i have a group called approver inheriting permission from OOTB content-author and workflow-user. A simple workflow attached in the image. But when the admin starts the workflow on a page, the workitem is present in the inbox of approver and he is able to add annotation to the page. but he is not able to move to the next step. even after choosing the next step for completion, the approver stays in the same state of the workflow instance.seems like an ACL issue but cant figure out what.

We just made the switch to Wix and the functionality of our embedded Marketo forms work fine. Leads are being scored and going through the designated smart campaigns accordingly. Hello,  I've been going round and round with this, and I believe my answer is that ACS External Accounts does not have the capabilty that FileZilla has to Fetch a file.  I've been trying to set up the External Account to work like FileZilla (using SSH Key authentication) - however, I believe the issue is that I need to load the Private Key in the set-up and only the Public Key is allowed.  Can someone confirm that External Accounts does not have the capability for me set it up like FileZilla? Meaning, I generate the SSH Keys, load the Private Key in External Accounts, and then provide the client a Public Key? When I try accessing the FTP via a Transfer File activity, I get an 'access denied' error message. My assumption is because the Public Key is only loaded in ACS External Account (Support set this up for me). 

The context is when we send the clickstream data to adobe analytics. The Visit Hit Number order is not matching the timestamp order.i.e we have many examples like visit_hit_number 10, 12, 13 has the lowest timestamp for the given visitor. because of this, our first touch reports are mostly pointing to direct channel. We currently use timestamp optional. 

Hi - What is the step-by-step process to enable tracking on third party sites / other domains? We have a separate site under a different domain that we'd like traffic and click data on but not sure how to set up tracking on the site to enable this. Thank you!

Hi,We have created 3 seperate API projects for 3 seperate report suites to retrieve data from adobe analytics via livestream API. What we have noticed is that for the first project the retrieval is successful. However, for the subsequent retrivals (2 & 3), the retrievals are failing with "HTTP/1.1 401 Unauthorized.". In all 3 cases we are running with the same account and same permissions, and not sure why this is the case. Will be pulling the audience using the standard database fields and need to deploy 2 emails to the resulting target. The use case is really simple but not sure how to accomplish this. Would simply need to split the target randomly to two different sets and deploy two emails to the resulting set. Please advise, thanks.

We have got requirements to implement UGC related features like forums, comments, blogs etc on ourwebsite. We got to know from Adobe rep that Adobe has discontinued AEM communities and Adobe Livefyre products as they are not selling new licenses anymore. Does anyone of you have any other recommended products which provide similar set of features and which are used by any of your clients? What is good replacement for these products? 

We have a global dialog which has a a couple of text fields and a RTE which is being referred in multiple components using sling:resourceType - granite/ui/components/foundation/include and path properties. So far it works fine. Now we created the RTE plugins and UI settings as separate nodes and we have referred them within the global dialog for RTE by using sling:resourcesuperType. But it is not picking up the plugins when we edit the component dialogs. Hi, I've written JSON exporter with Sling model to expose it as JSON. When I try to drag the component on page and then check it with <page url>.model.json - it doesn't show the component JSON. But, when I get to specific node path e.g. <page-node-path>.model.json then it returns the component JSON. Any idea why it's happening like that? Best regards,Himanshu Singhal

Dear All The business requirement is to use the new font (Antenna-Extra Light) for developing an email template. We have downloaded and imported the particular font in the ACC, but if we try to use the imported fonts in template most of the fonts are working as expected in both email and browser but Antenna-Extra Light is reflected only in the browser not in outlook. What might be the reason for it? Pleas help me. Thanks in Advance  

We have recently enabled SSO SAML2.0 Authentication with Microsoft Azure AD. We were successfully able to integrate AEM with Azure AD. Every time when we hit the AEM URL, it takes us to SSO Provider, and upon successful authentication, it takes us to start.html of AEM. Also, users are created with synchronized attributes specified in the configuration. However, we cant login as admin or other AEM users, since the legacy AEM login page is replaced with the SSO login page. Tried modifying the path variable in SAML OSGI Config but no luck we had to revert the OSGI Configuration. Please let us know if there is any other way to achieve the SSO with restricted paths and also with login as admin/other aem users (tried directly accessing crx/de or system/console still it is redirecting to SSO login Page) Followed Adobe recommended article(s). https://docs.adobe.com/content/help/en/experience-manager-65/administering/security/saml-2-0-authenticationhandler.htmlhttps://helpx.

Hi,  We've created an audience based on Tracking Log label values. Now I want to to use that audience in another segmentation to build a new audience. However, when I add an Audience to the Audience builder, I can only select audiences with "Profile" as targeting dimension, not my audiences with "ms:trackingLogAppSubRcp:profileTrackingLog" as targeting dimension.  How can I use that audience with "ms:trackingLogAppSubRcp:profileTrackingLog" as Targeting Dimension for further Audience work? 

IF Hit depth is incremented on every during a Visit and Visit depth only incremented for a Page View hit AND Pagename is not the same as previous, shouldn't the Hit Depth always be either equal or greater than Visit Depth ? Take the following example with Segment applied ..   Surely if Visit depth was 2 it should have taken at least 2 hits to register so why would Hit depth be at 1 for a (large) percentage of Visit depth = 2 ? 

Hi All, I am seeing issues while trying to install the Java helper class in AEM 6.5.3 version. This issues is in particular with the newly created helper classes in 6.5.3 version whereas the ones created in 6.3. version seems to be working without issues.Also, I am unable to read the page properties while doing enhancements in the clases in 6.5.3 version originally created in 6.3 version.I did check in the system console bundle but could not find the newly created models. Could this be related to POM.xml files? Please advise Thanks,Gokul B

I'm using an embedded form and I dynamically insert it using a token.    I did clear my cache this morning, which might have caused the problem. What do I do to force the form to update only the record based on the Marketo Unique Name "KayeMcclendon"? 

Hi,I have a requirement to load a audience list from a campaign workflow and share it with customer service group. The tricky part is that this list needs to be pulled and shared prior to actual email is triggerred. I tried to export the audience list in a list. Now I am trying to pass this list to another export workflow using xtk.workflow.PostEvent and External Signal activity, but now I am struggling with the appropriate syntax and activities I need to use. If anyone have any experience with the technical functionality and can provide guideline it will be very much helpful... Thank in advance... Kind regards,Dipankar Basu
