we have captured offerid (this a long alpha numeric string and hard to understand ) in an eVarx and I want automated classification of that eVar provided the other attributes of offerId are in other data store.So once the marketing system ( where all the offer are maintained) has some new offer created and the corresponding value is captured in Analytics ,classification rule get executed but all the other attribute will be pulled from Offer management tool. Any though to achieve this is highly appreciated.

HelloI am managing a CQ5 instance of my company. My company use CQ5 and offer a web site by group, but there is a lot of limitationFollowing a need of my group, I create a PHP/MySQL database. The goal is to collect measures and store is into a MySQL database. The charts are shown into a PHP web page and I am using chartjs library Charts to display the charts.I have to import my PHP script, database, and charts into CQ5 and I am really not an expert with CQ5.My first question is, is there a way to import a MySQL database (which contain tables (and JOIN request) into CQ5?My second question, as my PHP script, run MySQL requests, and show the charts because of javascript library, is there a chance to import all in CQ5 to have as a result, the same display as with my PHP script? If yes, could you help me to achieve this goal ?Many thanks for your help!!

I've made changes to an email template, but those changes aren't being reflected in the email. I know they are connected because any changes to the template force me to approve a draft for the email. Additionally, I have approved the draft when sending.When I download the HTML for the email, the code is from an earlier version of the template, and not my approved version.Any ideas? Worst case scenario, I can copy + paste the updated HTML into the email itself, but I'd very much prefer not to do that in case it disconnects from the template altogether.

Hi All,    I've cloned a previously used smart list into my new campaign but do not know how to link it to my Invite Email #1. Can someone tell me how to add this?   

HIWe have a team of people who are all on Macs, currently we are handcoding emails and emailing them to the crm team who then upload our code to Campaign. I wondered if there was any email generator software that could link to campaign through some sort of API so once built we could push the code through. Any help greatly appreciated! We are producing over 50 emails a week and need to make the process more efficient. Tech say we are not allowed to install parallels/ bootcamp etc.Thanks in advance...

We have a landing page - our first landing page.  When I view the link in different browsers, as well as mobile, I see that it's secure.  However, when I test the link with other people, they get the message that the page is not secure and they are not able to see the landing page.  I've checked the images and links and updated them all to be https, and then unapproved and reapproved the landing page. Even deactivated and reactivated the smart campaign.   Is there something else that I'm missing?  Why  can I see the secure page but nobody else?

I am working from home and connected to VPN. While I'm trying to login to Adobe Campaign Classic v7 Client. I'm getting the below error message.The thing is, the ip 103.225.176.241 belongs to my local broadband and when I type in google "what is my ip", it shows a different IP which belongs to my office VPN. Could anyone please let me know why the connection is not going via VPN? Thanks & regards,Navin

Can you suggest if there is any possibility of rejecting the file if the column separator is different from what we have configured in the file structure.  Else is there any work around to deal with this kind of expectation? 

Hi All, I have use case where i have to add grid component to bisect my page in 2-10 grid layout. so in templte editor i dropped the grid component which divide page. now each part a parsys in which we can add the components. Now i'm setting policy to the each parsys for  allowed component in respective parsys. now in a grid layout i need to add header and footer as per new design header should be only in right side division only now. i have added header,layout container ,and footer. and by setting policy on layout container, i unlock it as content author can add component in this layout as per their requirement.after opening initial content page i'm not able to add component in it. for reference my structure node structure as follows:- root-         gridcomponent-                                  parsys1-             

When I go to Smart Lists, I don't see a folder for "Opportunities"   This is what the filters for smart list look like:      Where is Opportunity fields? I want to run a report/create a smart list that includes opportunity fields.   Thanks!

I am trying to create a robots.txt file in AEM using the two links --[1] http://www.wemblog.com/2013/06/how-to-implement-robotstxt-sitemapxml.html[2] https://forums.adobe.com/thread/896654 Following [1]; the text file does not work at all -- we can create a simple nt:file robots.txt file in crx but when we hit the file   - http://localhost:4502/content/mysite/en/robots.txt - the browser downloads the file instead of displaying the content of the text file on the page.I also enabled txt rendition (Enable Plain Text) in Apache Sling GET Servlet ; but there was the same result.Following [2] ; when you print a page property in sightly using ${pageProperties.robotsTextContent} ; the property is printed on one line in the .html page -User-agent: * Disallow: / New text: q Newer Text:swhile it has been entered in separate lines in the text-area. Line separator is important in robots.txt file. We need the property to be outputted in different lines as they have been authored in page properties.

I have a calculated field that totals the difference between two numbers; is there a way to use that generated total and populate a drop down? example: the calculation is 5; is there a way to populate a drop down list that would show 0,1,2,3,4,5?I think some combination of a For loop and an array might do it, however, I am no good at script writing and I would really appreciate an example 😌

Hello. Our company is currently using AEM 6.5. We want to auto-populate metadata for ingested assets via spreadsheet, bypassing our current manual metadata tagging. I know this is possible because our Adobe Consultant has shared this information. I’m sure I'm oversimplifying things, but it seems that much of the heavy lifting involves creating formulas on the spreadsheet file that would translate the metadata on the spreadsheet into the language that AEM uses. Has anyone used this functionality successfully? I have a large repository of forms created with Adobe Live Cycle Designer ES4. For business purposes, we are required to update content on these forms. It is critical for us to be able to make changes to the forms without having to recreate elements of the form or the entire form.If we were to switch to AEM, would the entire forms repository created in Live Cycle have to be recreated in AEM, in order for us to make updates to the forms?

Hi,I have a requirement where from a form on my website I am collecting student details and saving it in ACC(Adobe Campaign Classic). The form is usually filled by parents so email id used in all the children of a parent will be same though the first name and last name will change respective to their kid's first name and last name. The issue is that every time save is done the recipient data is overwritten. This, I suspect is because the email id is same. I want to know if there is any solution approach to overcome this ? Thanks.

I'm looking for an answer to:    If a Marketo triggered email was sent out from a new value change - I'd like to know if there is a way to create a 'Task' in Salesforce on the Opportunity level, not the Contact level, that shows that the email was sent out of Marketo.   We have 'SF Contacts' which have multiple SF Opportunities, so notating the SF Contact is not what we're looking for. If one of our SF Contacts has 10 opportunities, it will be a nightmare for our reps to search through Tasks the Contact level, rather than the Opportunity which the trigger fired off of the new value change.   Is this possible?   Thanks in advance. -SH
