Hello everyone,Is it possible in Analytics update evar value on daily basis? Currently I am saving age customer value into evar and I am thinking to check and update this value on daily basis. Or maybe on the flight every time business user chooses this evar? Any idea? Thanks

I set up a webinar using Zoom webinars, and it's connected to my Marketo. However, my company doesn't use Marketo landing pages or forms to capture registrants - we use the Zoom registration interface.   Is there a way to sync leads that sign up via the Zoom form, into my Marketo smart campaign? I want to be able to auto-capture leads, add them to SFDC, attribute program success and source, etc. etc. Haven't been able to find any help documentation on this.

Hi, If I create a tag with the name "pröva", AEM will create a cq:tag with:the jcr:name set to "prova" - i.e. the 'ö' is stripped out and replace with 'o'the jcr:title set to "pröva" - i.e. the 'ö' is not stripped outIf I now tag an asset with this tag, the asset nodes metadata\cq:tags property references the jcr:name of the tag and not the jcr:title of the tag, e.g. the asset will now have cq:tags set to "prova".This means when using the omnisearchbar to try and retrieve the asset using the native spelling of the tag (i.e. searching for "pröva") nothing is returned.This is because the omnisearchbar performs the following query:(/jcr:root/content/dam//element(*, nt:folder)[(jcr:contains(., 'pröva'))] | /jcr:root/content/dam//element(*, dam:Asset)[(jcr:contains(., 'pröva'))])And of course jcr:contains will only look at the cq:tags property and won't find pröva anywhere.I have contacted Adobe support, but they told me to " update the indexes definition so that tags jc

Hello, We are creating an experience where our success metric is time on site.  We have content authors who spend a lot of time on the site reviewing articles and making edits.  We would like to block our content authors from being included into the campaign so the results are not screwed.  My thought was to create a profile script to determine IP address.  We would then use this script to create an audience that targets everyone but those ranges  Could someone please comment on how to set this up?  Thanks for any assistance.

Can someone please confirm that it is possible for any user to view the profile of any other user and that there's no way to control this? We are introducing new groups of users to the tool, and they have a very limited layout. They don't have access to the People tab, but if any of those users just starts to type a few letters in the Search bar, the suggested values will start to populate with names of other users. From there, anyone can then select the name of and view a person's profile including name, manager and contact information. This is a security risk and possibly a violation of company policies to reveal personally identifiable information in this way. If this is indeed the way the system behaves, then shouldn't it be treated as a vulnerability and addressed as a bug (as opposed to a system enhancement)? I would like to hear if there are any other administrators with similar concerns or if someone has figured out a workaround. We are using Workfront Classic,

I have created a relatively complex workspace with a number of segments and customizations. I need to have them in Excel so I can work on the details more easily. CSV and PDF sendouts are too limiting. I want to make sure before I have to completely rebuild something in Report Builder if I have the option to use the current project as a starting point. Thanks. 

is there a way to pull a data warehouse report that provide me the latest value of the evar per experience cloud id. when i pull the report from data warehouse i get all the values that has be set against the evar. the evar is set to Allocation "Most recent (Last)".

I've been getting console errors on editing experiences, even newly created activities. Trying different browsers has helped previously, although I didn't check the console then. Clearing my cache seems to get it to work once, but once I save the content or go next and try to go back it breaks again. This happens on Edge, Chrome and Opera. Hi,  I want to ask about definition of distinct clicks.The manual says; Distinct clicks for the population reached : Number of distinct people having clicked in a delivery at least once.Then the statics should not exceed 100% in my understanding.But I can see there is some case that exceed 100%.Why is it happen? (There were three hyperlinks in Campaign, so I wonder that are affect distinct click)    Please let me know if I have any misunderstanding about this issue. Thanks,Seungyeon

Q. In Marketo is there a way to compare fields and trigger a workflow if a match or tie exists? e.g. set of score fields that hold the same score? Do I need to use a webhook for this?    Basically what I am trying to create is: If there is a tie between a set of 8 score fields (example score 1 = 3 score 6 = 3 and score 9 = 3) then populate a field, e.g. text field named “score-match” with a value of true. Then use this field in campaign logic so it reads if field is “empty or false” then use current product interest field (this is a separate unrelated field that uses highest current score and product interest label of that score) to determine product track. Whereas, if score-match is "not empty or true" then use in workflow to add member to a smart campaign with a priority structure using choices and list membership to determine correct product track. Our stakeholder wants to only use priority of product track IF a tie exists.

Hello, We have created few js data elements based on data layers. The data layer naming conventions comprises of both upper case and lower case values. We have selected the option of 'force lower case' in DTM data element settings. Now, the issue is that while, the debugger shows lower case values (the way we want), the values in report suite(staging in this case) are coming as same as actual data layer values.Can someone please help on what might be going on here and ways to fix it?

Hello everyone, I am working on the migration from DTM to Adobe Launch. Last year it another Partner migrated part of Adobe Launch but they did not complete it. Basically, they only migrated the STAGE DTM web property but they did not execute any library build. Below there is the only stage that they executed and I have no idea if they checked the choices or not. I am thinking what if I delete the migrated property in Adobe Launch and execute the step again with my own choice?Thanks   

I am trying to build some SMSs for one of my programmes in Adobe Campaign. As my url is too long I have shortened it using Bitly.  When testing the SMS with the Bitly link (https://bit.ly/2tTzkdv) it sends through to my mobile phone but not as the Bitly link as: /r/?id=s1e9f4bc0,33a8839a,33a88421Can anyone help me work out how to send the SMS with the correct Bitly clickable link. We have sent SMSs before with our normal urls e.g. www.centerparcs.co.uk/my-account and these work and send correctly. So why doesn't Bitly behave the same? Any help would be very welcome

Is there a way to capture the URL itself in hidden field on a Marketo form? We already capture URL parameters, which is great. But I'd like to also be able to just capture the URL itself (the main part of the URL before the question mark). Then we would know which page the user was on when he/she filled out a given form.The use case is kind of a long story, but it's related to the fact that we use a single Marketo form for all our webinars. Each webinar needs a different Unbounce landing page, and a mobile version of that page too.I'd like to be able to specify in the form that if [URL where the person filled out the form] contains ABC, then go to thank you page XYZ.Thanks in advance folks!Matt

Hi everyone, In Adobe Campaign Classic, we have created a custom delivery template with content management forms.In some cases, it is impossible to fill out all the inputs because they display out of the screen size and no scroll is possible.See example here: How would you manage this situation?(Given that, it is not an option to have the view divided in 2 columns.) It looks, we're limited by the screen size/resolution here and no scroll button appear.. Thank you for your help, R
