Hello. In our instance of Adobe Campaign, we have a high volume of deliveries that either has the status of 'being edited' or are proofs. Is it safe to delete these, would you recommend archiving into a separate folder or something else? To note, the records I'm looking to remove were from deliveries sent out 12+ months ago and won't be used again. Thanks. Luke

Hi, do you know if it's possible to set-up the initial suit and workspace in Adobe analytics, so when I open it, it will start from the one I want?It's supposed to be based on recency & frequency algorithm but in my case, it shows not the most frequently used or even some which I never used. Of course, I can switch it easily but doing it each day is annoying. Any thoughts? thanks

I was trying to create a fallout of just two events to see a success rate and the numbers that i see both at at visitor level is different than, if i see the same events in a table format. These events are unique so one user cant hit the same event more than once.

I am playing the role of an admin for a couple of  Login companies and I am unable to view the "Show All Scheduled Reports" option when accessing "Components -> Scheduled Reports".  What options should I enable to see this?  As per the article mentioned here, https://docs.adobe.com/content/help/en/analytics/admin/admin-tools/scheduled-reports-admin.html#section_3F167CAAEEC24140B476CF95B7402690I should be able to see the "Show All Scheduled Reports". What permissions am I missing to view this option? Let me know in case of any questions.

we have run into some issues with our Data Quality scoring that looks at specifically formatted phone numbers and determines if the criteria is met.    Currently we're unable to require country codes on our Marketo forms (we don't think there's a way to do that) so if people submit their phone numbers without country code, they are failing the DQ scoring. Is this something anyone else is dealing with and if so, do you have thoughts on how best to tackle/address?   TIA

Hi everyone,   To manage our lead database limits, we currently delete anyone that unsubscribes and is then inactive for a period of time. What I have noticed is that when these leads are re-acquired by another program (say 4 months after they were deleted they fill in a form on the website) they are marked as 'acquired by' that program and therefore reporting as a new lead when I'd rather classify them as 'reactivated'.   So in summary, I'm looking for a way to report/identify leads who are truly new to our business (no prior history in Marketo) vs those who are have been re-activated (for lack of a better word!) which would mean they existed at some stage, were deleted and then re-added upon engagement again.   Any idea on the filters I could use to produce a report of new vs reactivated?   Appreciate your help!   What I'd like to do

I want to capture both landing page visits and those who click on the PDF CTA separately to a specific landing page.  The landing page doesn't live in Marketo but there is munchkin tracking on the page.    I tested using an email address that is in the database and cookied on my machine. The first smart campaign shows that I visited the page but the second smart campaign isn't showing any results. When I go to my activity log it shows that I clicked the link on the page but why doesn't it show up in the program smart campaign? Any ideas or can you recommend a better way to set this up? I set up a Web Content program with two smart campaigns:  Smart Campaign 1   Smart Campaign 2 In process of adding new status of Web Content > Download  

Hi,  I have a PURL website that has dynamic content based on the known user (their name is in the URL). On page load, it recognizes the correct user because it has their name on top banner (via tokens).  The problem I'm having is that when I fill out the form, it is creating a new record in the database, instead of updating the known user's record. How do I resolve this? 

Hello,  I have completed the steps outlined in this tutorial with about 95% success. Here is what I've been able to do:Modify my form embed code to track events with Google Tag ManagerModify my form embed code to push the Google Analytics Client ID back to a hidden field on the form. Create a web hook to send the Marketo Unique User ID to Google Analytics via a new event that's performed from the web hook. Where I'm stuck - I want the Marketo Unique User ID to show up on the user explorer as an additional custom dimension that I've labeled as UserId (I know they are different, but I'm rolling with it for now). I have the custom dimension set to user so it's visible on the user explorer section within GA, but it's listed as (not set). I've verified that the web hook is pushing this data and populating the custom dimension because when I look at it from an event perspective it's there. My team uses Trello to manage our campaign planning. We have one board with cards for each campaign. Each campaign card contains email, landing page, and social assets. I am wondering if anyone on here has integrated Trello and Marketo for campaign planning/execution.   The only integration literature I can find relates to how Trello/Marketo integrate as it relates to passing info on new leads. Does anyone have experience with my use case detailed above?   Thank you!

I know replication privledges are tied to both Activation and Deactivation of content.  Is there anyway OOTB to give an author the ability to activate content but require them to use an approval process for deactivation?  Seems like it should be simple enough as an OOTB feature.

Hi WF Community, I'm trying to determine what the assignment allocation % on a task means for a given assignee when we use the Duration Type 'Calculated Assignment'. Is it a percentage of the project as a whole, or is it based off of a bunch of other stuff (e.g. the total hours assigned to an assignee for all of their work)? Thanks.Nick

Hi, I am newly using PowerBI to connect to my Adobe Analytics website data and while pulling some basic data (unique visitors, visits, page views with one dimension called site section) from AA I noticed big differences in the unique visitor numbers that I get in PowerBI versus what I see within my AA workspace reporting.  After investigating, I believe it may have to do with aggregation of the unique visitor numbers because if I remove the Date Granularity fields from the data being loaded to PowerBI, the total values I am getting are correct, but if I include the Date Granularity fields the total values are incorrect. Also interestingly, if I use a line chart to show trend of unique visitors by site section, if I look at it from a monthly level it is also wrong, but if I drill down to daily values then it is correct / matches AA workspace. The problem is that I need the date fields for my reporting to be able to show the data by year, month, etc., so is there any way t
