.    Without the Champion/Challenger test, the token works just fine.  However, once I set up the test and try to send myself sample emails, I don't receive anything (and therefore can't confirm if the personalization is still working).    I may have to go to Support, but just wanted to check around here if there any known limitations to what you can do with tokenized subject lines in a Champion/Challenger test.

Hello there, I'm relatively new to a company and they've tasked me with finding out why none of our campaigns are being tracked in Adobe Analytics. We've posted links with CID in the tracking code but none of them are passing through. I've tried to get in touch with our adobe admin but she is out of office for the next 60 days and there's no one else who can help me. My question, is there a way to determine if the company doesn't use cid in the URL by using an adobe debugger on our site? Is there anything automatic that will just find it for me so that I know what I can search for? If so, I'd love a quick step by step to determine it. FYI - I'm fairly comfortable with Chrome dev tools but am just getting my feet wet with adobe debugger. Thanks!

I'm having issues with one of my dashboards. Some data was removed by mistake and I can't get it back again to how it's meant to be, so I'm wondering if there is a way to restore the dashboard to a previous version, before the removal was made. Is there an option built in for that or could the Customer Care team do this? 

Hi I need to send an email in response to filling out a form. However, this email must be sent only if the form was submitted outside of business hours, which is a static time window Monday through Friday. Can this be done? 

Hi,   I'm relatively new to Marketo and I'm currently building engagement programs to help support a few new products. For some background, I recently sent an email out to our customer base with an overview of each product (there are three) with a CTA button for each one directing the reader to the relative product page on our website.    My objective was to send follow-up emails to customer/prospects based on what they clicked (or click in the future) in the email OR if they visit the relative product pages (regardless of their email activity.) For two of the three products, I currently have 2 follow up emails for each one. Our company was just acquired by another company. Our new parent company would like to send out an email to their Marketo database, but direct them to a form in our Marketo instance. Is it possible to prefill the form using their data on our form?

Is there a way to generate and/or export a list/log of all OSGi configuration changes made within a certain timeframe.  If not is this information tracked in the JCR Repository in some state that we would be able to run a query on to try and identify the information? We're currently running AEM 6.5.5.0.

Dear all, We were recently noticed of the Gold Standard 11 update. After talking to the customer care, it seems that the update may change certain settings back to default (e.g. typology rules, MX management). We are wondering what else could be changed back to default and if there is a way to export all the necessary settings so that once the update is done they can be imported to apply all the customizations?Thanks in advance. Best,Roxie

I know I've seen this before! I'm looking to create a report to add to a Task custom section that would include two items from a Project form, specific to that project. Use Case: We currently go through a translation company and have a Fusion integration with that company and WF. The integrations sends back links directly into fields on the Project Form. The users who have tasks after that step need to go into the translation company link to complete their work. Rather than have them go through to the Project level, I would like to just provide those links at the task level within a tab/custom section. I cannot figure out how to create the report that will only pull in from the project that it is on. Do I need to create a calculated field? Thanks!
