Hi everyone,We have our product recommendations setup via productentities MBOX to capture product details. There is a collection of few pages which are more help/ landing page which we want to serve in recently viewed recommendation.Adding a MBOX for every page is not optimal so we want to upload it to feed via CSV upload. But i got random values when i tried to do so.Attaching the screenshot for the values.In MBOX calls we pass categoryId ascategory1, category1:subcategory. How can we pass similar values in CSV ? Please help. 

Hi All, Is there a way to access the quarantine data in Profile filters? I have created an audience and I would like to include a condition that is "not in quarantine" - so that I am not including profiles that have a quarantined email address in my initial query on a workflow. (I know they get excluded at point of send by the email delivery, but I'd rather take them out at the start). Can anyone advise what the filtering condition or advanced expression should be? Thanks David

Hi All, A simple question, does AEM 6.5.7 the latest SP include fixes from the previously released versions 6.5.1 to 6.5.6 ? Say suppose if a client is in AEM 6.5.1 and wants to upgrade, can the client upgrade directly to 6.5.7 or do they need to install each of the SP starting from 6.5.1 till 6.5.7 ? Regards,Mano

In one of the latest releases I noticed when viewing a Profiles Event List that the events are sorted Ascending and not Descending.  Does anyone know if we can control that.  When I view a profile I would like to see what are the recent events first.

Hello guys, So I have a question around  Landing Templates. We have adopted a single "master" landing page template strategy - meaning we have 1 template with a variety of modules that we can opt to activate or hide depending on the use of the page. When making changes to the landing page template, our developers currently version control outside of Marketo's own WYSIWYGs and this often causes numerous live templates to go into draft. Is there something our developers can do to prevent Marketo from drafting every page that uses that template? The largest concern is that every time we make a change to the template we "draft" basically every landing page in our instance. Now, I know that they are still live to the audience (they are seeing the old version), however we'll have pages that are "hiding" pieces of the template that are updated - so is there a way to update the template but have it only draft those landing pages that are using the features that are updated?  We want

Do you have any experience as to whether you can be logged into Marketo with the same account on several devices in parallel and edit assets etc. without this leading to problems (changes are not adopted or the like)?

Where does the mkto_opt_out cookie info show on person's record? Would like ability to do 2 things: 1. run a smart list or report showing all people who have opted out of munchkin tracking 2. Hi, I'm querying the delivery logs (nms:broadLogRcp:profileBroadLog) to get a certain delivery using Label of Delivery is equal to "[label name],  and Status = "Sent", and Event date "is within today". It is taking almost a half hour for this query to execute. This seems like an obscene amount of time to search. Is there a faster way to get delivery information about particular labels? What I'm trying to accomplish is to determine recipients whom have received an email, then send a follow-up email, to those whom have not updated information we are storing locally in our onsite DBs requested in the email? Is there a faster way to determine whom has received an email sent, other than querying the delivery logs (nms:broadLogRcp:profileBroadLog)?Thank you for any help with this,Johnny Bravo Kind regards, 

Hi Everyone,   My team asked me to implement the following. Post email sends we would be evaluating the click-through using 'Clicks Link in Email' trigger and assign them few points and after doing so if their score reaches the threshold we would want them to sync to CRM as leads. As we are setting up the score on the flow tab of the smart campaign, I'm unsure as to how I have to query for the updated score-will that be in the same smart campaign or do we need to create a new smart campaign(looking for implementation steps here).   Thanks

Hello,   I'm trying to identify program members that have downloaded multiple resources (at least two). We have separate marketo programs for every resource on our website: webinars, ebooks, whitepapers, reports and so on, with the according statuses: registered and attended/no show for webinars and converted for the rest of the resources.   I thought about using the "Program status was changed" filter where I add the above mentioned statuses in the "New Status" field, together with the "minimum number of times" constraint equal to 2.    Could anyone please let me know if this filtering will suffice? I was not sure if it's enough. Thank you!

Hi All, Please can someone let me know what I am doing wrong here or if this is bug? I am trying to do a year on year percentage change using the following technique: 1)Simple freeform table with Day and Visits with a timeframe of "Last month" - works fine2)Right click on Visits and select "This month last year to this date range" - again works fine 3)At this point no comparison column is added - however I can select all the metrics at the top, right click "Create metrics from selection" and select "Percentage Change".4)This then adds in every day for the last year which has a mixture of the following:December 2019 = -100%Jan - November 2020 = 0%December 2020 = Infinity% Does anybody have any idea what is going on here? Hey.I am currently working on an integration using the ACS API. I have managed to figure out how to fetch profiles using the endpoint "/byEmail?email=" but now I also want to be able to use a phone number in case there is no email present. I simply tried using byPhone and byMobilePhone but to no avail. Is it possible to get profiles by phone number, and if so what would the request URL be?Best regards,Richard Byström.

Hi Team,  We are getting a weird results, when the delivery is sent from adobe campaign classic, at first the status in the broad log RCP table is showing as sent for the particular recipient and we pull the report for that delivery which we send to the business. Later afterwards we send the weekly deliveries report where we see the recipient for the same delivery is seen as failed and the most common failure reason we are seeing is "Mailbox Full".  Just wanted to check if this situation has occurred to any; if so how to resolve such issues.  Thanks,Adithya

I have a requirement where I have to determine the difference in time when a particular workflow was last Run and current time (in minutes). I query xtk:workflow schema in a JS activity in a workflow with "where" condition with the workflows Internal name and the fetch its @lastModifiedDate. However, when try to find the difference between the current date and lastModified date ( currentDate - lastModifiedDate) it gives NaN error. I tried converting the dates into milliseconds using parse() method. In this case current date gets converted to milliseconds but lastModifiedDate does not and returns NaN. I also tried converting lastModifiedDate into string, generate a date using the string [ var lastDate = new Date(lastModifiedDateString)] and then parse it  , but I get same NaN from lastModifiedDate but current date works fine. The string generated for lastModified is perfectly ok. Please suggest how to get the time difference, in Javascript activity, between the
