Hello,  I'm trying to set up an External Account where I would access an outside vendor's FTP to pick up files they post daily. The vendor says they would need OUR Public Key for them to load on their end in order for us to access their server. Can someone clarify the process for me?Step 1) Contact Adobe Support and have them create a Public and Private SSH Key for me. (FYI - Adobe is hosting our instance) Step 2) Provide the 3rd party vendor the Public KeyStep 3) Set up the External Account pointing to the vendors SFTP server - stp.******.com; Port:22; Authentication Type: Public Key: Account (is this the vendors Username); and make sure Adobe has the keys added to the External Account.  I should then be able to include a File Transfer Activity (File download) and point to the external SFTP, and grab the file placed in that directory.  Are these steps correct?

hi guys,We are using below div element and attribute to give some placeholder values to touch ui components. It was working fine.<div data-sly-test="${!wcmmode.disabled}" class="cq-placeholder" data-emptytext="Some Placeholder Text"></div>But after upgrading to 6.4.8.1(6.4.8.0 SP + CFP 1),  it is not working. Hi, Is there any way to filter/sanitise the keys returned form the model.json.Currently it is returning keys as :item :title.Is there any way to remove special character?

Hi folks, We are not actually using AEM Experience Fragments, but there are frequent error messages occurring during use on the author serverssaying that  " *ERROR* [EventAdminAsyncThread #1] com.adobe.cq.xf.impl.adobetarget.TargetVariationModificationListener Cannot derive user name for bundle com.adobe.cq.cq-experience-fragments [304] and sub service experience-fragments-service". In AEM page properties, we can set URL redirects. Adobe support informed that these are 302 redirects. Is there a way to override this so by default they become 301 redirects and not 302?

We have ACC on premise and currently we have only 1 server on which we did installations. I see another server is prepared and ready but it seems someone from Adobe said my org that ACC does not work 2 servers active. I am sure its absolutely incorrect as app at such a high level cant be running only on one server and if something happens to that server we lost ability to send email notifications.  I am still gathering the info, but it will be great if you have set up with more than one server, i request to pls help me with your archeture diagram and any special settings you did to make it work.  Meanwhile I will gather more info why Adobe said it can only work on one server. 

I'm looking to make a query where I target profiles who haven't opened ANY emails from x number of days ago.This is to be set up as a workflow with a recurring email to entice user's to engage with our emails.I understand that I need to query profiles that have no tracking associated to them but where I'm getting caught up is querying to 60 days ago. When using the simple mode for the query, it simply says "corresponds to the last 60 days", which to me means from now until 60 days ago. But I don't want to target profiles from yesterday, ONLY 60 days ago. The advanced code reads as follows, though I don't fully understand it:@logDate >= DaysAgo(60) AND @logDate < GetDate()  Thanks!

Hi, I am trying to understand why approximately one third of the messages are marked with "number of processed records=0" (in the nms:deliveryLogStats table). There are 40 duplicate telephone numbers that are removed. I am quite sure that all the 15k messages has been sent, since the logs of our SMS service provider says so. I set up a webinar using Zoom webinars, and it's connected to my Marketo. However, my company doesn't use Marketo landing pages or forms to capture registrants - we use the Zoom registration interface.   Is there a way to sync leads that sign up via the Zoom form, into my Marketo smart campaign? I want to be able to auto-capture leads, add them to SFDC, attribute program success and source, etc. etc. Haven't been able to find any help documentation on this.

Hi, If I create a tag with the name "pröva", AEM will create a cq:tag with:the jcr:name set to "prova" - i.e. the 'ö' is stripped out and replace with 'o'the jcr:title set to "pröva" - i.e. the 'ö' is not stripped outIf I now tag an asset with this tag, the asset nodes metadata\cq:tags property references the jcr:name of the tag and not the jcr:title of the tag, e.g. the asset will now have cq:tags set to "prova".This means when using the omnisearchbar to try and retrieve the asset using the native spelling of the tag (i.e. searching for "pröva") nothing is returned.This is because the omnisearchbar performs the following query:(/jcr:root/content/dam//element(*, nt:folder)[(jcr:contains(., 'pröva'))] | /jcr:root/content/dam//element(*, dam:Asset)[(jcr:contains(., 'pröva'))])And of course jcr:contains will only look at the cq:tags property and won't find pröva anywhere.I have contacted Adobe support, but they told me to " update the indexes definition so that tags jc

Hello, We are creating an experience where our success metric is time on site.  We have content authors who spend a lot of time on the site reviewing articles and making edits.  We would like to block our content authors from being included into the campaign so the results are not screwed.  My thought was to create a profile script to determine IP address.  We would then use this script to create an audience that targets everyone but those ranges  Could someone please comment on how to set this up?  Thanks for any assistance.

Can someone please confirm that it is possible for any user to view the profile of any other user and that there's no way to control this? We are introducing new groups of users to the tool, and they have a very limited layout. They don't have access to the People tab, but if any of those users just starts to type a few letters in the Search bar, the suggested values will start to populate with names of other users. From there, anyone can then select the name of and view a person's profile including name, manager and contact information. This is a security risk and possibly a violation of company policies to reveal personally identifiable information in this way. If this is indeed the way the system behaves, then shouldn't it be treated as a vulnerability and addressed as a bug (as opposed to a system enhancement)? I would like to hear if there are any other administrators with similar concerns or if someone has figured out a workaround. We are using Workfront Classic,

I have created a relatively complex workspace with a number of segments and customizations. I need to have them in Excel so I can work on the details more easily. CSV and PDF sendouts are too limiting. I want to make sure before I have to completely rebuild something in Report Builder if I have the option to use the current project as a starting point. Thanks. 

is there a way to pull a data warehouse report that provide me the latest value of the evar per experience cloud id. when i pull the report from data warehouse i get all the values that has be set against the evar. the evar is set to Allocation "Most recent (Last)".

I've been getting console errors on editing experiences, even newly created activities. Trying different browsers has helped previously, although I didn't check the console then. Clearing my cache seems to get it to work once, but once I save the content or go next and try to go back it breaks again. This happens on Edge, Chrome and Opera. Hi,  I want to ask about definition of distinct clicks.The manual says; Distinct clicks for the population reached : Number of distinct people having clicked in a delivery at least once.Then the statics should not exceed 100% in my understanding.But I can see there is some case that exceed 100%.Why is it happen? (There were three hyperlinks in Campaign, so I wonder that are affect distinct click)    Please let me know if I have any misunderstanding about this issue. Thanks,Seungyeon

Q. In Marketo is there a way to compare fields and trigger a workflow if a match or tie exists? e.g. set of score fields that hold the same score? Do I need to use a webhook for this?    Basically what I am trying to create is: If there is a tie between a set of 8 score fields (example score 1 = 3 score 6 = 3 and score 9 = 3) then populate a field, e.g. text field named “score-match” with a value of true. Then use this field in campaign logic so it reads if field is “empty or false” then use current product interest field (this is a separate unrelated field that uses highest current score and product interest label of that score) to determine product track. Whereas, if score-match is "not empty or true" then use in workflow to add member to a smart campaign with a priority structure using choices and list membership to determine correct product track. Our stakeholder wants to only use priority of product track IF a tie exists.
