Hello everyone,I am facing issues with my publisher, where it takes long GC time and it is suspending process. What could be the reason behind this? Any pointers/idea?When I look at usage score of heap memory allocation via http://<publisher>:4503/system/console/memoryusage, found that1. PS Eden space - 75%2. PS Survivor space - 0%3. PS Old gen - 99% What could have been wrong happening here? Any pointers! 

Hi All,i wanted to work on permission for users/groups and i am using AEM 6.5.5. I am pretty much comfortable with useradmin console to do so, but when i want to do the same task in Touch UI, i am very much blank in it. In case of permission console in Touch UI, i am not able to see all the paths like we get to see in useradmin. consider the case, that my new group needs to inherit permissions from content-author and then add some extra permission and remover some existing permission (which is coming from content-author). But i am not able to see all the paths in touch ui, so does it mean to add/remove i have to manually choose the paths from ADD ACE button (there are several such paths that needs to be added/removed).

Hello Community - I have some issues with the bundles which is causing the issues with authoring the components in the project. The bundle has several sling models and servlets in it. If I install the same bundle in my local, I am able to successfully activate the bundles, activate the models and servlets without any issues. In the case of installing in higher environments, we are having issues with the bundles. Even though the bundles are active status and also all the dependencies are resolved without any issues, I see the below errors in the logs. I have even verified the model status (/system/console/status-adapters) and the model is available. Hi All, I am trying to access AEM page using GET request via Postman tool. I have enabled anonymous access in 'Apache Sling Auhentication Service' still it is not working. Hi All, Could you please let me know whether there is a retention period for the files that gets uploaded in the location "/home/neolane/nl7/var/<instance_name>/upload/" when we upload a file using LOAD FILE activity in ACS? Hi I created a table of contents with links to various different workspaces in Adobe Analytics. The links were generated using the "get project link" option as shown here https://docs.adobe.com/help/en/analytics/analyze/analysis-workspace/curate-share/shareable-links.html.  It's been working fine for about 2-3 months and then on Friday all the links stopped working. The links no longer open up the reports and instead either show error messages or ask users, already logged in, to login again. Even when they do login again, they're taken to the Adobe Experience home page and not the desired report. I generated a  new link and found it works now. But this means I now have to go through the entire table of contents and update every link.  Why has this happened? Is there something I can do to avoid it in future? Thanks

Hi there, When I was splitting the workflow into different segments, the records from upstream didn't segment correctly based on the criteria.The upstream records before split are shown in pic 1. It has six records, three in record type 1, two in record type 2, and one in record type 4. The settings of split are shown in pic 2   It splits the records based on record type. So, if I uncheck 'Enable overlapping of output populations' box, then I got the result shown as pic 4:It only evaluates if the record type =2, then ignore other conditions. But if I check 'Enable overlapping of output populations' box, then everything works fine. I do understand if 'Enable overlapping of output populations' option is unchecked, then the sequence of each segment is important. But in my understanding, if I uncheck 'Enable overlapping of output populations', then the split activity evaluates the condition like ' if then, else if then, else then'. We have a 6.4.4 AEM instance and configured a external solr search. But we have the problem that not every update (add or delete) changes the solr index. We could not find out why. So after some time the index becomes out of date. Our solution is to delete the old index and create a new.The index is created on author as the documentation says. That works fine for changes (add and delete) but not for creating a new index. In cases where pages are in status acivated but where change after activation the changed content is in the index and not the content which is published.So is there any possibility to get the last published content of a page on author?

i have a group called approver inheriting permission from OOTB content-author and workflow-user. A simple workflow attached in the image. But when the admin starts the workflow on a page, the workitem is present in the inbox of approver and he is able to add annotation to the page. but he is not able to move to the next step. even after choosing the next step for completion, the approver stays in the same state of the workflow instance.seems like an ACL issue but cant figure out what.

We just made the switch to Wix and the functionality of our embedded Marketo forms work fine. Leads are being scored and going through the designated smart campaigns accordingly. Hello,  I've been going round and round with this, and I believe my answer is that ACS External Accounts does not have the capabilty that FileZilla has to Fetch a file.  I've been trying to set up the External Account to work like FileZilla (using SSH Key authentication) - however, I believe the issue is that I need to load the Private Key in the set-up and only the Public Key is allowed.  Can someone confirm that External Accounts does not have the capability for me set it up like FileZilla? Meaning, I generate the SSH Keys, load the Private Key in External Accounts, and then provide the client a Public Key? When I try accessing the FTP via a Transfer File activity, I get an 'access denied' error message. My assumption is because the Public Key is only loaded in ACS External Account (Support set this up for me). 

The context is when we send the clickstream data to adobe analytics. The Visit Hit Number order is not matching the timestamp order.i.e we have many examples like visit_hit_number 10, 12, 13 has the lowest timestamp for the given visitor. because of this, our first touch reports are mostly pointing to direct channel. We currently use timestamp optional.

Hi,We have created 3 seperate API projects for 3 seperate report suites to retrieve data from adobe analytics via livestream API. What we have noticed is that for the first project the retrieval is successful. However, for the subsequent retrivals (2 & 3), the retrievals are failing with "HTTP/1.1 401 Unauthorized.". In all 3 cases we are running with the same account and same permissions, and not sure why this is the case.
