Do you have any experience as to whether you can be logged into Marketo with the same account on several devices in parallel and edit assets etc. without this leading to problems (changes are not adopted or the like)?

Where does the mkto_opt_out cookie info show on person's record? Would like ability to do 2 things: 1. run a smart list or report showing all people who have opted out of munchkin tracking 2. Change from true to false if customer changes mind   Search all over and can't find any info so hoping someone knows or knows where info is buried:)   Thanks, Trish

Hi, I'm querying the delivery logs (nms:broadLogRcp:profileBroadLog) to get a certain delivery using Label of Delivery is equal to "[label name],  and Status = "Sent", and Event date "is within today". It is taking almost a half hour for this query to execute. This seems like an obscene amount of time to search. Is there a faster way to get delivery information about particular labels? What I'm trying to accomplish is to determine recipients whom have received an email, then send a follow-up email, to those whom have not updated information we are storing locally in our onsite DBs requested in the email? Is there a faster way to determine whom has received an email sent, other than querying the delivery logs (nms:broadLogRcp:profileBroadLog)?Thank you for any help with this,Johnny Bravo Kind regards, 

Hi Everyone,   My team asked me to implement the following. Post email sends we would be evaluating the click-through using 'Clicks Link in Email' trigger and assign them few points and after doing so if their score reaches the threshold we would want them to sync to CRM as leads. As we are setting up the score on the flow tab of the smart campaign, I'm unsure as to how I have to query for the updated score-will that be in the same smart campaign or do we need to create a new smart campaign(looking for implementation steps here).   Thanks

Hello,   I'm trying to identify program members that have downloaded multiple resources (at least two). We have separate marketo programs for every resource on our website: webinars, ebooks, whitepapers, reports and so on, with the according statuses: registered and attended/no show for webinars and converted for the rest of the resources.   I thought about using the "Program status was changed" filter where I add the above mentioned statuses in the "New Status" field, together with the "minimum number of times" constraint equal to 2.    Could anyone please let me know if this filtering will suffice? I was not sure if it's enough. Thank you!

Hi All, Please can someone let me know what I am doing wrong here or if this is bug? I am trying to do a year on year percentage change using the following technique: 1)Simple freeform table with Day and Visits with a timeframe of "Last month" - works fine2)Right click on Visits and select "This month last year to this date range" - again works fine 3)At this point no comparison column is added - however I can select all the metrics at the top, right click "Create metrics from selection" and select "Percentage Change".4)This then adds in every day for the last year which has a mixture of the following:December 2019 = -100%Jan - November 2020 = 0%December 2020 = Infinity% Does anybody have any idea what is going on here? I have Adobe Tags on my site that fire when a user fills out a form. All forms submissions funnel to the same Page URL and I would like to build a segment to capture those users who made it to this page. I can't seem to find the right dimension in Segment Builder to input this Page URL (g)

Is it possible to create an adobe campaign work flow process to check for campaigns which finished more than x number of days ago and remove or archive them?

Hey.I am currently working on an integration using the ACS API. I have managed to figure out how to fetch profiles using the endpoint "/byEmail?email=" but now I also want to be able to use a phone number in case there is no email present. I simply tried using byPhone and byMobilePhone but to no avail. Is it possible to get profiles by phone number, and if so what would the request URL be?Best regards,Richard Byström.

Hi Team,  We are getting a weird results, when the delivery is sent from adobe campaign classic, at first the status in the broad log RCP table is showing as sent for the particular recipient and we pull the report for that delivery which we send to the business. Later afterwards we send the weekly deliveries report where we see the recipient for the same delivery is seen as failed and the most common failure reason we are seeing is "Mailbox Full".  Just wanted to check if this situation has occurred to any; if so how to resolve such issues.  Thanks,Adithya

I have a requirement where I have to determine the difference in time when a particular workflow was last Run and current time (in minutes). I query xtk:workflow schema in a JS activity in a workflow with "where" condition with the workflows Internal name and the fetch its @lastModifiedDate. However, when try to find the difference between the current date and lastModified date ( currentDate - lastModifiedDate) it gives NaN error. I tried converting the dates into milliseconds using parse() method. In this case current date gets converted to milliseconds but lastModifiedDate does not and returns NaN. I also tried converting lastModifiedDate into string, generate a date using the string [ var lastDate = new Date(lastModifiedDateString)] and then parse it  , but I get same NaN from lastModifiedDate but current date works fine. The string generated for lastModified is perfectly ok. Please suggest how to get the time difference, in Javascript activity, between the

Hi Team,We created a external database account which is a Microsoft SQL server.The connection between ACC server and database tested OK, like this:In the workflow,  when we want to use this external account for data loading by RDBMS, table list can not be shown  completely.But in Datagrip, we can see all the table we needed by the same db userIs there something wrong or error config lead this ? 

Under the Flow Control window for a Campaign Workflow, is there any way to add custom nodes (which pull in a few splits, read lists and delivery nodes) 

Greetings!! I am creating a modal using an hbs template file.  In the modal I want to use an html file as the modal-body.   Both files exist in the ui.apps project.   I have tried div.load() in javascript client-libs as well as data-sly-include and data-sly-resource in the hbs and cannot properly access the html file.   Any suggestions on how to get this connected properly??   Thank you, -Daniel

Hello Community   We are trying to come up with Velocity Script to display field data from an Custom Object when certain criteria are met. I have it working when there is just one qualifying product but when a person has 2 or more qualifying products, the script does not complete and when I preview the email it give a Communication Failure error.   I have studied many of the really helpful Velocity posts / blogs on this board and have tried to follow the solutions - I suspect I have missed something pretty fundamental somewhere.   To explain what the below is trying to acheive... 1. Create a list of products that qualify  2. Working with the Adobe I/O PDF Embed API and while I can embed PDF documents successfully, none of the form fields are working. I've created the PDF numerous ways and while I can interact with the form fields when opened directly in Adobe Acrobat, the embedded version is treating them like an image rather than fields. Is there something I need to do in order to have them be interactive?

I've set up Interesting Moments to run on every form fill on our website and want to include the web page that the form is filled out on (we use the same form in multiple places so I'm trying to give Sales a wider picture of the lead's key activities). I updated the IM to be as follows: However, after filling out the form to test, this is what shows in Marketo - it's not populating the Web Page: My questions: Is this the correct trigger I should be using to display the Page URL? I tried {{trigger.Name}} before but it populated the name of the form (assuming because that's the trigger for the IM) This particular form is a pop up once the visitor clicks on the page CTA - would that prevent the web page trigger from working as intended? Any help/insight is much appreciated and thanks in advance  😀  

Hey all, My org started using Marketo a few months ago and looking to relatively automate some campaigns but had a question about if it was possible + how to accomplish:   Campaign is: - Sent once a month - Sent to those who meet external criteria so custom fields are involved (Example would be 8 out of 15 card swipes remaining) - Person is not always on list - only receive email if external criteria is not met   Current campaign setup is: - Member of Program (imported into program) - Criteria change (date field that changes to end of month each list upload)   Sorry for the long setup, but my question is: If smart campaign is set to "run through list once" - if someone is imported into the list in January and then are also on the list in February (with criteria changes) would the re-upload + criteria change trigger that person to receive the February email? Or would they be counted as already run?
